Position Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead or Manager for our Americas Account Development team. In this role, you will manage a growing ADR team across the Americas to support field pipeline development efforts. 
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Attract, interview, hire, onboard, and develop ADR talent
  • Provide second line account development leadership and coaching
  • Work closely with field sales leadership to provide quality pipeline coverage to support sales goals.

Your Role in a nutshell

Your Role: 

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a critical role at Vectra and is responsible for developing and leading Vectra’s customers in an assigned region. You will be responsible for the relationships with your customers, connecting with key business executives, security and IT partners to develop an understanding of their strategic business needs and goals.

Position Overview

For this role you should be a leading Technical Support Engineer, experienced in technical support of complex technologies in challenging global environments. Position Overview

Vectra is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDR (Managed Detection and Response) Senior Security Analyst to join our team. As a Security Security Analyst, you will serve in a critical role in protecting and defending Vectra MDR customer infrastructure. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security events, responding to incidents, conducting SOC (Security Operations Center) operations, and assisting MDR customers to ensure their needs are met.  

A successful candidate will have sound technical experience and skills, blended with strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.

  • Monitor security logs and alerts from various sources, including intrusion detection systems, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
