As the fastest growing company in the space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on an ETL Engineer to assist our engineering team in taking our Business Intelligence platform, data migration services, and healthcare software to the next level.

This role is truly an unprecedented opportunity to have immense impact in expanding our growth for the next chapter of Prompt. We are looking for someone who will be a foundational piece to the growth of the product, team, and strategy at Prompt.

Why work for Prompt?

  • BIG Challenges: Here at Prompt, we are solving complex and unique problems that have plagued the healthcare industry since the dawn of time.

  • Healthy Approach: This isn't an investment bank, we work long hours when it's needed, but at Prompt you own your workload and the entire organization takes a liking to smart work (over hard work).
  • Positive Impact: Prompt helps outpatient rehab organizations treat more patients and deliver better care with less environmental waste. That means less surgery and less narcotic-based pain treatment, all while turning a paper-heavy industry digital. We aren't enthralled with patting ourselves on the back everyday, but it does feel good :)

The Role

We are currently seeking a hybrid ETL developer to design and implement ETL processes while subsequently assisting our engineering team on the development front. You will help to build efficient and stable data pipelines which can be easily maintained in the future. You should have expertise in the design, creation, management, and business use of large datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our data migration team to own the process of transferring and migrating data for our new clients going through onboarding from their prior EMR into Prompt
  • Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities
  • Gather requirements and business process knowledge in order to transform the data in a way that’s geared towards the needs of end users
  • Take over responsibilities for developing and maintaining Prompt’s Business Intelligence Platform
  • Enable Prompt’s BI platform to support third party data ingestion and third party data extraction
  • Make contributions towards Prompt’s overall data model
  • Maintain and improve already existing processes
  • Ensure that the data architecture is scalable and maintainable
  • Work with the business in designing and delivering correct, high quality data
  • Investigate data to identify potential issues within ETL pipelines, notify end-users and propose adequate solutions
  • Prepare documentation for future reference

Skills

  • SQL knowledge (query performance tuning, index maintenance, etc.) as well as an understanding of database structure
  • Knowledge of data modeling principles
  • Organizational skills: time management and planning
  • Knowledge of at least one ETL tool (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, etc.)

Prompt Therapy Solutions is hiring a Remote Director of People

      Director of People

      Company Background

Healthcare software is 10 years behind technology in every other industry. We were frustrated by the fact that you still have to call to schedule visits, show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, have no idea how your care is progressing, and the list goes on. We discovered that this problem stemmed from multiple, outdated systems used by practices. After identifying Physical Therapy as the most challenging vertical, we got to work building a modern solution that ties everything a practice needs onto one platform. In doing so, we have made it significantly easier for practice owners to manage and grow their businesses, all users in a practice are saving hours per week, and the patients have a far better experience.

Since launching just under two years ago, we have taken the market by storm and have grown from 16 employees to just over 40 in the last year alone. We are seeking a Director of People to come on board and help facilitate the exponential growth we wish to continue achieving. Prompt is just getting started!

      Culture

      Why work for Prompt?

      • BIG Challenges:

Here at Prompt, we are solving complex and unique problems that have plagued the healthcare industry for decades

      • Talented People:

Prompt didn't happen by chance, it's a team of incredibly talented and proven individuals who all made their mark before joining forces to build the greatest software on the planet for physical, occupational, and speech therapists.

      • Healthy Approach:

This isn't an investment bank, we work long hours when it's needed, but at Prompt you own your workload and the entire organization takes a liking to smart work (over hard work).

      • A Positive Impact:

We are building technology that helps improve the lives of the healthcare professionals we serve, but more importantly, the patients who they serve. Far too often people choose surgery instead of therapy and we’re hoping to help change that. Not to mention we turn all of our practices around the country into paperless operations. We aren't enthralled with patting ourselves on the back every day, but it does feel good :)

      FAQ’s

      You might want to know…

      • Do I have to come to an office to do a job that is accomplished on a computer?

No. This is a largely remote position unless you would prefer to come to our office in NJ. Wear sweatpants, put your feet up, listen to Kanye, whatever you fancy is what you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

      • Do I have to install a time tracker on my computer because you do not trust my work ethic?

No. Prompt employees work around U.S. business hours in order to promote clear communication. You’d be expected to do the same within reason (and without time trackers). We are flexible and prioritize actual output over how long something took.

      • Will the hiring process be dragged out?

No. You will hear back quickly and we have a 3-4 call interviewing process, prioritizing your time and ensuring that we communicate quickly with any updates. We know you are busy and value your time.

      • Is Prompt growing quickly?

YES! Prompt is growing exponentially year-over-year, both in terms of team size and clinic reach and we project to continue on this pace going forward!
