What you will be doing: 

As an Enterprise Channel Director at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Sales team. 

In support of the Semperis “100% Channel Sales Model” the Enterprise Channel Director, acts as the primary leader & point of contact for creating & enabling mutually profitable relationships with Referral Partners, Resellers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs) & Distributors across South Europe
 
We encourage experienced candidates with Cybersecurity or Identity & Access Management (IAM) channel sales development experience, and those who are comfortable in a high impact, high visibility role.  

The qualified candidate will possess recent, verifiable history in creating & enabling monetized relationships and ramping channel-sourced sales pipeline with Regional IAM or cybersecurity resellers, including successes with regional & boutique resellers engaged in the Cyber Risk and Disaster Recovery market.  Compensation based on base salary plus commission (quota attainment). 

  • Provide input and help evolve the Semperis Vigilance Partnership program. 
  • Recruit & enable carefully focused, mutually profitable partnerships with industry leading consulting, advisory and global system integrator partners. 
  • Build Partner (channel-sourced) pipeline. Help “Sell With” and “Sell Through” carefully targeted Partners, in close collaboration (overlay) with Semperis field sales  
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue & document all partnership activity in SFDC CRM. 
  • Coordinate & attend Partner joint-marketing events, including in-person & webinar 
  • Enablement: Conduct training & coordinate education of Partner Sales, PreSales & Services Teams 
  • Evangelize Directory Services Assessment Tool (Purple Knight) and leverage to create assessment offerings with targeted firms which drive additional product demand for Semperis. 

What you will bring to the table:    

  • 10+ years of relevant channel sales experience with key IAM or security resellers 
  • A proven track record of creating and enabling successful monetized reseller partner relationships 
  • Superlative organizational & communications skills 
  • Comfortable with carrying an annual quota for Partner generated revenue and resale

What you will be doing:  

As an SME Sales Director at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Sales team.  

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing assigned accounts   
  • Qualify, manage and support leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities, and progress opportunities through closure. Convert SQLs from our SDR team into closed/won opportunities.   
  • Build a local franchise to own the market in your territory through trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances   
  • Continuously build new pipeline and exceed assigned growth goals 
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market   
  • Conduct prospecting efforts to generate leads through calls and emails   
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and advise appropriate Semperis products   
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, services and pricing models   
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners and internal teams    


What you will bring to the table:     

  • Must have 5+ years’ experience in cyber security or identity sales 
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Sales experience successfully selling into enterprise accounts is preferred     
  • Strong territory planning, and sales methodology focus. Ability to develop and execute both territory and account-based strategies    
  • Proven track record of performance in exceeding goals and quota, and growing the business   
  • Contribute a mindset to evangelize, advise, tailor strategy and take control of the sales process from the start – Sales methodology MEDDPICC
  • Strong experience with Enterprise customers in the region   
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization from the product architect to the CXO

What you will bring:  

  • 5+ years of cybersecurity technical account manager, customer success manager, sales engineer, technical support or related customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS solutions company.
  • Aptitude and drive to develop and maintain an essential understanding of Semperis solutions and related Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.)  
  • 5+ years of experience working with C-level Executives that includes meetings,  high-level presentations, and collaborative discussions
  • Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data
  • Excellent communication and project management skills  
  • Proactive; ability to anticipate customer needs and have solutions ready when they are
