Opportunity:

The Marketing Events Manager will manage all corporate and channel events for UJET. Opportunity:

Opportunity

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager who understands the Contact Center market, and can help define and support our joint go to market strategy across the UJET Channel Partner network. Responsibilities

  • Support the overall channel marketing strategy, campaigns, events and enablement programs for UJET channel partners
  • Execute cross-functional marketing activities that combines multiple channel disciplines (master agents, sub-agents, value added resellers, system integrators)
  • Create, implement and manage joint marketing plans with key channel partners
  • Drive co-branded marketing campaigns through the partner portal
  • Administration of the partner portal, including document management, and periodic training for Channel Partners on how to use it, what’s new, how to leverage campaign-in-a-box materials, etc.
  • Manage partner communication programs to build and maintain mindshare, product awareness, and sales readiness across all partners
  • Act as an advocate for partners to identify joint media and other opportunities to leverage our collective GTM capabilities to drive visibility for both UJET and our partners.
  • Ownership & management of the channel marketing communications & events calendars. This will include (but not be limited to) monthly Channel newsletters, Win Letters, Webinar series, etc.
  • Support the development of channel event strategy and UJET speaking opps by supporting channel sales and marketing goals through curated partner, and industry events (both digital and live)
  • Regularly evaluate competitive partner programs, events and content to inform UJET’s strategy
  • Coordinate outreach and demand generation activities across the broader Marketing and SDR teams to enhance Partner growth campaigns

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years in channel marketing, partner marketing, or business development in the Contact Center or Telecommunications / UCaaS industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Opportunity

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to supplement our growing IT team. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be the primary escalation contact for all things IT. You will be responsible for a wide breadth of Enterprise-level SaaS products and work with your colleagues to improve and refine the processes within.   • 3+ years of experience as a domain administrator in Google Workspace
  • 2+ years of managing a MDM tool (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Airwatch, etc)
  • Experience managing SAML Single Sign-On IdP services (Google Identity, Okta, OneLogin, etc.)
  • Experience troubleshooting audio/video conferencing applications (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex) and VOIP services (Zoom Phone, Dialpad, RingCentral).
  • Experience with corporate networks (VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Ability to provide compassion and understanding with your colleagues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



Nice to Have

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification
  • Experience with a scripting language (Python, bash, node.js, etc)

We are looking for a Partner Marketing & Enablement Manager who understands the Contact Center market, and can help define and support our joint go to market strategy across the UJET Channel Partner network.   • Execute cross-functional marketing activities that combines multiple channel disciplines (master agents, sub-agents, value added resellers, system integrators)
  • Create, implement and manage joint marketing plans with key channel partners
  • Drive co-branded marketing campaigns through the partner portal
  • Administration of the partner portal, including document management, and periodic training for Channel Partners on how to use it, what’s new, how to leverage campaign-in-a-box materials, etc.
  • Manage partner communication programs to build and maintain mindshare, product awareness, and sales readiness across all partners
  • Act as an advocate for partners to identify joint media and other opportunities to leverage our collective GTM capabilities to drive visibility for both UJET and our partners.
  • Ownership & management of the channel marketing communications & events calendars. This will include (but not be limited to) monthly Channel newsletters, Win Letters, Webinar series, etc.
  • Support the development of channel event strategy and UJET speaking opps by supporting channel sales and marketing goals through curated partner, and industry events (both digital and live)
  • Regularly evaluate competitive partner programs, events and content to inform UJET’s strategy
  • Coordinate outreach and demand generation activities across the broader Marketing and SDR teams to enhance Partner growth campaigns

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years in channel marketing, partner marketing, or business development in the Contact Center or Telecommunications / UCaaS industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Opportunity

UJET is looking for a motivated individual with solid compliance experience to support a growing global data protection and cybersecurity program. Through close collaboration with engineering, customer success, marketing, finance and other teams, this individual will help us support a broadening security compliance framework that includes SOC 2, HIPAA/HITRUST, GDPR, EU-US/Swiss-US Privacy Shield, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and other industry focused data protection and cybersecurity requirements. This individual is encouraged to be a strong contributor and owner of various aspects of the overall program.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate the third party risk management program, including:
    • initial vendor reviews, in collaboration with legal and finance teams
    • ongoing, periodic vendor assessments
    • RFPs and questionnaires, in collaboration with sales
    • maintaining a current software inventory, in collaboration with IT
    • open source software management
    • 3rd party report requests
  • Develop, document and implement technical documentation, policies, guidelines, training and presentations
  • Identify and operationalize opportunities to redesign and improve controls for audit readiness
  • Assist and support other teams within compliance organization (Audit, Privacy, Security, and Governance) as necessary
  • Other responsibilities as identified and assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical field
  • 5+ years experience in compliance, security, and/or audit (internal or external)
  • Developed, matured, or maintained a third party risk management system
  • Experience with at least one of the following: PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC, ISO 27xxx, GDPR, CCPA, FedRamp, HITRUST
  • Able to manage ambiguity and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Plays well with others

Preferred Skills

  • One or more of the following certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC
  • Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
  • Experience with two or more of the following: PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC, ISO 27xxx, GDPR, CCPA, FedRamp, HITRUST
  • Experience with GRC platform (e.g. zenGRC, OneTrust, AuditBoard, LogicGate, etc)

