Job Description

As our new Senior Customer Success Manageryou will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have the optimal experience of our platform, see its long term value and ensure we are positioned as strategic partners. You will be responsible for boosting customer happiness and retention while increasing revenue generation through renewals, up-sells and expansion.

Your role will be to ensure our enterprise customers are seeing maximum value from their investment in our hiring skills platform. You will partner with our customers to plan and ensure a successful onboarding, maintain strong engagement, demonstrate value/impact and communicate best practices for their business.

Alongside our account management team, you will be responsible for ensuring our enterprise customers renew and grow, by delivering on a successful project plan to ensure their success.

The to-do list

  • Partner with our enterprise customers and SocialTalent teams to successfully launch SocialTalent in their business

  • Partner with our enterprise customers to ensure strong and consistent engagement levels with SocialTalent in their business

  • Partner with your enterprise customers and their SocialTalent account managers to demonstrate the value/impact SocialTalent is having on their business

  • Independently manage an account portfolio of 20+ accounts with a total value of €2M annually

  • Prioritise your time around your account portfolio as needed so that you can effectively add value across your customers at all stages of their lifecycle

  • Ensure retention and growth across your customer base by deploying strategies to deliver maximum value to your customers

  • Co-host regular business review meetings with C-level stakeholders and your partnering account manager

  • Demonstrate new features and content to your customers and project manage the timely rollout of these features with your customer

Qualifications

You will be incredibly ambitious, and this role doesn’t feel daunting to you. We’re looking for exceptional, driven, strategically focused person who have a want and desire to impact the Company. You will be deeply invested in the Company as a whole (we expect this as a minimum) and it’s growth. 

What we need:

  • Experience in a CSM role (or similar, eg. Account Manager) managing large global enterprise accounts
  • Strong relationship builder, with expert communication, presentation and influencing skills. 
  • You will be a skilled motivator, strategic thinker and have the ability to manage a range of customers and work as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise time and manage projects 
  • Proficient IT skills in MS Office, Salesforce, G-Drive, Slack, Zoom/Webinar Software

Job Description

You are the rainmaker that drives our success and lands large enterprise customers. You develop and close leads. To thrive you must be a driven target hitter!

We believe that we will be successful when our customers are successful so key to this role will be the ability to identify your prospects' top strategic objectives, paint a picture of what the future can hold and demonstrate how the SocialTalent platform and the people behind it will work with our customers to deliver on that dream. 

Our Enterprise Account team work on targeted accounts, typically focused on high growth verticals that have a track record of deploying our solution.  Each EAE is focused on developing new business within their Targeted Account List (TAL) supported by our Marketing team who help you develop account based marketing (ABM) plans and to drive inbound pipeline through events, white-papers, thought leadership, advertising and demo requests. 

The sales cycle for Enterprise deals is typically 3-9 months and will involve you securing the buy in of a team of typically 6+ executives in talent acquisition (TA), HR, L&D, Finance, Procurement & Legal. You will leverage our sales process to develop new pipeline and manage it through the sales cycle until you have secured new business contracts at which time you pass to our Enterprise Account team and Customer Success team to manage, retain and develop. 

Typical contracts will be c€100k+ ARR with a duration of 3 years. We pay our EAE's on TCV and you earn your full OTE on first year invoice for non-revokable commitments. 

80% of our contracts are struck in the US, with the rest focused on the UK & North Western Europe, however most contracts are global deals so international business exposure and experience selling to a wide variety of cultures is important. 

You will join as part of a new team of 3 EAE's and will be fully supported with on-boarding and enablement to help you understand our solution, our value proposition and the challenges of our IDP (ideal customer profile).  Your quota will ramp up in line with our expected deal cycle to ensure that you can maximise first year earnings.

We pay competitive salaries with uncapped OTE's with accelerators for performance above quota. We also provide employees with everything they need to get set up for. remote working including Macbook, phone and home office allowance. We pay health insurance and can contribute to a Pension scheme of your choice. We also have no cap on vacation time to allow for the flexibility that we know your life will require. 

 

Qualifications

Here's the must-haves (i.e. no point in applying if you dont meet these criteria):

  • Prior experience selling mainly large enterprise new business deals (six figure value)  to sophisticated buying teams.
  • You must have experience selling SAAS solutions with the recurring revenue element at least 60-70% of the total deal value.
  • You will be able to "show us" the scars inherent in Enterprise SAAS sales, having learned the importance of selling to a buying team, being patient and demonstrating real value to large organisations. 
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota

Here's a few things that could give you an edge 

  • Strong industry contacts in technology, software, fintech, high growth start-ups, healthcare, professional services or distribution. 
  • Background in HR tech or recruiting tech
  • Prior experience using Salesforce, Groove or other sales enablement tools
