YOUR ROLE
As an HR Operations Manager you contribute to the success of Rituals by coordinating the HR administration team in Italy. Together with your team, you are responsible for a flawless HR administration and to provide high-quality service to the stores.
HR Operations team is responsible for processing new employees, transfers, promotions, absenteeism, leave, keeping digital personnel files up-to-date, and so on. They are also involved in the payroll process.
Your main goal is managing the HR operations framework for Italy to facilitate our leaders & employees an excellent service, being an operational & pragmatic leader to our HR operations and payroll team and delivering fast and qualitative HR execution.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
You provide advises and facilitates the business leaders to come to optimal decisions and ways of working.
You are constantly looking for ways to make the entire administrative process run smoother, more efficiently and faster.
You executes and influences the organisational and procedural ways of working.
You develop or implement HR policies & processes.
You are involved in projects to optimize HR systems and improve processes.
You will be part of diverse project teams as lead or member.
You track record in building up HR operations department & HR System implementation.
YOUR PROFILE:
You have extensive (at least 8 years) experience within HR operations and advice, experienced in setting up an HR service framework, broad knowledge of legislation, compliancy, HR systems & procedures.
You can spot opportunities, formulate plans and create support.
You have experience in setting up and executing HR Projects.
You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks paying attention to detail.
You have strong social skills, bring positivity and energy, and you are a real team player.
You work efficiently, accurately and you know how to set priorities.
You have a completed HBO or university education in a relevant field of study.
Experience and Retail is a plus.
Experience with Workday is a plus.
