The Opportunity 

The UserTesting Bilingual Renewals Manageris focused on retention and growth on existing accounts. This role is a maternity cover contract role (9-12 months). 

The role consists of proactive activity for the renewal and retention of customers, as well as identifying upsell opportunities to existing customers. The position is key to managing the existing customer base and requires skills in sales, setting renewal strategy and independent decision making.  The Renewal Manager role will be measured both on Net Renewal Rate and Gross Renewal Rate of existing customers through renewal activities. A successful candidate will have sound sales experience, excellent business acumen with strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a strong customer focus and commitment to customer success and ability to work collaboratively in a teaming environment.

 These are some of the tasks that you will be involved:

  • Take ownership of renewal opportunities, forecasting, negotiation and engaging internal resources with the goal of closing renewals with growth prior to contract expiration
  • Identify requirements, uncover roadblocks and demonstrate account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time completion 
  • Effectively partners with sales and CSM account teammates to deliver value-based pricing solutions that are both fair and allow for future expansion growth
  • Responsible for identifying upsell opportunities within customer accounts through consultative discovery conversations and partnering with a sales representative to maximize growth potential
  • Responsible for pipeline management of assigned accounts and accurate record updates in Clari/Salesforce daily
  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead and/or coordinate with account team members in developing resolution strategy
  • Displays strong acumen for discovery and implements MEDDICC to better qualify the opportunity
  • Expert understanding of pricing models and how best to position to customers
  • Strong customer focus on service, satisfaction, enablement and success

  • Great experience of SaaS (Software as a Service) experience (UX Research, Analytics, Data Visualization preferred) in an Account Management role across B2B accounts
  • Ability to drive compliant deals in accordance with the Bookings policy
  • Consistent Sales Performance of customer retention and meeting revenue targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

The Opportunity

The Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, Customer Solutions will be responsible for supporting the UserTesting Customer Solutions Teams (Customer Success & Renewal Managers), through a strategic, ongoing process that equips them with the tools, resources, and skills to make them more efficient.   • Process & Playbook:Develop a repeatable process for CSMs and RMs as they navigate through the customer journey. This includes the sales to post-sales handoff process and implementation best practices, all the way through to the renewal.
  • Customer Success Training:Partner with the Customer Success Leaders and team to identify gaps in performance and develop recommendations and programs to improve CS execution, serving as lead for 1:1, manager-led, and targeted learning programs.
  • Renewals Training:Partner with the Renewals Leaders and team to identify gaps in performance and develop recommendations and programs to improve renewal rates. Build out process documentation and develop scalable programs to drive renewals efficiency.
  • Methodology: Ongoing reinforcement training of UserTesting’s Sales and Customer Solutions Methodology, MEDDICC, and Command of the Message. 
  • Certifications: Develop certifications for delivering use case specific demonstrations to ensure that the UserTesting Customer Solutions team is equipped with the knowledge and skillsets to execute at the highest level.
  • Performance KPIs:Drive towards CSM and RM metrics and KPIs, developing training and enablement to align with the desired outcomes.

The Opportunity

The Compensation Partner is responsible for implementing, managing and evaluating compensation plans and programs that successfully attract, reward, engage and retain top talent.  Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, this individual will work on global compensation projects and initiatives and partner closely with key stakeholders within and outside of the People team.

  • Direct compensation experience required, preferably working in a global company

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google sheets and proficiency in other Microsoft/Google applications (docs, slides, etc.)

The Opportunity

As our Principal Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for driving the UserTesting Sales Enablement Strategy. You will support global Sales Teams (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Enterprise Select, and Global Accounts), through a strategic, ongoing process that equips them with the tools, resources, and skills to make them more efficient, and ultimately improve sales execution and drive revenue for the company. This position entails a high degree of cross-functional collaboration, requiring adeptness in liaising with diverse teams beyond the Revenue Organization, such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, among others.

The scope of this role will focus on the four pillars defined and owned by UserTesting Revenue Enablement:

  1. Sales Training & Development
  2. Sales Communications
  3. Sales Tools & Resources
  4. Sales Engagement & Activation

Other responsibilities include:

  • Sales Training:Partner with the sales team to identify gaps in performance and develop recommendations and programs to improve sales execution, serving as lead for 1:1, manager-led, and targeted learning programs.
  • Selling Best Practices: Own the discovery, development, implementation, and analysis of interactive and engaging sales training content in multiple formats (Instructor-led, eLearning, Virtual learning, knowledge transfer). This includes discovery best practices, storytelling, pricing and negotiating, and so much more.
  • Sales Methodology: Own the execution and ongoing reinforcement training of UserTesting’s Sales Methodology, MEDDICC, and Command of the Message. 
  • Opportunity Coaching: Develop and maintain a coaching program that drives accountability and reinforces MEDDICC. This role will coach 1:1 and with entire Account Teams.
  • Sales Certifications: Develop sales certifications for our value proposition, sales methodology, products and positioning, pricing, and other critical topics to ensure that the UserTesting sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skillsets to execute at the highest level.
  • Performance KPIs: Establish clear metrics of success and drive towards these sales performance KPI goals.

