Qualifications

You will have excellent presentation skills, with previous experience of presenting and delivering training. Education experience and the ability to speak a second language is welcome, but not crucial.

Job Description

Review, negotiate, and manage all US and Canadian state or district contracts. Is the liaison between the customer and Renaissance legal counsel to ensure compliance and mitigate company risk while meeting the needs of customers.  Works collaboratively as a subject matter expert with internal stakeholders (i.e. Project Management, Proposals, and Government Affairs) to support the contract process and manage workload cross-functionally to meet customer needs and timelines.

  • Negotiates Terms and Conditions based on company risk tolerance. 

  • Negotiates and manages cooperative purchasing contracts.  

  • Identifies potential challenges while thinking strategically and creating solutions to ensure contract compliance, resulting in customer satisfaction. 

  • Proactively manages contract renewals and pricing updates for existing contracts. 

  • Maintains companywide special pricing details for all awarded contracts for sales/quoting visibility. 

  • Develops and maintains contract strategy playbook in close consultation with legal department to ease sales friction and expedite sales. 

  • Procures, builds, and manages a companywide contract management tool in partnership with legal department to achieve contract efficiencies, compliance tracking, and company visibility. 

  • Works in concert with Finance and Accounting to ensure that invoicing and payments are being made consistent with agreed upon contract terms.  

  • Manages department email inbox by reviewing and assigning all incoming contract requests to a Contract Administrator for completion by deadline.
