WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Manager, Franchise Administration is responsible for the oversight and execution of the franchise administration process for new awards, transfers, renewals, amendments, and other franchise documents. He or she will ensure the process is completed in a timely, accurate and thorough manner while displaying a service mindset. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

General Franchise Administration:

·       Manages the new franchise award documentation process: prepares, issues, and coordinates execution of franchise agreements and ancillary documents as needed
·       Manages the life cycle of franchise agreements
·       Monitors and maintains the CRM to ensure information is up-to-date, accurate, and complete

·       Issues and executes various amendments to franchise agreements, including related to ownership realignments and development changes, as well as termination agreements
·       Manages Franchise Owner refinancing process and coordinates subordination agreement preparation and signing
·       Manages the execution of existing Franchise Owner expansion projects, in coordination with other teams

·       Interfaces with Franchise Owners to communicate process, collect necessary information, handle individual circumstances, and distribute and coordinate execution of documents.

·       Provides support to the Director, Franchise Administration as needed on special projects or other key initiatives

Franchise Transfers:

·       Project manages the school transfer process, including tracking all milestones, deadlines, and action items for buyer, seller, and internal teams 
·       Proactively manages reporting for transfers to ensure timely cross-team collaboration
·       Coordinates with outside counsel regarding purchase and sale documents and closing process
·       Prepares, issues, and coordinates execution of transfer agreements
·       Interfaces with buyer, seller, and other stakeholders (lender, title company, etc.) to keep the acquisition process on track and help ensure closings occur as anticipated
 
Franchise Renewals: 

·       Manages the franchise renewal process to ensure milestones are met in a timely manner
·       Proactively manages reporting to ensure active agreements are always in place and ensure timely cross-team collaboration

·       Reviews signed renewal agreements, negotiated terms, and addendums for completeness and accuracy

·       Prepares, issues, and coordinates execution of renewal agreements

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:

·       Bachelor degree preferred

·       3-5 years in a related work environment, preferably in franchising, contract administration, or legal

·       Experience implementing a CRM system, or establishing data standards is beneficial

Position Description:

·       Will lead the development of the brand’s content strategy to create and optimize brand-level messaging for consumer awareness, engagement, and interest along the consumer journey.
·       Works with the Brand Management team to align, prioritize, and measure consumer-facing messages at the brand level.
·       Have a “test and learn” mindset; able to analyze content performance to identify trends and insights to optimize content strategy.
·       Responsible for conducting internal content audits, gap analysis, and content performance, ensuring optimal performance.
·       Stays up to date with industry best practices and trends to incorporate and adjust future strategies and tactics.
·       Use analytics to identify insights, trends and opportunities as well as track and monitor progress of various content marketing efforts. 
·       Partner with agencies and internal teams on the development of content as needed based on delivery channel.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 
The Technology Data Engineer creates and manages the flow, ingestion, and availability of data for Primrose Schools brand growth. Our ideal Technology Data Engineer is a high-initiative team player who demonstrates ownership of their work and day-to-day responsibilities. S/He  can balance the integration and security of data frameworks into our data warehouse and is motivated by consistency and database organization. This includes gathering analytical data from multiple external source systems and delivering and optimizing core business data applications that drive elements of our proprietary operations.  
Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Direct the integration and maintenance of external data repositories to be incorporated into Primrose data infrastructure. 
  • Design and guide evolution of data environments as new sources and tools are added. 
  • Provide support to analysis and operations teams in preparing data for visualization tools and operational platform needs. 
  • Implement and maintain data security behaviors and processes; educate and create structures for team members to uphold data security. 
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve tools and processes as Technology evolves. 
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to reduce downtime, mitigate risk, and ensure critical systems are working properly. 
  • Manage cloud-based data infrastructure (e.g. colocations, Azure, AWS) and primary database systems (MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL). 
  • Proactively identify issues, communicate risks, and provide potential solutions to Leadership to effectively course correct, as needed. 
  • Create and maintain automations supporting operational activities. 
  • Manage projects assigned from discovery to completion and maintain constant communication with leadership of tasks and timelines.
