Position duties

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented intern to support our Managed Services team.

Sleek’s Managed Services is a brand new product line launched in May 2020.

Managed Services is a white labeled version of our Sleek platform and services that is now offered to high volume referrals partners, called MS Partner. The value proposition for these partners is that instead of sending their clients directly to Sleek, they can now keep their direct client relationships, diversify and deliver incorporation, corporate secretary and accounting services in Singapore under their own brand and charge a premium on top of our fixed fees.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to gain first hand experience of how to build up a new product from scratch and grow it into a scalable and profitable business line.

The role will encompass a wide range of activities and no one day will be the same:

1. Business Development

> Engaging in prospecting activities and helping to build and manage an exciting pipeline of Managed Service candidates (Law Firms, Corporate Secretaries, Consultants, Auditors, etc).

> Attending sales meetings with Managed Services prospects to pitch and demo Managed Services.

> Supporting with negotiations and signing up new clients.

2. Operations & Innovation

Helping to improve internal processes and procedures to ensure the successful delivery of the Managed Services offering. Examples may include finding ways to refine MS Partner & MS End Clients onboarding, automating repetitive manual processes; creating guides; updating process documents.

> Coordinating with the other departments and teams in Sleek to obtain support when required. Key teams include tech, compliance, data, finance, accounting, payroll, partnerships & corporate secretary.

You will operate with limited guidance and have strong business partnering skills. You won't be afraid to approach new, unique problems, and you'll be capable of working with large amounts of data with high attention to detail.

 

Your responsibilities will include

 

  • Assisting  the Snr HR Manager in all HR facets  and responsible for handling administrative tasks for the Human Resources team.

  • Conduct HR research to identify best practices

  • Prepare HR related reports, presentations  and analyze data

  • Responsible for keeping documents filed in a proper and organised manner in the HR System

  • Able to handle confidential information

  • Champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of our work

  • Any other administrative tasks as required by the Snr HRM

Senior Human Resource Executive

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Demonstrates credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward

  • Has progressive and successful operational and human resources experience. International experience or exposure is helpful given the global nature of the customers and employees

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in partnering well with leadership and partners to develop a culture of innovation, excellence and openness abilities and ideas to build and enhance the culture

  • Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues. Able to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects

  • Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and exits.

  • Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.

  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

  • Process and follow up appointments, reassignments, promotions and other HR decisions which generate personnel administration actions in a timely and thorough way, being sensitive to the human dimensions involved and tailoring actions accordingly.

  • Provide advisory on  specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed.

  • All other HR related duties and responsibilities assigned by Human Resources Manager

 

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of HR experience, with direct client support and management coaching experience, including HR experience with a technology company. Must have a background successfully supporting senior executives

  • Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially workforce and talent management, organizational development and consulting/coaching 

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Passion for People and Culture

  • Highly accountable and reliable

  • Goal oriented and strong analytical skills

  • Highly self motivated and a quick learner