The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role within our Revenue Team, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement. You'll spearhead strategic revenue initiatives designed for scalability, with a primary focus on instructional design and training. The Opportunity

The opportunity 

The UserTesting Senior Bilingual Renewals Manager is focused on retention and growth of our existing accounts. The role consists of proactive activity for the renewal and retention of customers, as well as identifying upsell opportunities to existing customers. The position is key to managing the existing customer base and requires skills in sales, setting renewal strategy and independent decision making.  The Renewal Manager role will be measured both on Net Renewal Rate and Gross Renewal Rate of existing customers through renewal activities. A successful candidate will have sound sales experience, excellent business acumen with strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a strong customer focus and commitment to customer success and ability to work collaboratively in a teaming environment.

 These are some of the tasks that you will be involved:

  • Take ownership of renewal opportunities, forecasting, negotiation and engaging internal resources with the goal of closing renewals with growth prior to contract expiration
  • Identify requirements, uncover roadblocks and demonstrate account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time completion 
  • Effectively partners with sales and CSM account teammates to deliver value-based pricing solutions that are both fair and allow for future expansion growth
  • Responsible for identifying upsell opportunities within customer accounts through consultative discovery conversations and partnering with a sales representative to maximize growth potential
  • Responsible for pipeline management of assigned accounts and accurate record updates in Clari/Salesforce daily

The Opportunity

The treasury accountant plays a critical role in managing the company's cash flow by tracking, maintaining, and overseeing the daily movement of money in and out of a business’ banking accounts.  In this position, your job duties are to keep track of multiple accounts associated with the business and make any payments necessary.  You will also assist with month end closing processes. The treasury accountant must have a strong understanding of banking, the accounting basics, and fundamentals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cash management, maintaining and reconciling monthly balance sheet accounts. 

  • Monitor and manage the company's daily cash position to meet operational needs.
  • Review daily bank activity and record daily cash entries.
  • Process ACH and wire payments when needed.
  • Record daily deposits globally.
  • Manage corporate credit card transactions.
  • Weekly reporting of cash position for the company.
  • Work closely with AR, AP, and payroll teams for banking requests.
  • Download and maintain monthly bank statements.
  • Administer, execute, and record all wire transfers, inter-company funding transactions and corporate credit card charges.
  • Provide weekly cash forecasts.
  • Support accounting, corporate tax, audit, and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures.
  • Support the month-end process where necessary.
  • Assist the accounting department as needed.
  • Run various bank reports as needed.
  • Complete special projects as assigned. 

What we're looking for

  • Experience in accounting or corporate treasury 
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • System experience with NetSuite is a plus
  • Technology or SaaS background is a plus

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for growing our existing strategic relationships with our Cloud Partners to ensure a strong overall partnership across all key pillars.   • Be the expert in Partner and AWS, sales messaging, motion, and organizational alignment.
  • Create and communicate differentiated value propositions and messaging for UserTesting solutions with AWS. Leverage internal and external resources to effectively position UserTesting as a leader/partner of choice with AWS.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities with AWS and other Partners. Maintain and nurture relationships with AWS and other Partners, Sales Managers, Partner Marketing Managers, and leadership.
  • Serve as a partner champion internally and liaison between the strategic partner and internal teams to cultivate and grow trusting relationships. 
  • Develop and execute joint programs or activities to generate sales alignment between UserTesting Sales Managers and AWS sales reps and other Partners sales reps that will ultimately drive new customer logos through co-selling activities with AWS, and traditional fulfillment partners
  • Inform the design, build, and monitor the day-to-day processes and infrastructure required to scale and govern joint business plans, go to market initiatives, and partner program requirements with AWS, and partnerships globally
  • Inform and manage partner enablement programs, co-marketing, events and related sales alignment to continually increase the number of “UserTesting champions” across AWS and partners that are recommending UserTesting to their peers and customers.
  • Partner with the UserTesting marketing organization to develop and continually refresh partner-facing materials and communications including newsletters, one pagers, first call decks, battle cards, etc. Ie. Market to partners to highlight joint wins, partner value, and customer success to make UserTesting a favored partner. Inform and co-manage partner advocacy programs
  • Stay up to date on the changing landscape of partner direct sales teams and maintain partner org mapping to support sales and marketing activities.
  • Ensure UserTesting joins and maintains any relevant programs offered by our partners, including AWS's Marketplace transact program, SRRP program, etc. 
  • Guide where UserTesting should develop product integrations with relevant Cloud Alliance partner products and services. Work with to ensure we're prioritizing the right integration opportunities.
  • Evaluate and suggest other Cloud Alliances partners in which you determine should be developed such as Azure, GCP, Adobe, SAP, or others. (should you determine the scope of the Cloud Alliances discipline should be expanded)
  • Ensure UserTesting’s account in the  AWS Marketplace Management Portal (AMMP) (ie. Cloud Alliance Portals) is maintained and kept up to date. Notably, continuously validate that our accounts and co-sell opportunities are up to date and reflected correctly in these Client Alliance Portals.
  • Manage/own and maintain third-party Cloud Alliances Portals and public Marketplace listings.
  • Develop and manage the process(es) for qualifying and nurturing the leads that UserTesting receives from its Cloud Alliance marketplace listings
  • Provide onboarding and role-specific training as it pertains to Cloud Alliances to Sales Managers and other relevant team members as needed.

