Servos is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing plans for all Servos products and services. You will also work closely with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.

You Are

• A seasoned Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of broad-based experience
• Experienced in the ServiceNow ecosystem, or another SaaS/PaaS ecosystem
• Trusted to have a proven track record of success in developing, and executing, marketing strategies while managing competing priorities simultaneously
• Highly experienced with marketing automation and analytics tools, along with a working knowledge of campaign setup and execution
• Experienced in drafting brand content for various facets such as company websites, events/conferences, newsletters, articles, and social media
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takes
• An adventurer who wouldn’t mind traveling up to 20% of the time to support marketing activities and events

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies/lifecycles to achieve company goals and objectives that effectively reach target audiences
• Create and refine brand content, value propositions, and messaging for all marketing campaigns promoting Servos solutions and success stories
• Collaborate with the Servos sales team to generate leads and close deals
• Manage and grow Servos’ social media presence by leading content strategy, creative development, and performance analysis
• Help maintain a unified Servos brand voice through all marketing efforts by cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
• Represent Servos at industry events and conferences while partnering with ServiceNow to develop and execute these events (i.e. planning logistics and event execution)
• Conduct industry research on market trends to support marketing strategies, communicate product differentiation, and provide input to leadership
• Oversee creative production of marketing assets for online and offline channels, including graphic design, video production, and web development, guiding process from concept to final execution
