Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing software for various platforms.
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Designing and scaling API endpoints.
  • Translating of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements.
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability and security.
  • Write well-designed, testable code.
  • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
  • Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
  • Resolve complex technical design issues.
  • Clearly and regularly communicate with management and colleagues.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience.
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent.
  • Experience running production systems including deploying, monitoring, and debugging
  • Demonstrated passion for learning new technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate and self-manage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience in working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (AngularJS, React, etc..) is a plus.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, C, C++, is a plus.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to plan complex projects with urgency
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
  • Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
  • Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
  • Creates & manages bug reports and communicate with the team.
  • Investigates customer problems referred by the technical support team.
  • Participates in a cross-functional team working in a highly dynamic agile environment.
  • Work closely with developers to improve the testability of our applications.
  • Build scripts and tools to integrate into our continuous integration pipeline.
  • Defines testing strategies to ensure the product being released is up to industry and company standards.
  • Able to mentor, guide, and enhance SDETs technical capabilities in the selection of the test frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Creates testing plans, including individual testing phases, and ensures the team meets the deadlines set forth in those plans.
  • Identifies risk and creates plans to mitigate it.
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent.

As a Digital Cinema Exhibitor Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to cinema exhibitors and our operational teams for KDMX, our new worldwide Digital Cinema Keys service which launched earlier this year - for more information, visit www.kdmx.global

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, efficiently managing and triaging Keys support issues from exhibitors through to resolution, ensuring Keys orders are processed correctly on time and ensuring our TDL (Trusted Device List) database is always kept up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with all necessary information.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to handle and process large volumes of data. Proficiency in Excel and ability to generate comprehensive reports are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Exhibitor Support:

- Receive, triage and resolve Keys related support issues received from exhibitors. - Provide technical support and guidance to exhibitors to resolve issues - Escalate issues to DC operational, development or management teams as required

  • Key Order Support:

- Provide support to ensure Key orders are processed and delivered accurately, on time. - Identify and rectify resolve Key order issues promptly within agreed SLAs. - Amend and reissue Keys to exhibitors within agreed business rules. - Escalate issues to development or management teams as required.

  • Communication:

- Proactively engage reach out to cinemas to gather information on their Digital Cinema devices. -Respond promptly to inquiries and requests related to TDL maintenance.

  • TDL Management:

- Regularly update and maintain the Trusted Device List with data received from exhibitors. -Implement and enforce protocols for adding, removing, or updating devices on the TDL.

  • Data Maintenance:

- Manage large volumes of data and updates related to Digital Cinema trusted devices.

- Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of the TDL.

- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or inaccuracies promptly.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.

- Generate regular reports on the status of the TDL, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.

- Document all changes to the TDL and maintain an accurate history of device updates.

  • Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the reliability of the TDL.

- Conduct periodic audits to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the TDL.

- Work closely with other departments to address any cross-functional dependencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in data management, preferably in a digital cinema or technology-related role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with exhibitors and internal teams.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Understanding Digital Cinema systems and related industry standards is a plus.

• Previous customer support experience is a plus
