What you’ll be doing?

  • For the first 3 months (or as per your comfort) you’ll work as an IC (embedded into the team). This will be similar to how hubspot does engineering leaders onboarding.
  • Act as a lead engineer and resolve blockers. Help the engineering team stay productive :)
  • Nurture technical initiatives around tooling, technical debt, security etc.
  • Product: Work closely with product, business & operations. Translate abstract business & product requirements into crisp technical specifications along with a delivery roadmap.
  • Process: Advocate good engineering practices, proactive RCAs etc.

Job Description:

    You’ll join the backend team as Product Engineer - 1(PE-1).

    You will join the team as a "Product Engineer". We believe that in early-stage startups, there are no Engineering teams. There are only Product Teams. What it means is that not only are you responsible for "how does it work technically", but also "should we make this?", "How well should we build this?", "Is this what the user/customer needs?". We like to focus on outcomes vs output.

    You will work together with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional teams - Great products aren’t built with engineering silos. You will be responsible for owning features that you build end to end, starting from "how to solve it" to "is it creating the impact we thought it would?".     Core Responsibilities

    • To ensure seamless review and verification of calls made by call agents
    • Analyze and figure out the bottlenecks of data from acquisition to delivering them to the Delivery team for live calls
    • To ensure there is sufficient skilled supply and maintain the inventory
    • To ensure timely delivery of Quality sales agents
    • Automating reports and maintaining the records.
    • Manage employees reporting to them
    • Responsible for training and onboarding of the sales expert.
    • Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases/dashboards
    • Caller Support: Redress the caller’s grievances efficiently in a timely manner and develop best practices around the same.
    • Adhere to current standards and current policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality calls and ensure no frauds take place
    • Responsible for fair earnings to the contractors

      Requirements

      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
      • Exceptional listening and analytical skills;
      • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment;
      • Knowledge of basic SQL and advanced Excel
