We’re looking for an experienced Engineer Manager to join the engineering team. You’ll be leading a highly technical and motivated team of engineers, alongside our Engineering Senior Leadership team. You’ll have direct line management of a number of engineers, as well as being responsible for growing the team when needed, focusing on Quality throughout, in an intellectually stimulating environment.
The engineering team sits at the centre of everything we do at Plentific and is constantly tackling challenging problems, such as online payments, quoting, invoicing, booking, search / scoring algorithms, ETL, data pipelines, in-app messaging, real-time notifications and fraud prevention. Our mobile engineers mostly work with Flutter. The rest of the tech stack includes Python/Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, AWS, ES6, React.js, React Query, TypeScript, Express, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Celery, Pandas, Numpy, Scrapy, Git, Jenkins, Elasticsearch. We have a very large but clean code base as we put significant emphasis on design patterns, code readability, testability, maintainability and extendability.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager (Data & AI) with a strong technical background to lead and manage our Data Science, AI, and Analytics initiatives. The Role
This role is ideal for a Marketing Manager with a blend of strategic thinking and a proactive attitude. Plentific connects people which is at the heart of this role.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of key marketing initiatives to ensure marketing contribution to the company objectives and accelerate user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will focus on event management and will be instrumental in developing strategic event planning and creating comprehensive communication plans. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and experimentation, you will optimise various channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives including support in digital activation for product marketing. This includes content creation, website updates, email campaigns, and managing agencies to drive relationship-building and pipeline generation, ultimately supporting revenue goals.
As a key member of the Plentific marketing community, you will plan and execute field marketing initiatives and revenue generation activities. Your responsibilities include organising internal and external events, webinars, managing third-party advertising promotions, industry association programs, partner marketing initiatives, and trade events. You will also oversee social media, content, and inbound marketing efforts, as well as manage sales enablement needs.
