Job Description

  • Analyze, plan and model, front-end design implementations.

  • Collaborate with our marketing and design team to provide insightful feedback on front-end product development.

  • Write clean and maintainable code that is easy to understand and re-use.

  • Be able to autonomously work on all stages of software development; model, implementation and delivery.

  • Tackle new challenges and learn new technologies without being afraid to make mistakes along the way.

  • Be proactive while developing and take responsibility for the projects you are working on.

Qualifications

  • +2 years of experience working as a front end developer.

  • Strong knowledge of git and git workflows.

  • Strong knowledge of React.js, its design patterns and best practices. Experience with Next.js is also a plus.

  • Good knowledge of CSS.

  • Understanding of webpack and other JS packaging solutions.

  • Understanding of APIs and how they integrate with websites and applications.

  • Understanding of Jest and other testing frameworks.

  • Basic knowledge of computer theory and algorithms.

  • Interest in design and user experience.

  • Previous experience in a tech startup is highly desirable.

  • A strong motivation to have a positive impact on the planet and to change the way people think about energy production.

We are looking for a (Junior) Sales Manager to join the company right from the beginning. This role is tasked with jump-starting Sunhero’s activities in the country and develop the business from the ground up. This role is made for ambitious individuals who want to accelerate their careers and learn how to build a company.

You will be in a unique position to closely ‌collaborate ‌with the founders and ‌jointly shape ‌the‌ future of the company. To be successful in this role you need to be incredibly customer-centric. You strongly believe that sales means solving customer's problems and this is how you approach it. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and always go the extra mile to make this happen.

Job Description

  • Help us developing the playbook to accompany homeowners along their journey to understand their personal benefits of residential solar systems
  • Generate deep insights on customers needs and translate this into actionable for our marketing and product team to develop the right campaigns
  • Evaluate and test different ways of remote selling using phone, video calls, Whatsapp, etc. - what works for our customers, works for us
  • Create customer presentations, offers and brochures to facilitate our customers' decision-making process
  • Prepare training materials to onboard further colleagues to our sales team
  • And most importantly: sell solar panels systems to our customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2+ years of work experience in a sales or business development role, ideally focusing on sales of complex products
  • Previous experience in the solar industry is desirable, but not a must
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problems
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to overdeliver on customer's expectations
  • An unparalleled curiosity to learn and challenge the status-quo
  • A strong motivation to have a positive impact on the planet and to change the way people think about energy production
  • A native Spanish speaker and fluent in English; other European languages is a plus
