The Team

You will be partnering with the Engineering, Design, and Research teams to ensure the right definition and delivery for every initiative. You will work with other Product Managers to establish goals early in the life cycle, define key metrics and continuously communicate the state of planning, delivery, and risk. You will be building products that empower UserTesting’s customers to build amazing experiences for their customers. This team rolls their sleeves up and dreams big while delivering value predictably.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Staff AI Product Manager to join our team and support our AI/ML initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to craft our AI strategy, execute its strategy, and drive alignment across the company.  Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering cutting-edge AI solutions that align with the company's vision and market needs. 

  • Deeply understand the needs and problems of our customers 
  • Be the voice of the customer (that means both current and future) in all aspects of product development and delivery
  • Collaborate with leadership to craft our AI strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s vision and goals 
  • Serve as the key liaison between AI/ML innovations and Product 
  • Drive alignment across the company, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML initiatives from initiation to launch  
  • Ruthlessly prioritize tasks and initiatives based on business objectives, market and customer needs, and resource availability 
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, leveraging this knowledge to keep UserTesting at the forefront of industry developments.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced product manager experience, with a significant focus on AI/ML products in an agile SaaS environment
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and capable of turning insights into actionable product initiatives 
  • Demonstrated success in managing and launching high-impact AI/ML products at scale 
  • Preference for applicants living in the east coast. 

Bonus if you have:

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles as they relate to web applications 
  • Experience working with Platform teams 
  • Proven entrepreneurial skills with a blend of vision, execution, and grit to traverse ambiguous problem spaces and cut through complexity.

As our Senior People Business Partner, you will integrate with and partner senior leadership in your aligned organization(s) to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies to support these goals.   • Partner with leadership to drive org design, restructures, transformation initiatives and change management.

The team: 

The decision science team is part of the product and engineering team.

The team works together to provide data-based guidance and metrics to inform product strategy by developing quantitative research projects. You'll have an opportunity to interact directly with our Product, Design, and Business teams to surface critical topics, identify innovative practices, and develop high-impact solutions that create great user experiences and advance the state-of-the-art in user experience research.

 

The opportunity 

We are looking for a Data Scientist to help us to define and measure

quantitative Product/UX goals and metrics in collaboration with Product Managers, Qualitative Researchers, Designers, and Engineers. 

What you will be doing:

  • Drive quantitative research and statistical modeling to improve user experience and product results.
  • Leverage data to find actionable insight of strategic importance to UserTesting and practical value to customers
  • Communicate analyses and results in ways that are accessible, relevant, and meaningful to a diverse audience
  • Create and support a data-driven culture among company decision makers.

 

What we are looking for

  • Strong working knowledge of research methodology and statistical techniques including experimentation, statistical inference, and machine learning
  • Experience performing advanced data analytics in a business, academic, or related context (e.g., high-tech, market research, management consulting, operations research, finance, etc.)
  • Ability to explain value of different analytic methods, and the output of data analyses, to non-technical audiences, including executives and managers
  • A broad perspective combined with a strong focus on details
  • Deep curiosity and love of problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience
  • Professional experience in an applied research setting or product analytics, preferably in Consumer or B2B software.
  • SQL, Python (or R) for data analysis and visualization, version control (git)
  • Experience or knowledge of one or more of the following: User experience research, product analytics, applied behavioral science, applied machine learning (regression models, clustering, time series prediction)

The Team

As part of UserTesting’s Go-to-Market function, the Revenue organization comprises over 100 sales professionals across multiple segments worldwide.  The Healthcare segment is responsible for growing some of our largest customer relationships.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Research Consultant on our Consulting Services team, you will act as a trusted research expert to guide clients in executing their own research via UserTesting. You will also help drive continued use and understanding of research best practices for top brands in North America. 

You will be able to understand client needs and confidently recommend what additional skills and training their teams may need. Clear communication is a must, as this role will execute training programs and regular strategic consults in order to grow research practices within client companies. We seek a collaborative individual to work with other internal team members in planning how to best engage clients and drive a high-value relationship with UserTesting.


What you will be doing:

  • Act as a partner to customers and assist them with executing research. This may regularly include running programs to ensure successful use of the UserTesting tool and providing consultations on how to effectively build studies and target user populations.
  • Plan and lead workshops around crucial customer needs (e.g., scaling research, measuring KPIs, research operations, benchmarking) 
  • Enable customers in UserTesting use cases and various research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative). You will tailor enablement based on customers’ specific goals and level of research experience.
  • Advise customers on research tactics, best practices, data analysis, producing findings, and storytelling to ensure customer goals are achieved with high quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with the UserTesting account teams to support customer retention and growth
  • Drive adoption of UserTesting as an embedded solution into customers’ processes by giving them industry best practices in research operations and acumen in when and how to test

What we are asking:

