About the Role:

Under the general direction of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist (ARBS) will focus on reviewing and invoicing orders, while maintaining strong working relationships with internal partners. The ARBS will work closely with the Company’s sales team and should always be looking for solutions and to improve processes. This position will require an agile mindset and possesses a keen eye for detail.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and analyze sales orders to be invoiced.
  • Code, document & follow up on sales orders that can’t be invoiced.

About the Role:

The Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining Manufacturer Relationships and will play a critical role in building a strategic go-to-market plan with partners in an efficient manner. This role will also apply the various touchpoints required to maintaining the health of strategic and high growth partnerships within the business. About the Role:

We’re looking to add a Senior Data Integration Engineer with a strong background in data engineering and development.  You will work with a team of software and data engineers to build client-facing data-first solutions utilizing data technologies such as SQL Server and MongoDB. You will develop data pipelines to transform/wrangle/integrate the data into different data zones.

About the Role:

About the Role:

The Lifecycle Services Specialist (LSS) will be responsible for managing customer support renewal opportunities within assigned accounts. The LSS will consult with account teams and provide enterprise renewals pricing to grow revenue within region. In addition, the LSS will participate in the sales process as an extension of the Account Executives by building relationships with the Clients, Manufacturers, and Distributors. This position will also be responsible for managing the IT Support Infrastructure and any Support needs after every Renewal sale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and execute on assigned renewal opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with customer and internal teams to establish timelines, action items, responsibilities and associated due dates of renewal activities in a manner that results in an on-time renewal.
  • Position multi-year deals & co term with other license opportunities as to increase size of deals.
  • Engage distribution line and/or vendor 90-120 days advance of expiration.
  • Address and resolve install base inaccuracies to ensure customer, OEM and Trace3 Install base data are aligned and accurate.
  • Collaborate with customer and sales team to capture all items available to renew in the renewal scope.  Identify and communicate risk. Work to close gaps in coverage.
  • Take actions to reduce complexity e.g., minimize # of contracts.
  • Participate and contribute to customer Quarterly Business Reviews as required.
  • Maintain accurate NetSuite data for opportunities/forecasts, client information.
  • Provide client with accurate renewal quote that is in alignment with established timelines.
  • Provide financing options & related information when appropriate.
  • Process client transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns timely and accurately.
  • Setup and maintain client notes, credit limits and contacts. Facilitate post-renewal system (LAMP) updates with Data Team
  • Champion best practices and contribute to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and expand working knowledge of current partner renewal offerings and varying service/support levels.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by manager.

About the Role:

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for assisting with the total compensation processes and pay equity across the business to support Trace3’s business strategy. This role will also collaborate with People Business Partners and managers to explain our compensation philosophy, provide pay decision recommendations, and how to have meaningful conversations about compensation.  The successful candidate is a highly collaborative team player that displays excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – is an active listener, who can synthesize different data and viewpoints and understands workplace trends in our competitive environment.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide people managers on pay decisions, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs
  • Provide day-to-day client group support of compensation needs coordinating closely with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders
  • Review and support employment offers, consulting with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and business leaders
  • Using the existing compensation framework, will update as necessary, base salary ranges, sales commission programs, and annual incentive programs
  • Assist with the quarterly variable compensation and annual process merit review cycle
  • Conduct compensation benchmark assessments, actively seeking market intelligence and industry-specific data to inform appropriate solutions
  • Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses and projects
  • Perform job analysis and evaluation to determine proper classification and determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines and policy
  • Work with various teams across the business to build out yearly incentive compensation plans
  • Develop and conducts analysis such as compensation statistics, project analytics and modeling and testing market comparisons
  • Assist team in the administration and maintenance of compensation based management systems
  • Design tools, guidelines, templates, and communication materials to effectively educate employees, managers, and executives on all compensation programs
  • Maintain a working knowledge of federal, state regulations and labor laws that may affect compensation policies
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience; Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
  • 3 years of compensation experience required; 5 years preferred
  • Previous experience working in a technology sales organization
  • High level of integrity and professionalism with proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Must possess strong financial modeling, excel skills, and business acumen
  • Experience in the design and market evaluation of all elements of compensation, including base, variable, and equity compensation
  • Mergers and acquisition experience is a plus
  • Experience in content development and presentation of materials for managers
  • Ability to build and maintain strong and effective working relationships across the organization including with POH Business Partners, Treasury, Finance, Legal, Payroll and Benefits
  • Experience drafting and communicating all compensation plan documents
  • Solid foundation of HCM systems, e.g., UKG, Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP
  • Experience with Market Survey tools, e.g. Radford, Culpepper, Mercer, etc.
  • Self-starter, ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willing to take risks and tackle large, complex projects even if outside the scope of expertise.
  • Continuous learning mindset; takes advantage of ideas, best practices, and solutions developed elsewhere and effectively translates
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

About the Role:

As part of the Trace3xperience Program, the Security Enablement and Sales Tracer (Intern) will
support internal enablement activities, including working with security practices to draft or update service briefs, go to market strategies, point of view presentations, and other enablement activities as identified and prioritized with your manager. You will also attend sales calls (internal and customer-facing) to shadow and learn, and take on tasks for preparing proposals, SOWs, or other client-facing sales activities. All activities will be related to the Security Services business unit within Trace3, and may include working on executive security services, IAM, Secure DevOps, Security Intelligence, GRC, or security architecture and engineering initiatives.

