The Role

We are seeking a full-time Client Implementation Manager to join our Solutions Delivery team. 

The successful candidate will be delivering a number of concurrent client implementations projects as well as project managing the successful delivery of integration projects. The focus will be on minimising time between contract signature and successful go-live as well as delivering integrations that deepen the client relationships. 

To be successful in this position, you need to be a solution oriented self-starter grasping technical and product concepts, have excellent communication / organisational skills and the ability to multitask while adapting quickly to new business requirements. 

Responsibilities

• Working with the clients and internal stakeholders, defining the scope of project and delivery plan 
• Aligning project objectives with company goals and ensure the project team and stakeholders are clear on the objectives
• Managing multiple work streams simultaneously, tracking deliverables and progress from initiation to BAU, reporting project status
• Fostering partnership with customers, stakeholders and third party technology providers 
• Identifying delivery risks and manage change when necessary to meet the project targets, including appropriate escalations
• Conducting internal and external post implementation reviews to continuously improve our delivery process
• Owning and continually improving the team’s knowledge base collateral

• 2-5 years of client facing programme/project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech and/or scale-up business
• Demonstrable experience of working with internal and external customers and partners to deliver complex projects
• Track record of managing successful programme and project delivery in line with desired outcomes and agreed quality, time and cost limits
• Fluency in English and German to support clients across all Plentific markets
• Excellent oral, written and presentational communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills in group and one-to-one situations with strong negotiating, influencing and persuasion abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Asana is a bonus
• Knowledge of the PropTech ecosystem is a bonus

The Role

As a Graduate/Junior Implementation Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful onboarding of our SaaS solution for new clients in the real estate industry. Reporting to a Senior Implementation Manager and working closely with the wider implementation team, you will ensure customers can integrate and utilise our platform effectively to meet their business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring timely and successful integration of the SaaS platform for new clients.

The Role

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Lead with big ambitions, who is excited to join us in building an AI driven world of real estate operations.

The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for Plentific’s suite of products. The Role

We’re looking for an experienced backend engineer to join the engineering team. You’ll be working alongside a highly technical and motivated team and report to one of our Engineering Managers or Engineering Leads. You would be expected to apply fundamental engineering and problem solving skills to solve challenges and bring value to our user base, not just develop code. For people with the right mindset, this frame of mind provides an intellectually stimulating environment. Career progression is key here and there is the opportunity to move up in our career ladder or transition into management path.

The engineering team sits at the centre of everything we do at Plentific and is constantly tackling challenging problems, such as online payments, quoting, invoicing, booking, search / scoring algorithms, ETL, data pipelines, in-app messaging, real-time notifications and fraud prevention. Our backend engineers mostly work with Python and Django on an increasingly more service-oriented architecture. The rest of the tech stack include Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, PostGIS, AWS, ES6, React.js, Alt.js, Node.js, Express, Amazon Redshift, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Celery, Pandas, Numpy, Scrapy, Git, Jenkins, Elasticsearch, Logstash and lots of raw SQL for analytics. We have a very large but clean code base as we put significant emphasis on design patterns, code readability, testability, maintainability and extendability.

Responsibilities

• Work with product managers, user interface designers and other software engineers to write technical documents that identify software project requirements
• Design, build and maintain APIs, microservices and data pipelines
• Write well-formulated, testable and readable code using appropriate software design patterns
• Optimise APIs and database queries to improve speed of execution
• Participate in code reviews
• Write complex SQL queries to get data from the database
• Debug and fix bugs across our applications
