      Job Description

      You’ll be working on high-level strategic design and campaign ideation in the financial and beverage verticals. Working closely with the Creative Director you’ll help to lead a team of designers to execute high quality ideation, storyboards and animation that inspire the team to exceed expectations. Most importantly, you’re a sound creative thinker who efficiently manages time to juggle client needs for world-class brands.

      • Demonstrates a strategic and tactical approach during meetings with clients and account teams, to develop effective campaigns reflecting the clients’ objectives
      • Understands the target audience and adjusts art direction as required
      • Contributes innovative ideas appropriate to the client’s marketing strategy that challenge the status quo
      • Able to defend strengths of existing concepts while remaining open to input and further explorations
      • Proactively anticipates and solves creative problems
      • Presents concepts and creative work in an organized, professional, and effective style to clients, properly preparing for all client presentations
      • Works on multiple projects simultaneously and delivers on client expectations and meets objectives consistently
      • Copywriting skills an asset
      • Understands how budgets and schedules are developed and how this links to business and performance

      Qualifications

      • 7-10 years of experience in design, advertising agency experience preferred
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Motion design or related discipline preferred
      • Strong portfolio of digital design, broadcast or best in class animation and art direction work
      • Strong print background (ability to take a print project from concept to final print production)
      • Expert competency with design and animation tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, C4D an asset
      • Illustration and storyboarding skills with a solid understanding of typography and layout
      • Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
      • Rigorous attention to detail
      • Experience with strategic brainstorming, creative brief development, and creative execution
      • Ability to work through multiple iterations and to work quickly
      • Ability to accept and receive constructive design feedback from clients and Creative Director
      • Is an excellent collaborator with the team
      • Ensures accountability for processes, workflows and project timelines
      • Ability to work within brand style guides to produce work that is both original and on-brand

      Job Description

      Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Revenue Management, the Director, Entertainment & Experiencesposition is responsible for the overall management and profitability of entertainment and experiential offerings at Exhibition (EXH) and Location Based Entertainment (LBE) locations.  The role will oversee all regional and unit level programming activities as well as the audio/video programming content and live event space.  The Director will lead budgeting, feasibility studies and development, pricing, documentation of best practices and SOPs, reporting and overall effective management of the entertainment category for new and existing locations.  This position will work closely with Operations, Event Cinema, Marketing and Communications to maximize attendance, impact and profitability.  This role will require approximately 20% travel to operating locations, as well as trade shows and competitor site visits.  The ideal candidate must be highly collaborative, display exceptional communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. The position contributes to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members, guests, and contractors. The candidate will create a working environment that fosters collaboration, respect, and trust.

      • Develop, direct, and implement the entertainment strategic plan
      • Develop and manage the entertainment department budget
      • Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, vendors and performers
      • Remain current with special events, music, entertainment and experiential industry developments
      • Promote EXH and LBE locations and entertainment offerings
      • Work collaboratively with the Revenue Management team to identify, create and implement strategies and initiatives to drive attendance, revenue and profitability
      • Provide capital investment recommendations based on entertainment and experiential offerings and a thorough understanding of throughput, revenue management, labour requirements, licensing and provincial regulations, profitability and overall ROI
      • Collaborate with related departments to develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive programming content plan for all locations
      • Oversee entertainment buying (direct/non-direct with agents) and contract negotiations
      • Review agreements and performance riders, negotiate and implement with the Legal department
      • Determine technical requirements of specials events, live entertainment and experiences
      • Oversee planning and production of special events, live entertainment and experiences
      • Coordinate with the Marketing department on advertising, event promotion and loyalty engagement
      • Coordinate with operations on scheduling, technical, staffing and hospitality requirements
      • Develop and maintain pre- and post-analysis and reporting
      • Analyze performances based on comparisons to pro forma established for each event and experience
      • Responsible for purchasing or renting production equipment as required
      • Monitor and control all associated costs
      • Respond to and resolve issues as escalated
      • Conduct efficient and productive location visits to audit entertainment and experience operations
      • Champion Cineplex values through recognition and motivational efforts
      • Recognize the importance of fostering a culture that drives employee engagement

      Qualifications

      • Experience in multi-venue and multi-purpose venues an asset
      • Consummate professional and expert communicator
      • Ability to exceed internal and external guests’ expectations through timely, effective, and service oriented communication
      • Box office/ticketing experience preferred
      • Event marketing experience an asset

      Location: Remote within United States

      The Salesforce CPQ Developer at Zscaler is part of the Business Application team that is responsible for the Salesforce implementation. Our team enables continuous improvements to the application and supports our internal business partners. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, incidents and technical optimizations and driving automation to increase efficiency in business processes. The right candidate must have deep technical experience in all the capabilities and functionalities of the Salesforce.com platform and a proven track record of driving best practices and processes.

      Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:

      • Perform the build activities to deliver a solution from the design stage to a functional application
      • Created modern Enterprise Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Component features.
      • Customize Salesforce CPQ using Product, Pricing and Advanced Approval rules.
      • Upgraded some Apps from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience to develop rich user interface and better interaction of pages.

      • Maintenance of installed Managed Packages in Lightning using Apex. Experienced in using a Data Migration tool called Data Loader.
      • Visualforce Pages for Lightning Experience, Alternates for Java Script Codes, Sharing Visualforce pages between Classic and Lightning.
      • Work on Lightning Process builder flows, Connect API, Chatter and quick Action.
      • Execute unit tests and write Apex test classes for code coverage.
      • Use development tools such as VS Code(for source code editor, debugging and deployment) and GIT (for source code and version control)
      • Deploy metadata (configuration and code) to different environments 
      • Use tools such as Data Loader for data export, backup and migration between environments

      Qualifications

      Qualifications/Your Background:

      • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with computer Science or Information Technology background
      • Expertise level on developing Lightning Components with CSS and Design Parameters that makes the Lightning component look and feel better.
      • Working experience of Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce CPQ Certified
      • Experience in programming in APEX, VF Page, LWC, Aura Component development 
      • Experience using VS Code for creating, modifying, testing, and deploying Force.com Applications.