The Opportunity

As our Global Account Director (GAD), you'll  responsible for creating, leading and executing a revenue strategy for some of our largest global customers. About the team

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for systems work related to our Customer branch of the organization, inclusive of our Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams. What we're looking for

  • Proven expertise in customizing and developing FinancialForce/Certinia PSA solutions.

The Opportunity 

The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for leading the Accounts Payable processes. This role is a contributor to successful month-end close reporting and ensures that expenses are coded correctly and recorded in the right period. The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist also plays a significant role in evaluating and implementing process improvements. This is a hybrid role where you'll be going into our Edinburgh, Scotland office 1-2 times/week.  

  • Receive, verify, and accurately process all types of accounts payable transactions
  • Administer routing of purchase orders, invoices and expense reports for approvals
  • Process weekly check runs and ensure timely release of payments
  • Assist in processing of purchase orders to ensure timely vendor payments
  • Coordinate with vendors and employees to resolve discrepancies and other open items
  • Communicate with vendors, and others, to facilitate strong relationships and adherence to payment terms and policies
  • Set up new vendors, update vendor profiles and answer vendor questions as needed
  • Assist in preparation, issuance and filing of 1099s in compliance with the IRS regulations
  • Perform analytical and ad hoc reporting as required, and other accounting/finance projects as assigned
  • Validate accurate prepaid amortization on supplier invoices
  • Assist in moving the AP function to the next level in terms of automation and best practices
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing all projects and duties as assigned and assisting the team with additional projects

The Team

UserTesting’s Digital Marketing team includes content marketing and strategy, web authoring, webinars, and paid and organic search and social media. Job Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing, as the Digital Marketing intern, you’re a motivated, energetic team player with a passion for writing, marketing, and driving results. As a bonus, you’ll have a strong interest in basic design principles and some basic HTML experience. 

During your internship, you’ll work with a team of content creators across written web content, paid and organic social media, video, and more to help the team audit, create, and optimize new and existing marketing content for a wide range of target audiences. The content you’ll create and collaborate on will cover a variety of topics within the user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) space, including UX/CX research and testing methods, best practices, tips and tricks, and step-by-step guides. 

Upon completion of your internship, you’ll not only have referenceable experience working on a fast-paced marketing team, you’ll also come away with publicly-available content to add to your portfolio, including published blog posts, a research presentation, and shareable clips and highlight reels you’ve curated from the content testing you’ll conduct during your internship. The Team

The Business Intelligence (BI) team is responsible for calculating and reporting on the key metrics that help gauge company performance. We work closely with both the senior executive team and operational leaders to build an integrated metric framework, which gives us insight into the health of the company’s core activities. This is an ever-evolving process that requires a deep understanding of the operations of each department and the ability to measure the most important leading and lagging indicators of performance.

We scale the impact of our work by taking a process driven approach. We invest in building repeatable metrics and business processes that are robust enough to forecast our long-term business health as well as address the ad-hoc opportunities of the day-to-day.

 

Job Summary:

The BI Analyst Intern will be responsible for working with technical/functional teams to understand their data & reporting needs and delivering required information using suitable optimized solutions. You will work with technical/functional SMEs to document business requirements, convert them to reporting specifications, and develop reporting processes to derive required metrics. You will also work with BI developers to modernize the data platform to make the data more findable, interoperable, and reusable.