  • Experience in user experience research or consulting
  • A consultative approach to problem-solving and ability to guide customers to solutions
  • An understanding of how UX research benefits businesses and how to enable our customers to prove that value
  • Experience working with remote user testing tools (if that’s UserTesting or UserZoom it’s a bonus, but any experience with other tools will still be great)
  • Solid experience with a wide variety of UX research methods (for example, usability testing, click testing, card sorting, tree testing, moderated interviews, concept testing)
  • Embedding research across different stages of the product development life cycle
  • Instructing others on research best practices and/or how to use online research tools
  • Ideally willing to travel to customer on-sites (sparingly)

About the team:

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our sales organization, being a thought-leader throughout the sales process by articulating and demonstrating how UserTesting’s solution solves business challenges and delivers positive business outcomes.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Regional Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers to identify customer’s business goals and initiatives, and uncover unmet needs and challenges 
  • Consult and partner with various stakeholders from C-Suite Executives to Researchers to maximize the quality and value of the insights they will gather from UserTesting’s solution
  • Develop strategic solutions that map to customer’s business goals and initiatives
  • Provide recommendations and best practices on how UserTesting can address business goals and initiatives, unmet needs, and challenges 
  • Deliver relevant and impactful product demonstrations that impress the value of UserTesting’s solution in relation to customer’s goals & initiatives
  • Develop a deep familiarity of the UserTesting platform via hands-on training leveraging relevant use cases

What We’re Looking For:

The Opportunity

As our Enterprise Account Executive (DACH), you'll target strategic prospects (companies with 1500+ employees and above) and recruit them as UserTesting customers. You'll work closely with a solution consultant to form the hub of a team which accelerates the User Testing development in key EMEA regions.  This sales role will be selling to large companies and clients focused on connecting to their customers and business partners for real human insights across a full range of experiences.  Here are some areas you'll focus on:

  • Execute a complex, solution-based consultative sales process encompassing multiple groups within a large enterprise located in the region
  • Develop new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively targeting high-potential departments within a large enterprise
  • Articulate and demonstrate UserTesting’s unique business and technical value
  • Execute end-to-end sales activities, including lead follow up, opportunity qualification, sales process, subscriber acquisition, and retention
  • Proactively develop unsolicited proposals that justify the expanded use of UserTesting throughout the enterprise
  • Effectively forecast sales opportunities, while tracking and using critical metrics that predict sales success
  • Track all relevant sales activity using the company's CRM platform (SFDC).

The Team

Our sales team in EMEA is diverse and high-performing.  It includes BDRs, SMB and Mid Market Account Executives, as well as our Enterprise and Global teams.  You are also supported by our solution consultants who provide best-in-class, expert guidance to prospects.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions and ademonstrated, successful track record of exceeding new-business quotas... If you've been in a presidents or sales club, we want to know!
  • You'll need the flexibility to travel (approx. 30% of the time)
  • You'll be a fluent German and English speaker
  • You're experience will be in building relationships with Global 1000 senior Executive, Line-of-Business and Digital Marketing, Product Management, Mobile, and Market Research executives
  • You'll need a passion for working with emerging technologies and a desire to deeply understand and demonstrate UserTesting’s functionality, use cases, as well as business and technical elements

The Opportunity 

The UserTesting Bilingual Renewals Manageris focused on retention and growth on existing accounts. This role is a maternity cover contract role (9-12 months). 

The role consists of proactive activity for the renewal and retention of customers, as well as identifying upsell opportunities to existing customers. The position is key to managing the existing customer base and requires skills in sales, setting renewal strategy and independent decision making.  The Renewal Manager role will be measured both on Net Renewal Rate and Gross Renewal Rate of existing customers through renewal activities. A successful candidate will have sound sales experience, excellent business acumen with strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a strong customer focus and commitment to customer success and ability to work collaboratively in a teaming environment.

 These are some of the tasks that you will be involved:

  • Take ownership of renewal opportunities, forecasting, negotiation and engaging internal resources with the goal of closing renewals with growth prior to contract expiration
  • Identify requirements, uncover roadblocks and demonstrate account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time completion 
  • Effectively partners with sales and CSM account teammates to deliver value-based pricing solutions that are both fair and allow for future expansion growth
  • Responsible for identifying upsell opportunities within customer accounts through consultative discovery conversations and partnering with a sales representative to maximize growth potential
  • Responsible for pipeline management of assigned accounts and accurate record updates in Clari/Salesforce daily
  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead and/or coordinate with account team members in developing resolution strategy
  • Displays strong acumen for discovery and implements MEDDICC to better qualify the opportunity
  • Expert understanding of pricing models and how best to position to customers

The Opportunity

The Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, Customer Solutions will be responsible for supporting the UserTesting Customer Solutions Teams (Customer Success & Renewal Managers), through a strategic, ongoing process that equips them with the tools, resources, and skills to make them more efficient. This role is focused on driving the enablement of key initiatives that result in better customer growth, customer retention, and executing programs that maximize customer value. This position entails a high degree of cross-functional collaboration, requiring adeptness in liaising with diverse teams beyond the CSO and SC Organizations, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product, among others.

