Job Description

    This is mainly an internal sales role required to drive healthy customer retention, new software sales and revenue growth by maintaining customer relationships, managing renewal of existing business and driving further adoption of Snow technology across SMB, Corporate and Public Sector through up sell and cross sell.   • Ability to advocate and represent the value of the Snow Platform to a broad and diverse range of existing customers. 
  • Full ownership and responsibility of the assigned territory to drive customer success.

  • Secure renewals and identify up sell/cross sell opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Regularly review and adjust strategies based on shifts in technology and market trends.

What we require from you

  • 5+ years of SAP Basis experience or SAP security
  • Should have significant experience working with SAP Business Suite & SAP S/4 HANA, user administration and the SAP Solution Manager. Knowledge of technical installations and interconnected satellite systems a big plus.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP architecture including SAP ERP applications.  Have an understanding of SAP licensing models and contracts.

Job Description

Reporting to our Corporate Accounting Manager, the Corporate Accountant will support all duties related to our Group financial close activities and consolidation process, as well as preparation of GAAP financial reporting to our debt holders and equity investors.

This position will prepare supporting schedules for Consolidated Balance Sheet reconciliations and support the preparation of our monthly Balance Sheet reviews. This includes ensuring global adherence to our group-wide accounting policies.

This position will also play a key role in the operation of our financial close internal control procedures.

Some key responsibilities include

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on general ledger and consolidation related tasks
  • Prepare supporting schedules for Consolidated Balance Sheet reconciliations and support the preparation of our monthly Balance Sheet reviews
  • Ensure all controls, including SoX controls are properly performed for the consolidation and financial close processes
  • Evaluate and recommend process changes to improve controls and efficiency
  • Own the preparation of certain monthly corporate accounting tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in general accounting
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently on regular routine assignments, including managing time and meeting critical deadlines
  • Ability to perform work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Good to have

  • Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility to work extended hours during critical periods such as quarter-end and year-end
  • Evaluate and recommend process changes to improve controls and efficiency
  • Own the preparation of certain monthly corporate accounting tasks

Job Description

   Snow is on a journey to transform our market-leading offering to cloud-native microservices delivered as a SaaS service. A key part of this transformation is to create a state-of-the-art Platform Operations team to manage the solutions across a variety of cloud platforms. 

   This role will suit an experienced Platform Operations / Infrastructure automation engineer. The technology stack will evolve continuously in the coming years, moving from a combination of microservices and virtual machines to a fully microservices based architecture. The Platform Engineer will work very tightly with the technology, product and operations leads to define the path we take for the next 3-5 years. It means, a lot of freedom and a lot of responsibility. 

   The development teams focus heavily on ownership and the quality aspects of the development cycle where the developer of each service is responsible for ensuring that relevant monitoring, alerting and logging capabilities are built into the service and that automated test suites are continuously updated. The Platform/ Automation Engineer will be working closely with the SRE and DevOps teams to ensure that the service delivery pipeline, monitoring and health checks are fully automated and that the operating environments are adequately patched and maintained to a high standard. 

   This is a unique opportunity to work with the leading cloud technologies and methodologies as well as be a key player in the definition and implementation of Snows SaaS offering.   

Who are we looking for:

  • Appetite for learning new technologies.
  • Experience debugging complex, multi-server service in a high availability production environment.
  • Good communication skills both in written and verbal format with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Experience and capability to identify performance lag and bottlenecks in a 3-tier web architecture system.
  • Tune and optimize SQL Server and Windows-based operating environments.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and software defined networks.
  • Knowledge and experience of setting up and using configuration management tooling.

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in architecting and implementing Snow’s enterprise hosting platforms.
  • Automating repeatable tasks.
  • Ensuring availability, scalability and resilience of our enterprise hosting and SaaS like platform and services.
  • Collaborate across a global team structure that spans APAC, EMEA and AMER.
  • Assist in documenting and implementing processes, workflows, user manuals and present to stakeholders as necessary .

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a Platform / DevOps Engineering team.
  • Reasonable proficiency in at least one of Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Python, Go.
  • Broad technical and working knowledge of multi-cloud provider hosting, Software Defined Networks (SDN), Microsoft Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, docker, Windows, Linux, SQL Server.
  • Able to be on-call when needed.

  •     Develop and maintain a sales strategy and business plan for National Partner(s) and communication as required with both Partner(s) and Snow sales leadership to achieve aligned goals.  Leverage the partner business plan as a living roadmap for 'Go to Market' and program development, including sales goals.
  •     Responsible for accurate operational and sales forecasting while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  •     Act as a trusted and valued resource to our National Partner(s) and liaise as required to build strong field engagements.
  •     Collaborate with field marketing organization to plan, deliver, and manage an effective communication and demand generation campaign for Partner(s).

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  •     6+ years of channel management / national partner management experience (required)
  •     Previous employment at a channel partner (desirable)
  •     Bachelor degree (preferred) / Graduate degree (desirable)  
  •     Past experience as a quota-bearing account manager (preferred)
