Vous détenez une formation liée à l’industrie et/ou possédez des connaissances reliées aux pièces de véhicules lourds? Le service à la clientèle est votre marque de commerce et vous savez toujours trouver une solution de rechange pour répondre au besoin du client? Votre avenir est avec nous!
Vous aurez notamment à :
- Répondre aux différentes demandes provenant des clients, traiter efficacement les commandes, les demandes de pièces et les demandes de renseignements reçues des clients que ce soit par téléphone ou en ligne;
- Traiter le retour des produits, en fournissant les informations nécessaires pour s’assurer d’un traitement rapide et efficace pour tous les intervenants.
- Comptabiliser les ventes perdues et la raison pour une telle situation;
- Assister le gestionnaire dans le recrutement de nouveaux clients.

Qualifications
Pour joindre notre équipe:
- Diplôme d’études professionnelles en mécanique ou toute autre formation pertinente
- 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Connaissance du marché de pièces de véhicules lourds (un atout)
- Aptitude marquée pour l’organisation et le service à la clientèle
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office.
- Bilinguisme (dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à collaborer couramment avec des clients internes à travers le Canada.

Job Description
You will be responsible for managing, supervising and coordinating all activities of an IT Delivery group enabling the delivery of software technology solutions required to support a business sector.
You will work closely with your business sector to support them in achieving their strategic objectives. You will be responsible for the evolution of the systems under your responsibility by ensuring that the proposed and delivered solutions are in line with the best practices of the architecture and the strategic IT direction.
You will represent IT within your customer group on systems evolution by helping them define a technology roadmap that will support their business objectives.
You will also apply a methodology that promotes the rapid and efficient delivery of solutions while ensuring that quality is maintained.
As part of your role, you will manage a multidisciplinary team of architects, analysts and developers. You will regularly work in matrix mode with several Information Technology groups.
Furthermore, for this opportunity, you will be able to work from home 3 days a week!
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology combined with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in managing a multidisciplinary software delivery team
- Experience in distribution and/or retail is desired
- Knowledge of delivering complex BI solutions
- Knowledge of Cognos, PowerBI, BigQuery, Informatica is an asset
- 2 to 3 years' experience with SOX controls as a software delivery manager
- Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken.

UAP Inc. is hiring a Remote Développeur – Intelligence d’Affaires
Description du poste
Votre rôle sera de participer à la conception, au développement, et aux phases de test (unitaires et intégrés) et au support de solutions d’Intelligence d’Affaires (IA); soit la création de modules de traitement de données, modifications aux modèles de données, et/ou développement de rapports dans le cadre de projets et/ou correctifs. Vous serez responsable de supporter les solutions d’IA en place afin d’assurer la disponibilité des solutions et le respect de l’intégrité des données. Vous participerez également à l’évaluation des efforts de développement lors de demandes de changement et/ou projets et serez un contributeur clé à la mise en place/amélioration des standards technologiques, en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe. Finalement, vous serez impliqué dans un projet de transition de différentes composantes BI vers un environnement Big Query.

Qualifications
La personne idéale doit être bilingue (pour collaborer couramment avec des clients internes à travers le Canada) et posséder un diplôme universitaire en informatique jumelé à environ 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de données, idéalement en intelligence d’affaires. De plus, vous devez posséder une bonne connaissance des bases de données relationnelles (SQL Server), en programmation de traitement de données (ETL, SQL, SSIS, etc.), ainsi que des environnements de création de rapports IA (Power BI, Cognos : Atout).