The BI Analyst Intern will design & build data artifacts (e.g. SQL scripts, data models, ETL) to enhance data accessibility and scalability for the reporting needs of the company. Beyond ensuring the validity and timeliness of data, you will also work on key reports and dashboards delivered to functional leadership to measure the company’s health and progress against key goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • The primary focus will be on building data engineering solutions & reporting dashboards by modernizing and streamlining the data platform and collaborating with various technical/functional teams within the organization to fulfill their reporting needs.
  • Work with technical/functional leads to gather reporting requirements, document business logic, prepare technical specifications, and confirm/validate data to assess business needs.
  • Design, construct, and sustain BI data models to enhance data accessibility and scalability
  • Develop tools & pipelines to collect, clean and transform data modes to feed reporting
  • Minimize technical debt and focus on reproducibility (keep docs/code up to date, prepare/design for future use cases)
  • Use data quality best practices to ensure the integrity of the data being used and the thoroughness of results 
  • Design and monitor alerts on data fluctuations and deviations to proactively catch and address data issues and anomalies.
  • Support and contribute to the BI team knowledge base by focusing on documentation, data mapping, and delivery methods to better design and build metrics that enhance our analytical capabilities.
  • Help assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources, data points, and data-gathering techniques

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to perform efficient data analysis, data modeling, and database development for reports/visualization.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets across multiple sources, conducting validation, and ensuring data accuracy & relevance.
  • Proficiency in technical skills including SQL development, writing complex queries, and ETL concepts for data extraction
  • Well-versed with data visualization techniques including familiarity with Tableau, Looker & similar tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of query optimization and high-performance data pipelines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrates UserTesting’s values through work product and within day-to-day team interactions.

Education and Experience:

  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Information Systems type of equivalent degree.

THE ROLE

The Revenue Enablement Intern will be responsible for supporting the UserTesting Revenue teams (Sales/Business Development, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success Managers, Renewal Managers, and Partners), through a strategic, ongoing process that equips them with the tools, resources and skills to make them more efficient driving revenue for the company.

The scope of this role will focus on the four pillars defined and owned by UserTesting Sales Enablement:

  1. Revenue Training & Development 
  2. Revenue Communications 
  3. Revenue Tools & Resources
  4. Activation & Engagement

The Revenue Enablement & Operations Specialist will primarily be responsible for supporting our Revenue Infrastructure. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue Onboarding: Support the revenue onboarding experience for any new hire in the revenue organization. This includes scheduling meetings, building out role-specific onboarding programs, and maintaining the program.  
  • Revenue Team Support:Working with our Revenue Enablement Team on special projects. One example is building out Highlight Reels for target industries. 
  • Revenue Tools Enablement: With over 300 Revenue Employees, this employee supports the ongoing training and enablement for all of our revenue tech. 
  • Highspot Management: To keep information up-to-date and relevant for our fast-paced teams supporting prospects and customers, the Enablement Portal requires continuous maintenance. This includes the design, creation of assets and pages, and management of all aspects of the space. This employee will own and manage our Highspot instance and help teams with their Highspot content.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Revenue Tools, such as Highspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chorus, Crunchbase, Cognism, Lusha, etc. 
  • Previous Sales and/or Marketing Experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to execute project-based work

The Opportunity

In your role as Marketing Operations Specialist, you play a crucial part in our dynamic marketing team. Your expertise and support in marketing operations will drive our business objectives and ensure that our marketing efforts are set up for success. You will be part of a marketing operations team that is data-driven and focused on managing marketing campaigns, systems, data, and processes to enable the marketing team to succeed. Your responsibilities will include executing and overseeing marketing campaign operations, managing systems and data, and ensuring that our processes are optimized to provide the necessary support for our marketing team to achieve their goals.   • Coordinate day-to-day activities for campaign operations development and execution, including:

    • Event & Syndication list upload 
    • Creating email list targeting segments
    • Perform QA checks on outbound email programs
    • Managing the Marketing Email Calendar
  • Monitor, optimize, and update Marketo automation and programs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project specifics and coordinate with internal resources for campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create and optimize HTML email templates and campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with web optimization teams to help implement AB tests.
  • Provide reporting and analysis on email performance and other key business metrics.
  • Create, monitor, and share regular email marketing data and reporting, including email deliverability metrics, with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize email deliverability, segmentation, marketability, and email compliance strategy.

What we're looking for

  • A strong background and understanding of demand generation programs, email marketing best practices, and campaign operations.
  • Ability to ramp up on new technologies quickly.
  • Experience in email marketing, marketing operations, demand generation roles, or related experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience in Campaign Operations utilizing Marketo.
  • Hands-on experience in tactical execution - setting up, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns, including AB testing emails. 
  • Experience with CRM Salesforce campaign management and reporting.
