Position Description: 

The Talent and Performance Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Talent and Performance Officer and Talent and Performance team. The ideal candidate for the job will have strong organizational skills, strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate across all teams as they tackle each day.   

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide backup support for the Chief Talent and Performance Officer through a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Compose, proofread, organize, and maintain correspondence, reports, and other complex documents, including presentations, organizational charts, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Supports calendar management including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting agendas and materials.
  • Supports the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and compiling interview feedback.
  • Organizes and supports the maintenance of team member records.
  • Filters messages sent to the Talent and Performance inbox.
  • Assist with additional administrative duties such as travel management & coordination. 
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Acquisitions Director will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining industry relationships with stakeholders, principals and brokers. Additionally, the she/he will provide oversight and input to acquisition team members throughout the due diligence process from introduction to close.  To fulfill this requirement, the Acquisitions Director will coordinate with Vice President, School Development and other members of the school development team regarding the execution of acquisition strategies specific to the region.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 
  • Develop extraordinary knowledge of assigned markets within the defined region.
  • Perform overview of potential acquisition opportunity to present to Vice President, School Development and Primrose Leadership Team.
  • Work closely with the Director, Mergers & Acquisitions on the financial analysis of potential acquisitions.
  • Work closely with School Excellence and Campus Design teams to prepare investment summary to present to VP/Leadership Team.
  • Contribute to strategy and investment reviews for business opportunities.
  • Plan, implement, and lead negotiation strategies with stakeholders.
  • Remain active with industry groups and events.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationship with key industry contacts, brokers and school owners.
  • Identify and source acquisition opportunities through the brokerage community.
  • Research and identify off-market opportunities by establishing relationships with school owners through regular market visits.
  • Negotiation of LOIs and Purchase Sale Agreements.
  • Act as primary point of contact to the seller.
  • Ensure key dates and deliverables are met.
  • Perform or assist with special projects as directed by the Vice President, School Development or other members of the Leadership Team.
  • Maintain detailed notes and communication in Hubspot (CRM) for brokers and owners.
  • Maintain Deal Pipeline and Database.

Our Brand Management Specialist, School Excellence (Assistant Brand Manager) is responsible for overseeing the execution of a successful brand marketing strategy for company initiatives and campaigns impacting school operations. Leveraging qualitative and quantitative research, external partners, internal expertise and valuable insights from our Franchise Owners, you will execute an omni-channel brand strategy that delivers results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deploy marketing programs that create awareness for Primrose with prospective customers to drive interest, inquiries and ultimately, enrollment
  • Works hand-in-hand with the field team to understand marketing challenges impacting franchise owners and proactively solution against them
  • Own the marketing elements of the School Planning Calendar, which includes preparing guides and creative resources for in-school marketing programs
  • Optimize existing processes with internal channel leads and marketing partners to ensure maximum productivity and effectiveness
  • Partners with Brand Management channel leads and agency partners in the developments of assets, tools, and support materials on an ongoing basis
  • Provides project management support to ensure new services are successfully activated in accordance to brand standards which includes creating project plans, monitoring success metrics, fostering seamless communications across departments and solutioning against known project risks
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs launched by tracking overall usage and identifying other quantifiable markers for future reporting
  • Monitors competitive and industry landscape to stay on top of trends; seeks to understand how these trends can be applied to Primrose 
  •  Implements internal communications plan to keep system updated on relevant trends


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience – advertising, PR, agency, or other marketing strategic related role
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Franchise experience is helpful, but not required
  • Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbally
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams within an organization
  • Comfortable with data/analytics; makes decisions based on data

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·       Lead the development of flyers, brochures, trade show graphics, branded email templates, digital graphics for online use, and presentation graphics to support Primrose Schools Franchising Company and Primrose schools
·       Translate marketing and business objectives through to design and create user experiences that are on brand, play off the strategy and maintain a high level of quality. 
·       Act as an internal brand ambassador to ensure consistent adherence to established brand guidelines as it relates to design
·       Work with design team to ensure overall quality of work that meets the brand standards
·       Guide and teach designers when appropriate by applying design expertise decisively to creative work
·       Work closely with Brand Managers and internal stakeholders to assess the needs of each business unit and/ or internal team in regard to creative material; provide consistent, high quality results that meets the needs of the business.
·       Work directly with the Creative Director and agency partners to develop effective brand awareness campaigns and videos
