SUMMARY

Proficio is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position will play a unique and integral role in assisting the Accounting department as it will support our complex and diverse invoicing/AR process. Once these areas are mastered, the individual will have the ability to expand their knowledge in other areas such as deferred rent, depreciation, and prepaids.

Candidate should have excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. Qualified candidates must be dependable, on-time, & committed to working in a Fast-Paced Office. DUTIES

The Accounting Specialist will provide a variety of accounting and clerical support activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing accounts receivable including collections - we have low volume, but high complexity in these tasks
  • Preparing bank reconciliations related to collections
  • Reduce accounts receivable aging through effective collection strategies
  • As AR tasks are mastered, grow into month end close responsibilities such as handling depreciation and creation of other journal entries and/or work into other account reconciliations
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain low DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and escalation of delinquent AR as needed
  • Filing/administrative work
  • Professionally communicating with clients and building working relationships with them
  • Other ad-hoc duties as needed
  • 3+ years proven performance in complex AR processing with preference for experience billing large multi-year contracts across a multitude of invoices for varying services, deliverables, and timelines
  • Experience with NetSuite is desired; MS Office skills required
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, ability to self-audit, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
  • Detail-Oriented and able to be trained/mentored in additional tasks and responsibilities

Summary:

Proficio is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive our field and digital marketing efforts for our managed cyber security services. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking to contribute to a high-caliber team at a high-growth company.  The right candidate will make a real impact across many areas within Proficio, including field marketing, channel marketing, partner program, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for strategic marketing planning to reach lead and revenue targets through execution of those plans across digital marketing, channel marketing, and field marketing to generate net-new leads and ultimately revenue. You work closely with Proficio sales and channel sales teams, as well as channel and technology partners to build marketing plans that support regional sales targets, brand development, and customer base expansion in key target markets. You will also own the relationship with third-party agencies to drive digital and content marketing strategies as well as ensure smooth execution and optimization of all digital marketing platform. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the demand generation efforts and create multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that span the full funnel, this includes developing our content marketing strategy, driving our digital marketing efforts and field and channel marketing, at the global, national, and regional levels.
  • Create content (collateral, presentations, emails, webinars, video) and initiate campaigns to enable, engage and ultimately drive demand for Proficio solutions through digital tactics, field events, and through our partners.
  • Create marketing programs and campaigns that speak directly to the interests of our ideal customer profile and address the needs of key target decision makers and influencers and execute them through our partners, regional and national events, and digital marketing tactics, such as through our website, SEO, content syndication, etc.
  • Own the digital and content marketing strategy, investment, and relationship with agency partners to oversee and support execution to reach lead acquisition goals, including selection of agency partners, day-to-day management, oversight of performance and strategy across social media, blog, website, content syndication, SEO, SSO, paid advertising, email marketing, video, and display. 
  • Design and execute account-based marketing initiatives – 1:1; 1 to few; and 1 to many initiatives.
  • Develop the strategy, development, and upkeep of email nurture programs to drive responses and push qualified leads further down the funnel for conversion.
  • Ensure smooth execution and optimization methods of all digital platforms, tools and applications, including the website, social media, Salesforce.com and the partner portal to improve customer /partner experience and reporting capabilities.
  • Track and measure ROI and KPIs for all digital, field, and channel marketing activities and drive data-driven strategy, investment, and prioritization decisions.

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for agency partners.

  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing, or a related degree
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in field marketing and channel marketing and 2+ years’ experience in cybersecurity is preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of how to use web, ABM, conversion optimization, nurture, and more as part of a comprehensive growth strategy.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding lead and revenue targets
  • Proven ability to work across multiple departments and collaborate to achieve top-line revenue results

SUMMARY

The Senior Regional Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business by selling direct and through channel partners for the Central South territory. Based in the Dallas Fort Worth Metro Area, the RSM will utilize sales engineering and business development teams to provide a consultative approach and align Proficio's service offerings with clients' needs. The ideal candidate has a proven history of exceeding sales quotas and building a strong pipeline of future business, all while providing superior customer service.

This position requires 50% travel (within territory)

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a sales strategy focused on prospecting, developing, and closing new business accounts within assigned territory
  • Create account target list with specific penetration plans for each prospective entity
  • Be a "hunter", utilize and maintain existing professional network to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage a pipeline; regularly update sales forecasts and reports utilizing Salesforce
  • Achieve sales quota goals, drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers
  • Deliver web based and in-person presentations, leveraging thorough knowledge of Proficio’s capabilities and sales best practices
  • Utilize a consultative approach to effectively map Proficio’s solutions to meet prospects needs
  • Plan and implement sales events to showcase new service offerings while educating partners, current and prospective clients about Proficio
  • Actively maintain a pipeline and attend face to face or webinar meetings with C-level executives
    • Must have 3+ years’ experience direct sales in cybersecurity industry (MSSP highly preferred)

    • Technical acumen (ability to discuss security, networking, and software/ hardware solutions)
    • Proven track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas and adding new logos

          Proficio is working with an APAC client to provide dedicated support in the Vulnerability Management area. We seek an Analyst to work in the following areas:

          1. Honeypot deployment, maintenance, and Threat analysis

          • Deploy honeypots using open-source solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.
          • Implement and configure security solutions to monitor and detect malicious activities.
          • Regularly review and fine-tune security policies to ensure they are effective and efficient.
          • Develop comprehensive threat response runbooks and automation playbooks for streamlined incident handling.

          2. Attack and Breach Response Testing

          • Design and conduct annual attack and breach response tests to evaluate the resilience of the system.
          • Develop an action plan to address any identified vulnerabilities and track the progress of remediation efforts.

          3. Vulnerability tracking and remediation support

          • Monitor and analyze Qualys scan findings to provide enriched remediation recommendations.
          • Offer detailed feedback on disputed findings to ensure accurate vulnerability management.
          • Execute quarterly automated scans for all external-facing applications (up to 300) and document the findings using PlexTrac.
          • Achieve 100% scanning coverage of digital assets within the vulnerability scanners.
          • Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory mapping to reflect the current state of digital resources.
          • Keep ServiceNow records current to facilitate effective asset and incident management.

          4. Threat Intelligence Tracking and Reporting

          • Monitor threat intelligence feeds using existing tools and open-source platforms to stay ahead of potential vulnerabilities.
          • Generate and disseminate advisories within 48 hours of identifying significant threats.
          • Track and report on the remediation progress of issues highlighted in advisories to ensure timely resolution.

          • 2+ years experience working in a Qualys Cloud environment
          • 2+ years previous work in honeypot deployment, breach and attack response testing, and threat intelligence research/reporting
          • Work history should include Qualys scanner and agent deployment, scheduling and running of ad hoc and regular environment scans, and remediation review and execution work
          • Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, strong organizational skills
          • PlexTrac and ServiceNow experience is a plus
          • Education in cybersecurity and / or overall experience in networking engineering, SIEM technologies, and pen testing are all pluses
