Job Description

• First Point of contact for the employees;
• Coordinate the employee onboarding and offboarding activities;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee digital and paper records; 
• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data; 
• Coordinate and execute the recruitment process; 
• Administer employee benefit programs; 
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives; 
• Organize and coordinating employee training programs and initiatives; 
• Support in planning and managing company events; 
• Perform administrative activities such as drafting letters, contracts, mailings, presentations, etc.; 
• Respond and provide guidance to general HR inquiries from employees; 
• Support and/or Lead HR Project ;
• Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related; 
• At least 4 years experience in an HR Role or in a similar administrative role; 
• Practical HR admin skills and knowledge of labor laws; 
• Excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills; 
• Good knowledge of HR-related IT systems and tools is a plus; 
• Confident in using MS Office Programs; 
• Eager to learn and take initiative; 
• Independent working style; 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Description

• Design test cases based on the analysis of the requirements;
• Perform feature and regression testing by executing manual and automated tests;
• Detect, report, and follow up on defects;

Job Description

• Hybrid role in a small dynamic team, with direct access to stakeholders and possibilities to learn about a large array of topics, in a company with strong cybersecurity needs. The position helps secure all assets of the company – from workstations to Office 365, AWS, servers, containers, source code, continuous deployment systems, etc.;
• Support our efforts to improve visibility over our assets, their security level, their vulnerabilities. Help us find out our blind spots and how to solve them;
• Improve monitoring tools and rules based on your understanding of attack vectors that could impact the company;

Qualifications

• Must-have: able to present cybersecurity positively as an enabler to business rather than a constraint; able to find the best agreement suiting all stakeholders while fulfilling security objectives;
• Ability to work on multiple topics and respond to enquiries without necessarily being an expert of all topics;
• Experience in incident response and threat detection, familiarity with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools;
• Experience in scripting, like writing PowerShell Scripts based on the Microsoft Graph API to export information that could be used to detect attacks and misconfigurations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and manage your own small projects from end to end;
• Knowledge of common cyber threats and attack vectors;
• Cybersecurity certifications would be beneficial.

• Depending on the size of the squads you will act as SCRUM master for 2 to 5 squads;
• You will be part of the SCRUM master chapter, with 2 other SCRUM masters, standardizing and optimizing the Agile approach that fits TIS;