Opportunity

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will lead strategic projects by mobilizing key team members cross functionally within and outside of the engineering organization. Requirements and Responsibilities

  • 3+ years experience:
  • Working with leads from Engineering, QA and Product teams
  • CCaaS or SaaS implementation experience is a plus
  • Working within an Agile/Scrum SDLC is a plus
  • Participate in agile processes, e.g. preplanning, planning, daily / weekly standups
  • Communicating the status of projects and impediments to internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination, tracking and following up with external dependencies
  • Strong experience in agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS is a plus
  • Proficiency with Jira Agile, Confluence, GoogleDocs
  • Help engineering and QA team deliver against schedule
  • Help ensure new releases meet quality targets
  • Project management - solid experience in delivering cross functional projects
  • Track and drive all active projects
  • Efficiently load and forecast the timing of new projects
  • Collect team metrics, share with the team, suggest new metrics, and drive improvement using the metrics.
  • Support the team to improve their technical work by reviewing results and establish lessons learned as well as track the improvement.
  • Help production support teams in making sure the right tickets are brought into the sprint and pushed through to production when needed.
  • Help release management team coordinate environment setups & maintenance, code deployments, and production releases.
  • PMI and / or Scrum Master certification - a plus

Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with full cycle recruitment for positions for position based in the US and internationally
  • This includes external recruitment as well as identifying qualified internal candidates.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles and internships.
  • Source candidates for tough to fill jobs and build pipeline for future hires.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters and staffing agencies. Maintain a list of preferred vendors and contracts.
  • Ensure that candidates’ experience throughout the Recruiting process is engaging, professional and effective and aligned with UJET's Core Values.
  • Act as Breezy(ATS) Administrator on day to day activities, partner with Sr. Recruiter and People Operations Manager to to optimize usage of the ATS. Train managers on how to use the ATS.
  • Compile recruiting metrics and provide analysis of recruitment data to improve the performance of recruiting initiatives.
  • Coordinate interviews for Sr. Recruiter and hiring managers.
  • Assist with projects relating to the continuous improvement and innovation of employer branding and recruiting strategy
  • Responsible for recruitment administration including approval processes and management of all recruitment documents, letters, spreadsheets and forms. Maintain recruitment documentation within established retention guidelines.
  • Manage temporary, contractor and agency placements process. Make recommendations on ways to optimize or improve processes.
  • Keep current on trends within recruitment, employment branding, hiring and compensation. Proactively and enthusiastically share trends with HR and Talent leadership.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
  • Passion and curiosity for talent acquisition and employment branding strategies.
  • Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment; technical recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and internal/external partners and ability to interact with all levels.
  • Sense of humor and urgency are a must.
  • Must be energized by the hunt to find top candidates for an exciting, fast-growing brand,
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of state employment laws as they relate to recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Highly visible role that functions as a critical link between our enterprise customers, alliance partners and UJET to oversee the execution and consistent delivery of UJET implementations.
  • Execute internal process steps to Initiate new or expansion projects
  • Host customer kick-off call leveraging internal collateral for consistent delivery of project initiation.
  • Create long- and/or short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones for adherence to deliverable deadlines
  • Delegate tasks on the project to UJET resources who are best positioned to complete them
  • Serve as the primary point of contact when multiple resources are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Communicate with customer key stakeholders (executives, governance boards, etc) to ensure project is aligned with their goals
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs change or financing for the project changes
  • Update project tracking tool with key dates and customer data points on a regular basis
  • Conduct project close-out steps adhering to internal process and quality controls to ensure all deliverables have been successfully completed and project can be fully closed out.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and oversee customer communications throughout an implementation.
  • Work on multiple enterprise client projects simultaneously and successfully deliver projects on time.
  • Contribute to the evolution of UJET’s professional services methodologies through the development of service offerings, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
  • Partner effectively with our Customer Success, Support, Data, Product, and Engineering teams to facilitate the inclusion of the customer’s feature needs within the product.
  • Be an advocate for the customer by triaging project issues/roadblocks and driving their resolution.
  • Reach a moderate level of proficiency with the UJET platform and keep up to date on CS best practices, systems, and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in a project manager role conducting technical deployments for enterprise level companies, with preference toward SaaS technologies
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 10 - 15% travel required
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal

  • Contribute to the evolution of UJET’s implementation processes through the development of innovative build improvements and/or efficiencies.
  • Reach a high level of technical proficiency with the UJET platform and keep up to date on product changes/updates, contact center technologies, and best practices.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, the Implementation Technical Consultant’s role includes the following responsibilities:
  • Assist implementation team with project deployments for the UJET CCaaS platform, with emphasis on UJET Virtual Agent, Web SDK, and Mobile SDK deployments
  • Serve as a project resource for other Implementation Services team members who need assistance with UJET Virtual Agent, Web SDK, and Mobile SDK deployments
  • Provide technical content for any training curriculum developed internally for customer or internal consumption

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CCaaS implementation
  • 5+ years experience in a technical consultant role conducting technical configurations for complex technology deployments
  • Experience with any or all of the following:
  • Google Dialog Flow programming (preferred)
  • Web Site Development, including deploying SDKs
  • Mobile App Development (Android, iOS), including deploying SDKs
  • Understand cloud integrations (using REST APIs)
  • As this is a customer facing position, the candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and is able to work with customers and partners with varying technical aptitudes.
