WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As aCommunity Manager, you'd be responding to comments, complaints, queries and engaging with the online audience on behalf of our clients in a number of different industries, across a variety of social media channels.  This will be in line with each individual client's social media strategy, tone-of-voice and brand guidelines so that you can communicate with their customers efficiently and effectively. 

WORKING HOURS

We are looking for  candidates who have flexibility and availability to work across weekdays and weekends and cover all project hours. All hours are expressed in GMT (UK times). Apart from the fixed shift hours, the community manager will be covering holiday covers for other team members. 

Monday: 9am to 11am / 2- 2.30pm

Tuesday: 2 - 2.30pm

Wednesday: 8-9am

Thursday: 10-11am

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Native level in Norwegian & Fluent English: As you’ll be posting messages in social media, it’s a must to have superb writing skills.
  • Background experience: either engagement, social customer care, localisation, translation, copywriting, moderation, and/or community management, either with a brand or digital agency.
  • Social Media knowledge: Experience in using either Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok,  LinkedIn and/or  YouTube.
  • A confidence with digital technology: you know the latest trends in social media  like the back of your hand. 
  • A self-motivated social media expertwho is comfortable working remotely.
  • If you have experience working in the financial and/or automotive industry, that would be superb!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Responding to comments, complaints, queries and engaging with the online audiencebased on tone of voice and brand guidelines. 
  • Collate and share feedback and insightsgained from social media management of the client’s channels
  • Buddying and mentoring other Moderators and/or Community Managerswho are new to the company and/or the project
  • Completing shift reportsaccording to individual project requirements

WORKING HOURS

This is to cover two different clients and we can offer approx. between 6-8 hours per week with 1 weekend day available. We are looking for a candidate who can work the following shifts: 

Monday to Friday along with 1 weekend day 

9am (30 minutes per day)

2-3.30pm (1.5h per day)

We are currently looking for aSocial Media Specialistto join our team in North America. In this role, you’ll be developing and growing the online community by interacting and engaging with consumers on a personal level e.g. dealing with questions, complaints, or general engagement. This is a full time and remote role, so you can be located anywhere in North America. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Day to day social media management on named accounts
  • Sharing feedback, trends, and internet cultural conversationsgained from social media tools with clients and internal strategists. 
  • Executing proactive and reactive engagement strategieswhile ensuring alignment with brand TOV and guidelines.
  • Assists in revising engagement tactics and recommendations to clientsin response to platform developments. 
  • Creation and on-time delivery of social media performance reports, including understanding of defining KPIs and making recommendations based on performance. 
  • Executing organic publishing across social platforms,and assisting in identifying, engaging, and repurposing UGC content.
  • Occasionally assist with copywritingfor organic posts in the brand’s TOV.