The scope of this role will focus on the four pillars defined and owned by UserTesting Revenue Enablement:

  1. Training & Development
  2. Communications
  3. Tools & Resources
  4. Engagement & Activation
  • Process & Playbook:Develop a repeatable process for CSMs and RMs as they navigate through the customer journey. This includes the sales to post-sales handoff process and implementation best practices, all the way through to the renewal.
  • Customer Success Training:Partner with the Customer Success Leaders and team to identify gaps in performance and develop recommendations and programs to improve CS execution, serving as lead for 1:1, manager-led, and targeted learning programs.
  • Renewals Training:Partner with the Renewals Leaders and team to identify gaps in performance and develop recommendations and programs to improve renewal rates. Build out process documentation and develop scalable programs to drive renewals efficiency.
  • Methodology: Ongoing reinforcement training of UserTesting’s Sales and Customer Solutions Methodology, MEDDICC, and Command of the Message. 
  • Certifications: Develop certifications for delivering use case specific demonstrations to ensure that the UserTesting Customer Solutions team is equipped with the knowledge and skillsets to execute at the highest level.
  • Performance KPIs:Drive towards CSM and RM metrics and KPIs, developing training and enablement to align with the desired outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced level experience in Enablement & Training
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Renewal Managers, or Solutions Consultant
  • Preferred experience in a fast-growing SaaS sales environment
  • Previous experience with MEDDICC and Command of the Message
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and comfort with public speaking
  • Self-motivated and able to execute project-based work

About the team:

As Manager, Solutions Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our sales organization, being a thought-leader throughout the sales process by articulating and demonstrating how UserTesting’s solution solves business challenges and delivers positive business outcomes.

The Opportunity:

  • Lead and manage a high performing regional team of Solutions Consulting supporting Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB Sales teams
  • Coach, develop, support, and empower Solutions Consultants to meet their personal development goals and quota attainment

The Opportunity

The Compensation Partner is responsible for implementing, managing and evaluating compensation plans and programs that successfully attract, reward, engage and retain top talent.  Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, this individual will work on global compensation projects and initiatives and partner closely with key stakeholders within and outside of the People team.

  • Lead the execution of UT’s compensation programs (merit, promotion, bonus, equity) including program definition (eligibility, budget, etc.), data preparation, systems configuration/implementation, training, communication, and supporting the People Business Partners
  • Conduct job analysis, job evaluation and review of new and/or existing roles
  • Participate in compensation benchmark and trend surveys, complete global market benchmarking and build/maintain pay ranges/bands
  • Serve as a Compensation Subject Matter Expert by providing consultation and guidance to People Business Partners, Recruiters and Managers on compensation matters
  • Provide compensation recommendations, and approval when applicable, for offers, promotions, transfers, and special bonuses in accordance with compensation guidelines and policies
  • Evaluate market trends and identify how they impact UT’s compensation approach and programs
  • Understand relevant compensation laws and regulations globally and define their impact to UT
  • Develop training materials to inform recruiters and managers about UT’s compensation philosophy and programs
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis to support leadership in strategic decisions
  • Manage and resolve incoming compensation questions and audit system data pertaining to all compensation programs and eligibility for incentive program payouts
  • Identify and lead compensation-related process, tool, and system improvement projects

What we're looking for

  • Degree in human resources, business, economics or related field
  • Direct compensation experience required, preferably working in a global company
  • Compensation certification preferred (CCP, SHRM-CP, CIPD, etc.)
  • Deep quantitative/analytical skills including the ability to translate data into insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google sheets and proficiency in other Microsoft/Google applications (docs, slides, etc.)
  • Excellent detail-orientation, with a high level of accuracy and the ability to detect inconsistencies in data
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of leadership
  • Experience with compensation modules in HR systems, preferably Workday 
  • Individuals living in the east coast of United States is preferred

The Opportunity

As our Principal Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for driving the UserTesting Sales Enablement Strategy. Other responsibilities include:

  • Sales Training:Partner with the sales team to identify gaps in performance and develop recommendations and programs to improve sales execution, serving as lead for 1:1, manager-led, and targeted learning programs.
  • Selling Best Practices: Own the discovery, development, implementation, and analysis of interactive and engaging sales training content in multiple formats (Instructor-led, eLearning, Virtual learning, knowledge transfer). This includes discovery best practices, storytelling, pricing and negotiating, and so much more.
  • Sales Methodology: Own the execution and ongoing reinforcement training of UserTesting’s Sales Methodology, MEDDICC, and Command of the Message. 
  • Opportunity Coaching: Develop and maintain a coaching program that drives accountability and reinforces MEDDICC. This role will coach 1:1 and with entire Account Teams.
  • Sales Certifications: Develop sales certifications for our value proposition, sales methodology, products and positioning, pricing, and other critical topics to ensure that the UserTesting sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skillsets to execute at the highest level.
  • Performance KPIs: Establish clear metrics of success and drive towards these sales performance KPI goals.
