Vettanna is seeking an experienced eCommerce Sales & Operations Analyst to join our project team working for our client eBay. This is a remote position requiring 6+ years sales experience, excel proficiency, tableau & Salesforce experience, with ability to read SQL very desirable. Ability to communicate effectively and analyze data for business insights are essential skills. This is initially an 8 month project which may be extended. You will be a fulltime W2 employee of Vettanna with benefits.

The Opportunity:

The Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Manager will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights and helping to set the sales strategy. You will cover core areas including reporting on sales performance and trends, supporting accurate target setting and forecasting, and working cross-functionally on initiatives to increase sales productivity. This is a strategic and analytical role that operationalizes the business and go-to-market strategy of our Seller Excellence teams. The role will partner closely with our Seller Excellence sub-teams, analytics, the Salesforce technology, product, finance, and category teams.

Responsibilities include:
• Provide analytical thought leadership, create meaningful business insights, establish strategic operational priorities, and develop and allocate key performance metrics
• Lead analysis to understand business performance/user metrics and KPIs (funnel metrics, GMV, inventory, SKUs)
• Support goals setting, tracking, and performance measurement of the business
• Lead sales pipeline and forecast management process, working to ensure forecast accuracy and overall pipeline health
• Deal level trending and analysis (e.g. deal size, growth of seller segments, customer trends, etc.)
• Support the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process by coordinating reporting and analysis for seller excellence leadership
• Drive & support planning efforts covering sales strategy, quota setting, team structure and territory assignments
• Project manage and monitor deliverables through development of project plans and tracking tools
• Ad-hoc reports creation and insight analysis and report key findings
• Analyze activity levels and pipeline participation to ensure appropriate focus on the strategic solution initiatives.


Requirements:
• 6+ years’ experience in sales/revenue operations, category, finance, or strategy roles within a marketplace or ecommerce sales environment
• Proven track record of success in operational strategy, trends, and data analysis to deliver against business objectives
• Highly results oriented and driven
• Process oriented with strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with little direction
• Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization, balancing high level information with detailed analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel

Senior Investigator, Financial Intelligence Unit
The position of Senior Investigator will be an individual contributor role, leading by example, reporting to the FIU Senior Manager for Investigations.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Investigating routine, complex, or special matters, as well as novel cases of first impression, including
o Emerging Threats
o Terrorist Financing
o Internal Investigations and Referrals
o Large Fraud Rings (Triangulation fraud, ATO, ID Theft, ORC)
o Matters of National/International importance
o Domestic and International LE Request
o HR jurisdiction activities and/or possible sanctions concerns

Qualifications – Hard Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with ML laws, regulations, and related compliance requirements; MSB or eCommerce environment a plus.
• CAMS, CFCS, CFE, CHTI, and/or other related professional certification preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including the use and creation of pivot tables, formulas, and functions within Excel. SQL programming skills a plus.
• Advanced writing and research skills and ability to abstract and interpret complex data from multiple sources and systems.
