The Manager, Institutional Funding and Partnership role is designed to oversee a team of Development Officers, lead and provide guidance in acquiring and cultivating meaningful donor relationships, and drive fundraising efforts from U.S. Foundations. In addition, act as an external representative of Oxfam and serve as knowledge resource.

The Operations Specialist, IFP, will support the Institutional Funding and Partnership team to work more efficiently and effectively toward reaching the team’s ambitious revenue goals. The position will advance the organization’s institutional fundraising program by supporting the department’s operations, coordinating effective internal policy review and strategy meetings, and overseeing the team’s information and data management systems/processes, including using that data to identify trends and track progress towards fundraising goals. The position will cross-collaborate with frontline fundraising and support services team members and will be a conduit for collaboration with other Oxfam departments and divisions.

The Brand and Engagement Activation Officer plays a crucial role in elevating Oxfam America’s brand awareness, developing and implementing audience engagement strategies, and driving impactful campaigns. Aligned with Oxfam's mission to fight inequality and end poverty and injustice, this position collaborates closely with multiple teams, including Brand and Engagement, Creative Hub, Content, Digital, Campaigns, Resource Development, and Advocacy, Alliances, and Policy (AAP). The Officer is responsible for executing strategies that effectively communicate Oxfam America’s brand story, messages, and values to ultimately create emotional connections with potential supporters.
