OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Vice President, of Sales Hi- Tech is responsible to increase business opportunities and generate revenue from large key national and strategic customers.  This position will execute new sales as well as upselling current existing strategic customers to increase profitability across all markets. This role will also be responsible for designing and executing growth-oriented sales penetration strategies across multiple vertical markets. 

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate and implement appropriate sales initiatives to increase the company’s overall sales volume.
• Recommend enhancements to improve win rates and strategic sales potential.
• Mentor, evaluate and monitor the strategic account sales staff.
• Convert client’s leads to gross profit in line with agreed objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Heads on product mix between Ocean and Air.

• Cooperate with Credit Department to collect / settle outstanding loans / invoices from customers.

As the Service Operations Manager, you would be responsible for the delivery of support services for users of Global Express across Helpdesk , Field support , Infrastructure , Applications.
This is delivered by dedicated staff and our partners, both onshore and offshore.
The services include the delivery of infrastructure and application services.
Key delivery measurements include quality of services (e.g. SLAs for uptime, incidents, resolution time), cost effective of the service and collaboration of the teams.

In addition some of your other responsibilities are:

• Contribute to a highly effective support framework for Global Express applications
• Supervise and manage workload for staff engaged in providing Field Services (20+) support with appropriate success KPIs and measurement
• Ensure a high level of customer service focus and responsiveness to ensure delivery as per service level agreements &
• Management of Help Desk services and Collaborate with the service provider to identify continuous improvement opportunities within support to increase operational efficiency. 

Ideally you have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business or a related discipline

PURPOSE

The Director of Sales is responsible for the growth of account sales for his/her territory.  This individual will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and goals that will be outlined by management. Demonstrated sales experience in the Healthcare/ Life Sciences vertical is an expectation. 

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for identifying new business opportunities through contact with prospective clients in the assigned market and for cross selling new services to existing clients.
• Responsible for identifying market trends and competitive rate actions and communicating those trends to the product and management teams
• Exercises proactive solution development by creating and maintaining a client lifecycle program for his/her top clients. Build a solid understanding of target customers/assigned account base (contact, commodities/ trade lanes, type of business, contract information/exceptions, and service requirements)
• Responsible for assisting and facilitating in the preparation of RFQ’s and bids

This newly created role, Senior Data Scientist will provide key inputs and lead the team in building predictive models, data mining, conducting deep dive analysis into structured and unstructured data. • Provide thought leadership to senior management on the data infrastructure architecture of the analytics and IT team &
• Assist in improving & refining the current activity-based costing profitability models across GE

Tertiary Qualification in either Business, Accounting, Computer Science or Engineering.

• Strong business acumen with problem-solving creativity and commercial judgement
• Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and within set deadlines
• Experience in analysing large, complex multi-dimensional datasets and coming up with key actionable insights.
• Experience in driving projects end to end from analysis to experimentation to testing to execution

Regarded as an internal senior trusted advisor providing security consulting services across multiple project teams, and other IT leaders, to provide advice on security

This is a newly created role, Solution Architect – DataCentre & Networks. The Solution Architect – Datacentre and Networks will provide key input and direction in the creation, review and updating of other design artefacts, including Service Design provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of solution architect Datacentre and Networks business IT strategies.

Reporting to the Head of IT Architecture, some of your responsibilities are:

• High-level Architecture expertise in one or more networking system
• Capture business requirements and create viable network architectures to meet requirements.
• Present solution options with benefits and constraints of each option
• Create detailed design documentation and solutions
• High-level design, requirement traceability
• Building proof-of concept solutions
• Implementing networking solutions to address business requirements.

Qualifications/Experience Required

Tertiary:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer science, IT, software engineering or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of experience; working across multiple organisations and industries to gain a variety of experiences and knowledge.
• Understand the processes and complexities of Supply Chain Management systems
• System analysis activities on complex Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products
• Industry recognised certification as an Architecture practitioner (TOGAF)
• Experience in Supply Chain Architecture across traditional and cloud platforms

• Managing the relevant ESG aspects of bid development and the tenders process to help drive business growth
• Being responsible for writing content, editing, collaboration and reporting of information to ensure the timely submission of the final documentation
• Coordinating and networking across the Global Express Team to deliver high-quality and customer-focused ESG related responses
• Implementing and monitoring the Global Express ESG strategy and interfacing with operations as required
• Identifying and collaborating to overcome ESG risks
• Coordinate and keep updated procurement platforms such as SEDEX and Ecovadis, along with others as required.
• Organise, coordinate and finalise bid and questionnaire production, writing of bid and questionnaire responses for allocated bid and sales opportunities in line with company branding and guidelines
• Assist with governance duties as directed
• Ensuring Global Express meets its bids, tenders, projects, and compliance obligations
• Identify and communicate opportunities, requirements, deadlines, and expectations to stakeholders as required
• Play an active role in managing the ESG knowledge SharePoint site.
• Maintain company information, produce computer-generated graphics, create flow charts, generate reports, construct presentations, and edit text produced so it is relevant to key audience groups &
• Consistently record and update all bid and questionnaire information to ensure it is documented and saved for easy access by other users.

Ideally, you are degree qualified, in Finance or Legal or Environmental Sustainability and your experience thus far is appropriate to fulfil the position requirements. Current C class driver’s licence is required. In addition:

• Excellent analytical, project management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex policies and regulatory documents.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic, resilient and persistent, results orientated
• Effective time management and self discipline skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and work to tight deadlines

As Compliance Training Specialist, you will:

• In line with our Compliance Program Strategy, project manage and develop effective compliance eLearning, training, and development strategies to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Design e-learning to a high standard, test always using stakeholder management skills with Head of Compliance, SME’s, L&D and rollout through Communications team.
• Develop, coordinate and roll out with 3rd party vendors training courses and provide analytics on training activity.
• Coordinate planning, delivery, and monitoring of training activities together with business compliance champions across the business.

As the Compliance Training Specialist, you will possess:
