Job Description

As a Cloud Architect you will assist in the development and modernization of our software products. You must be proficient with microservices architecture and container platforms leveraging Kubernetes and Docker containers.  Essential job duties and responsibilities include:

  • A thorough understanding of cloud-native architectures, container orchestration, microservices and operational best practices in the cloud.
  • Collaborate among development teams, product Managers, operations teams and security teams.
  • Design and enhance the AWS Landing Zone for improved operations and security

      As the Product Security Engineer on the Tricentis R&D team, you will build security into all Tricentis products end-to-end. You will have the opportunity to work as a key member in a deep and savvy security team to assess, develop, and evangelize design for security.         Job Description

        Works closely with Sales to execute segment-specific marketing programs.         The LiveCompare Sales Engineer/Solution Architect will be responsible for presenting LiveCompare technology to both business and technical users. Articulating the business benefits and technical advantages is a key component to assisting the sales team. The candidate must understand how to position the product within an SAP ecosystem.             The Opportunity 

            The Director of Customer Engineering (DCE) will be responsible for creating and actively driving strategic programs in the areas of Consumer Intelligence and Product Adoption. Working in conjunction with our product, sales, marketing, and partner teams. The DCE will develop and deliver field engagements to ensure that new customers attain maximum value from NeoLoad. The DCE must be able to develop processes that facilitate bi-directional feedback between consumers and Tricentis, advise and tailor performance engineering practices to improve product adoption, and deliver actionable programs back to the NeoLoad leadership team that improve these areas of work. Must be able to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships that span business and technical requirements. 

            • Advisement and Advocacy. Presenting to customers, partners, and at a conference near you. This includes hosting the Performance Advisory Council (PAC) conference. Share ideas and thoughts on social media. Think of it as being the performance advocate. 
            • Collaboration with new and existing customers, walking with them through their performance journey and helping them achieve their desired outcome.

            In this high-growth, execution-focused company, this role will help to improve CRM and BI data structure for various business teams.             Position and sell a new and fundamentally different way to tackle software testing to CxO’s, Digital Transformation Officers, QA Teams and development Teams, to dramatically accelerating digital transformation, application delivery, and cloud migration. The Tricentis product suite is totally automated, fully codeless, and intelligently driven by AI. It addresses both agile development and complex enterprise apps, increasing software delivery speed, reducing costs, and improving quality.

            YOUR ROLE

            • You will be responsible for all aspects of solution selling:
              • Prospecting and qualification, uncover new opportunities with the help of Marketing and an inside sales team
              • Manage the full sales cycle, needs analysis, solution mapping, client presentations/demonstrations/workshops, proof of concepts, proposal development activities such quoting/pricing/legal negotiations
              • Develop net new logos, by selling value and return on investment.
              • Quarterly driven business management: forecasting, opportunity-, territory- and pipeline-management, leveraging a CRM system (Salesforce) extensively
            • Be part of a close team, working towards the most efficient use and deployment of resources; collaborate with sales engineering, channels/alliances, professional services, product, legal, marketing, and engineering teams to create a flawless customer experience.

            YOUR TASKS

            • Working with partners and directly with customers to identify, qualify and close new customers in your territory
            • Working with alliance partners and ISV’s (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Google and AWS)
            • Manage your own schedule - to create proposals, lead contract and price negotiations and compile license forecasts to be presented to management
            • You attend trade shows and conferences and use them to generate new contacts.

            Qualifications

            Professional experience/requirements:

            • Transformational sales experience (C level, C-1 and C-2) in top SME customers in Germany (gehobenen Mittelstand)
            • 5+ years’ experience in selling software solutions with a strong history of success. Ideally with background in one or more of the following industries: Finance, Insurance, Communication and/or Government.
            • The ability to recognize compelling reasons for clients and to act upon client requirements.
            • Basic process knowledge in Software Application Lifecycle Management (i.e. requirements management, analysis & design, coding, testing, change & configuration management, release management)
            • Excellent communication & presentation skills – both written and verbal
            • Technical acumen with relevant technology experience: DevOps, Automation, SDLC
            • Strong business acumen: can support complex commercial negotiations in F100 accounts
            • Strong technical acumen: understands DevOps technology landscape and can speak to it intelligently

            Desirable:

            • Experience in solution selling, preferably in traditional test management and test automation solutions (HP QC&QTP and/or IBM QM&FT and/or Test Complete and/or Selenium, etc.)
            • Experience in the planning and development of a Business Case (ROI).
            • A good understanding of Enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce and Service Now
