TruU is hiring a Remote Customer Engagement Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA or North Dallas

Salary Range: $125,000- $150,000/yr

TruU eliminates “Human to Machine” and “Machine to Machine” Identity breaches. TruU Generative-AI Identity Platform provides:

  • Passwordless user onboarding and login experience to Workstations (Windows and Mac), SaaS, cloud native and on-premises applications, VPN, VDI and servers
  • Continuous Adaptive Trust (TCAT) validates user identity at everypoint in time (and not just one-time at login) based on behavioral, environmental and device parameters in conjunction with anonymized biometrics.
  • Convergence with access to physical assets such as buildings, server rooms and restricted access areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage TruU POCs and deployment projects at Fortune 500 companies. This will include management of the scope, resources, budget, milestones, deliverables, target dates, risk mitigation plans, customer communication, project status and steering committee reports and meetings.
  • Analyze Identity & Access Management business requirements, processes, documentation, and workflows through interviews with customer personnel, develop gap analysis with TruU platform and document proposed solution approaches and workflows.
  • Work with the TruU product, engineering, solution architecture and presales teams to incorporate the deep technical components into the overall solution design.
  • Manage and hands-on develop project delivery documents such as system requirements, design, workflows, and implementation guides, runbooks, and end user guides.
  • Develop and present a clear view of status, risks, and mitigation to TruU management.

Required Skills:

  • “Whatever it takes to get job done” attitude and high energy. Offering multiple solution options versus just stating the problem is a mandatory requirement for this role.
  • Minimum five years project management and business analysis experience involving Identity and Access Management.
  • Five years prior experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, Azure AD.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite esp. with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, project management tools, issue trackers, budget management tools is essential to the success of this role.
  • Experience in being client single point of contact on all aspects of project delivery and quality.
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Min 3 years Background with professional services / consulting companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Optiv, or specialized IAM consulting companies OR Min 3 years of managing IAM projects within a 5000+ user corporation
  • Min 3 years of strong IAM project management and business analysis background with enough technical knowledge to develop comprehensive project plans.
