We are looking for a Solar Project Manager to join our mission. The role is tasked with delivering solar projects to Sunhero’s customer across Spain. This role is made for ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their careers, learn how to build operations at scale and work with experienced startup executives.

You will be in a unique position to closely ‌collaborate ‌with the management and ‌have a real impact on ‌the‌ future of the company. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to think strategically, be super detail-oriented and put the customer at front of everything you are doing. 

Job Description

  • You are responsible for successful delivery of our solar panel systems for our customers managing internal and external partners
  • You are working on strategic projects to reduce constructions times and increase customer satisfaction
  • You are working on our insourcing/outsourcing strategy to build scalable solutions
  • You are working on digitization projects to improve internal and external processes, and help to internationalize the operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3+ years of work experience in an operations or technical role, preferably in a fast-moving environment
  • Previous experience in the solar industry is desirable, but not a must
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problems
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to overdeliver on customer's expectations
  • An unparalleled curiosity to learn and challenge the status-quo
  • A strong motivation to have a positive impact on the planet and to change the way people think about energy production
  • A native Spanish speaker and fluent in English; other European languages is a plus

We are looking for a (Junior) Sales Manager to join the company right from the beginning. This role is tasked with jump-starting Sunhero’s activities in the country and develop the business from the ground up. This role is made for ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their careers and learn how to build a company.

You will be in a unique position to closely ‌collaborate ‌with the founders and ‌jointly shape ‌the‌ future of the company. To be successful in this role you need to be incredibly customer-centric. You strongly believe that sales means solving customer's problems and this is how you approach it. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and always go the extra mile to make this happen.

Job Description

  • Help us developing the playbook to accompany homeowners along their journey to understand their personal benefits of residential solar systems
  • Generate deep insights on customers needs and translate this into actionable for our marketing and product team to develop the right campaigns
  • Evaluate and test different ways of remote selling using phone, video calls, Whatsapp, etc. - what works for our customers, works for us
  • Create customer presentations, offers and brochures to facilitate our customers' decision-making process
  • Prepare training materials to onboard further colleagues to our sales team
  • And most importantly: sell solar panels systems to our customers

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience in a sales or business development role, ideally focusing on sales of complex products
