The Role
We are currently seeking a hybrid ETL developer to design and implement ETL processes while subsequently assisting our engineering team on the development front. You will build ETL pipelines to ingest the data from heterogeneous sources into our system. You should have excellent business and communication skills, and be able to work with business owners to understand their data requirements and help them make data-related decisions using your ETL knowledge and experience.
The job role might also require you to learn new tools and technologies fast, and you should have in-depth database knowledge as well as basic programming and scripting skills. You will help to build efficient and stable data pipelines which can be easily maintained in the future. You should have expertise in the design, creation, management, and business use of large datasets.

Much of our team has REAL experience working inside of clinics and know the ins and outs of our users’ day to day. This role’s major responsibility will be to continue this trend and find the best solutions for our Customers and their problems, no matter how big or how small the issue. As a new department here at Prompt, due to current hybrid roles covering these three aspects currently of client services currently, the possibilities and room for growth are endless.
Managing Knowledgebase Content
Everybody at Prompt thinks of themselves as life long learners, we extend that concept to our Customers as well by providing them comprehensive and detailed explanations of our entire platform’s functionality. As we continue to improve Prompt’s EMR platform, we must maintain the same level of quality control in the documents that we use to educate our user base. We know that our users like helping themselves when they can, but in order to do that we need to assure that they have the resources to do so! This role would certainly be a part of this process and would have a direct impact on the success of our end users by keeping them informed with the latest updates, features, and tips.
Customer Meetings
Sometimes people prefer to be able to talk directly with our Success team to discuss their issues. On occasion, we also need to be able to see what they’re seeing and understand how it’s impacting them to give them the best support possible. No matter what the case may be, this role would look to aid in these on-demand meetings and be another reason that our customers can trust in Prompt and our mission to provide a better future for healthcare professionals.
We are looking at a start date of January 2023 for this position.

Healthcare software is 10 years behind technology in every other industry. We were frustrated by the fact that you still have to call to schedule visits, show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, have no idea how your care is progressing, and the list goes on. We discovered that this problem stemmed from multiple, outdated systems used by practices. After identifying Physical Therapy as the most challenging vertical, we got to work building a modern solution that ties everything a practice needs onto one platform. In doing so, we have made it significantly easier for practice owners to manage and grow their businesses, all users in a practice are saving hours per week, and the patients have a far better experience.
Since launching just under two years ago, we have taken the market by storm and have grown from 16 employees to just over 40 in the last year alone.