Tracers in this program will receive accelerated professional development, exposure to all technical functions of an IT consulting organization, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunities across the organization.

What You Can Expect to Learn and Do: 

  • You will learn:
    • About security consulting and how to approach the market
    • How to scope and sell security products and services to various types of customers
    • How to build dynamic and engaging presentations, proposals, RFPs, and other marketing/externally facing collateral
    • How to think about the best ways to market security consulting capabilities
    • Conduct secondary research to analyze investments in startups to determine possible trends
    • Assist the Sales teams in providing information to assist with client requests
  • You will:
    • Attend daily sales calls
    • Review incoming requests for support and help triage responses
    • Support the build of level of efforts to sell security services
    • Support the build or refinement of service briefs
    • Support the creation or refinement of sales presentations on service offerings
    • Support RFP responses by creating PowerPoints, Word Documents, and Excel documents, as needed for the RFP
    • Build security solution proposals that encapsulate how Trace3 supports various core security partners
    • And more activities, as identified, defined, and prioritized by the Regional Director of Security

 

Eligibility and Preferred Skills: 

  • Enrollment in the Junior or Senior year of an undergraduate program or in a master's program, at an accredited college or university
  • Candidates should be pursuing a field of study applicable to information technology, computer science, or computer security
  • Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better; People and Organizational Health may require a copy of the applicant’s transcript
  • Academic or professional/internship experience working in a professional setting is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accepts direction on given assignments
  • Self-motivated individuals with a customer mindset and desire to help people
  • Enthusiasm for technical problem solving with attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn and research in a dynamic and engaging environment
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship

JOB SUMMARY:

Join us as aSenior Client Success Specialist on our Life Cycle Management team. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional eager to enhance client satisfaction, expand our LCM Client Success practice, and drive profitability. You'll be instrumental in leveraging partner programs, particularly with key partners like Cisco Systems, to boost Trace3’s overall market success.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Life Cycle Management (LCM) Senior Client Success Specialistrole is an experienced professional who will enable Trace3 to improve our customer satisfaction, grow our Life Cycle Client Success practice and increase our profitability with various partners, including but not limited to Cisco Systems, by leveraging partner programs to enhance Trace3’s overall profitability.  The LCM Senior Client Success Specialist will report to the LCM Client Success Manager.

This role includes the development and execution of the Client Success business plan and financial objectives, obtaining commitment from the functional leadership teams, such as marketing, sales, delivery, and support, and identifying the required resources, such as Customer Success Managers (CSMs). The LCM Senior Client Success Specialist exercises accountability for overseeing new offer development, ensuring overall operational readiness, and driving business development for new customer success offerings.

Beyond the Client Success role, the LCM Senior Client Success Specialist is a skilled professional with the ability to grasp customer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. This person should be passionate about strategic Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) supported and well-versed in supporting an OEM’s efforts. The role’s objective is to deliver effective management of programs that help build Trace3’s reputation and growth through our strategic partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Partner Development:

  • Understand key initiatives (CX, Master Certifications, MOU’s, MDF, Rebates, etc.) of key strategic partners and work to execute on the activities on a timely basis
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and customer behavior to help shape future strategies for our strategic partners
  • Communicate goals and objectives to the sales, solution architects, business units, and key executive sponsors.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound partner activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target objectives with our strategic partners

Strategic Partner Planning & Management

  • Attend regular strategic partner planning meetings to assist in determining marketing and sales goals, quarterly plans, and objectives
  • Communicate with partners to execute strategic initiatives
  • Provide Reporting to the LCM Client Success Manager and Management Team
  • Work closely with Finance to track payments and report on financial objectives
  • Research and stay up to date on all strategic partner programs and initiatives

General Partner Management

  • Undertake individual tasks of partner management as assigned
  • Assist in creating and distributing company internal communications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners
  • Assist in managing external design resources
  • Perform additional requests as needed in support of the LCM Team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in client-facing roles supporting and working within Cisco licensing models and Smart Accounts.
  • Leadership: A proven leader and mentor with a collaborative work style.
  • Client Relationship Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, understanding client strategies and goals.
  • Solution-Driven: Experience in delivering client-centric solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid skills in MS Office, partner portals, and internal applications.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
