ROLE SUMMARY:

This critical role is responsible for managing key accounts for the BESS segment at . The role will be remote with the ability to work across multiple time zones as required. The role will play an important strategic role in the growth of the BESS segment, expanding penetration to existing accounts and onboarding new accounts as required. Emphasis is placed on establishing strong and collaborative relationships with the accounts and be the customer's primary management point of contact for day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of account management and growth, strong personal and presentation skills, have a proactive attitude, and the ability to lead the team. 

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the sales team to successfully onboard new accounts
  • Grow existing key account revenue 
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and customer challenges for Pearce to engage with 
  • Establish strong customer relations and expand network within key accounts
  • Develop and manage written account plans 
  • Manage overall customer satisfaction
  • Be the primary point of contact for the customer into the Pearce team 
  • Review work order reports from the field and makes recommendations to customers for site improvements 
  • Schedule and lead regular operations reviews with the customer as needed
  • Develop proposal responses for customer RFP’s
  • Participate in industry events
  • Engage with the organizations digital marketing activities

DEMONSTRATED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of successful account management experience 
  • Proven ability to sell services

  • Experience developing customer pricing and quotes in response to complex RFP’s 
  • Successful win rate record and ability to close new business awards 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand cost and price assumptions 
  • Ability to lead the team during regular customer calls
  • Positive, outgoing, and energetic attitude with strong personal skills  
  • Ability to de-escalate customer satisfaction issues if needed

YOUR BACKGROUND

  •  Bachelor’s degree or proven account management/sales experience

To succeed in this role, you will apply your recruiting skills to uncover and network with candidates, be a creative problem-solver, and build positive relationships with hiring managers and executives. You are the face of the company and work hard to meet recruiting objectives by attracting the right people to the organization. This role specifically supports all levels of recruiting for the corporate office, as well as for the management and technicians in the field offices. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Execute multiple talent sourcing options for both active and passive candidates, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates (e.g., cold calling, job boards, advertising, database and internet searches, and networking and referrals, and anticipate organization needs by ensuring an ongoing talent pool
  • Optimize and execute strategic recruiting activities and talent acquisition projects, processes and programs to fulfill business needs and organizational priorities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine and fulfill talent resource needs

QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 4+ years of corporate full-cycle and/or contingency recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for the Telecommunications, Field Services or Construction industry (highly preferred)
  • Experience using online, social, and network sourcing techniques.
  • Must be a self-starter and have a STRONG level of precision and passion for recruiting and best practices
  • Experience with ATSs and Clear Company Applicant Tracking System (a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

ROLE SUMMARY

The National Level 3 and 2 Central Office Technician will provide detailed installation, removal, and maintenance of Central Office equipment which includes Transmission, Power, and Fiber systems with supervision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must have mastered installation skills per Telco Standard TP76300 and be able to perform all the duties of the Installer Level 3 or 2  with a high degree of competence and accuracy.
  • Comprehensive equipment installation skills on a wide variety of installations and systems including AC/DC Power systems, low/high-density fiber systems, Central Office Infrastructure, and supervisory /alarm systems.
  • The comprehensive level of understanding of all general company policies and practices, safety procedures, paperwork, and administrative requirements.
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply job/equipment specifications, installation documents, schematics.
  • Work on multiple projects which may have several locations.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3+ years installation experience or combination of experience and training as determined by company management.
  • Experience with AT&T and Verizon Central Office installation practices is a plus.
  • DC Power Installation experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma with two years technical school or a combination of training and experience related to the communications installation field of 3 plus years.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram forms.
  • Must have proficient laptop computer skills and experience with applications.
  • Travel is required in your home region and in the US without restrictions. The ability to travel internationally is a plus. Expenses 100% paid by the employer.
  • Fully understands all company/customer policies and procedures and safety requirements.
