Job Description

As a Corporate Sales Director, you will be responsible for originating direct corporate sales. You will leverage your network of corporate customers, such as Property Companies and Development Groups to help us expand across the UK.

As an entrepreneurial business with an appetite to lend, we will give you the opportunity to support your network to achieve their ambitions.

As a Corporate Sales Director, we are looking for someone to:

  • Build and leverage your direct network to develop relationships at all levels within the corporate sector across your area
  • Use product knowledge and your own drive to help deliver commercial growth targets
  • Develop a robust, strategic plan to focus on new business utilising social media and networking events, alongside a structured contact strategy
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline in order to maximise fundings
  • Create and implement defined strategies and plans with senior managers, telephone sales, operational teams and marketing to effectively and efficiently maximise business opportunities in the region
  • Regularly attend appropriate meetings and events, conveying a professional image of the company across defined contacts and partners, so that mutually beneficial relationships are established
  • Contribute to the delivery of a sales plan for new lending origination at individual and team level

Qualifications

Essential

  • Established network of Corporate property sector contacts
  • Strong business development skills, with proven ability to drive performance from key accounts, and develop new relationships
  • Must be resilient and comfortable with working towards quarterly sales targets
  • Significant knowledge and experience of the financial and property sectors
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as a team
  • Previous experience within a field based role

Job Description

As a National Account Manager you will be supporting the Head of Networks and Clubs in strengthening relationships across all hierarchical levels within clubs and networks and to provide market and customer insights as an SME to help devise and implement a strategy across the channel to grow business levels. 

You will be building mutually beneficial [partnerships which will help deliver a market leader customer experience and extract incremental value in terms of lending quality, product splits and profitability - bringing partnerships to life in the intermediary world. 

As a National Account Manger we are looking for someone to:

  • Become a key point of contact for all level relationships within the clubs and networks
  • Devise, own and be able to communicate the strategy for the development of these accounts and regularly review and amend as appropriate
  • Become a key contributor and stakeholder for the development of an event plan for the clubs and networks, negotiating and taking advantage of the best possible marketing and events available
  • Taking a proactive approach in order to deliver a strong customer experience proposition, bringing partnerships to life and secure quality mortgage business
  • Build a network of industry contacts: corporate bodies, press, lenders, to ensure market knowledge remains current

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Knowledge of all aspects of lending/mortgages
  • Knowledge of key competitors across product sets and channels 
  • National Account Management experience within Mortgages
  • Evidence of establishing and developing strong intermediary relationships

As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will cover the North West of England area. Responsible for exceeding the New Business generation KPIs to meet with business objectives, by identifying and developing opportunities with allocated financial intermediaries. You will identify potential business, whilst managing existing relationships and performance using appropriate lines of communication and tools, presenting the products and services of the Group positively and professionally. As a Regional Business Development Manager, we are looking for someone to:

  • Generate required business levels to support achieving KPIs from preferred partners.   • Analyse and evaluate broker performance and opportunities by applying a strong understanding and knowledge of the pertinent market and competitors
     
  • Provide support to all key accounts including education and knowledge of the company’s products, services and procedures within the TCF & TPF framework to provide a positive customer outcome
     
  • Constantly strive to improve Intermediary / Customer service levels by challenging existing processes & practices, making changes where appropriate
