Le.la Gestionnaire des Systèmes RH jouera un rôle clé dans l'intégration de tous les systèmes et applications liés aux RH pour assurer des processus efficaces et cohérents à travers l'organisation et configurés de manière à soutenir la mondialisation de notre entreprise. Il.elle soutiendra la fonction RH dans la transformation de cette dernière en une organisation plus agile, évolutive et efficace dans le cadre de l'initiative Fonction RH du Futur. Ce rôle sera impliqué dans la cartographie des processus et la conception et la gestion des flux de travail de bout en bout à travers plusieurs équipes, applications et systèmes. Ce rôle jouera un rôle clé dans la fourniture de recommandations pour l'amélioration de l'efficacité des processus.

La personne titulaire du poste devra travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de Toronto, Vancouver et Los Angeles. Elle sera également impliquée dans les échanges avec nos clients basés à travers le monde, afin de mettre en avant les capacités techniques et créatives de RodeoFX. 

Principales responsabilités :

  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre des modules d'accueil et d’intégration, de formation et apprentissages et d’avantages et bénéfices de UKG et adapter et modifier le système en fonction des besoins changeants de l'entreprise ;
  • Évaluation stratégique continue de UKG pour l'aligner sur les objectifs et réglementations organisationnels ;
  • Définir la direction et l'optimisation du portefeuille de technologies RH en partenariat avec des acteurs clés de multiples fonctions de l'organisation pour façonner comment la technologie RH soutient leurs priorités et répond aux besoins commerciaux tout en créant des solutions évolutives, standardisées et automatisées ;
  • Superviser l'administration du portefeuille de technologies RH aidant à continuer à faire évoluer l'organisation à l'échelle mondiale grâce à des insights, à l'automatisation et à des rapports et processus à l'échelle de l'entreprise ;
  • Construire et piloter des feuilles de route d'optimisation de la technologie RH ; développer des exigences ; coordonner avec des consultants externes, des équipes de gestion de projet externes et internes ; construire et tester ; mettre en œuvre et s'assurer que les miletstones/projets du département sont atteints et respectent les budgets approuvés ;
  • Diriger l'équipe de technologie RH dans la gestion des activités quotidiennes pour soutenir les RH, la paie, l'apprentissage et le développement, le recrutement et la rétention, et d'autres fonctions interdépendantes ;
  • Établir une stratégie globale de fournisseur et diriger les évaluations de fournisseurs en partenariat avec les parties prenantes ;
  • Partenariat avec les parties prenantes pour se concentrer sur le développement et le maintien d'analyses substantielles (ex. sur Monday et SmartRecruiters) pour aider à orienter les décisions commerciales et créer des objectifs à court et long terme pour les constructions de systèmes, les opérations, les flux de données et la sécurité en ce qui concerne les processus de main-d'œuvre ;
  • Établir et exécuter la stratégie globale pour les données des personnes. Cela inclut les pratiques, outils, technologies et l'équipe nécessaires pour fournir des informations et des insights exploitables pour favoriser une expérience employé gratifiante et le succès commercial ;
  • Gérer et surveiller les protocoles et autorisations de sécurité basés sur les rôles. Attribuer la sécurité aux individus en fonction de leur rôle dans l'entreprise. Mettre à jour les paramètres de sécurité au besoin pour garantir la sécurité des données des employés ;

  • Développer et maintenir tous les Systèmes et Technologies RH.

Qualifications

  • 8 ans et plus d'expérience en technologie de systèmes avec des systèmes tels que UKG, Monday, SmartRecruiters, ShotGrid (souhaitable) ;
  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe (Administration, RH ou informatique) ;
  • Compréhension avérée des processus d'affaires RH, Paie, Finance et IT et de leur impact sur les systèmes RH ;
  • Expérience avancée en gestion de projet, y compris la mise en œuvre de la technologie des ressources humaines ;
  • Compréhension solide des principes, pratiques et procédures de gestion du changement et du capital humain ;
  • Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, y compris l'identification de problèmes complexes et l'examen des informations connexes pour développer et évaluer des options et mettre en œuvre des solutions ;

Job Description

The HR Systems Manager will play a key role in all HR-related system and application integrations to ensure processes are efficient and consistent across the organization and configured in a way that supports the globalization of our business. They will support the HR function as the organization transforms HR into a more agile, scalable, and efficient organization as part of the HR Function of the Future initiative. This role will be engaged in process mapping and the design and management of end-to-end workflow across multiple teams, applications, and systems. This role will play a key role in providing recommendations for improved process efficiency. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of UKG’s onboarding, LMS and Benefits modules and modify the HRIS based on changing business needs;
  • Continuous strategic evaluation of UKG to align with organizational goals and regulations;
  • Set the direction and optimization of the HR technology portfolio by partnering with key stakeholders across multifunctions of the organization to shape how HR technology supports their priorities and meet business needs while creating scalable, standardized, automated solutions;
  • Oversee the administration of the HR technology portfolio helping to continue to scale the organization globally through insights, self-service, and company-wide reporting and processes;
  • Build and drive HR technology optimization roadmaps; develop requirements; coordinate with external consultants, and external and internal project management teams; build and test; implement and ensure project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets;
  • Lead the HR technology team in managing the day-to-day activities to support the HR, payroll, Learning and development, Recruiting and retention, and other interrelated functions;
  • Establish an overall vendor strategy and lead vendor assessments in partnership with stakeholders;
  • Partner with stakeholders to focus on developing and maintaining substantial analytics (ex. on Monday and Smart Recruiter) to help drive business decisions and create short and long-term goals and objectives for system builds, operations, processes, data flows, and security as it relates to Workforce processes;
  • Establish and execute the overall strategy for people data. This includes data governance practices, tools, technology, and the team required to provide actionable information and insights to drive a rewarding employee experience, and business success;
  • Manage and monitor role-based security protocols and permissions. Assign security to individuals based on their role with the company. Update security settings as needed to ensure employee data is secure;
  • Drive change management activities to assist with employee adaptation of system tools; facilitate the development of formal and informal training to employees and functional end-users;
  • Prepare systems when acquiring, merging, or divesting component companies including creating pay groups, organizational structure, earnings & deduction codes, tax setup, importing, or exporting of employee history, etc;
  • Ensure the development & maintenance of all HR Systems and technology.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of systems technology experience with systems such as UKG, Monday, Smart Recruiter, ShotGrid (nice to have);
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Administration, HR or Computer science);
  • Proven understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT business processes and how they impact HR systems;
  • Advanced project management experience including implementation of Human Resource technology;
  • Strong understanding of human capital and organizational change management principles, practices and procedures;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
  • Critical thinking skills including logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment (knows when to lead and when to follow);
