  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with the Sales organization at all levels to facilitate sales growth and to ensure smooth and timely starts for the customer
  • Proactively identify customer needs, challenges and expectations as well as seek out opportunities for process improvements internally.
  • Own all project outcomes and delegate tasks on the project to team members, setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines; adjusting schedules and targets on projects as needed
  • Use data and reports to identify trends within your customer base. Use this data to create scalable touchpoints and engagement that ensures your customers are successful in using the Elation platform to achieve their goals
  • Collaborating with Customer Success and Support when indicated to problem solve for onboarding customers 
  • Required to be on-call 2-3 weekends per year for urgent customer support
  • Demonstrate a passion for solving big, challenging problems in healthcare and working with primary care providers to lower cost and deliver better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing success role
  • Project management experience required
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and execution-oriented with strong presentation skills
  • Strong desire to build relationships with your customers and serve as an advisor of their onboarding process
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills that display professionalism
  • Process-oriented mindset with a high level of attention to detail

About the Role:

The position

You'll join the Growth team, responsible for the development and maintenance of our public-facing website. The Growth team is a subset of our engineering team, which consists of approximately 200 engineers across Frontend, Backend, SRE, and QA. We're organized into cross-functional development teams assigned to specific verticals.

Our team works with React and Next.js on the frontend. On the backend, we use Elixir and Phoenix. Postgres is our database of choice. GitLab is used as a version control tool and a CI/CD solution; we use Linear as our issue tracker. Our applications are hosted on AWS. We fully rely on our CI for deployments and deploy multiple times per day.

The base salary range for this full-time position is between $38,900 USD to $87,500 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Customer Success Operations will play an important role in helping our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to reach goals through analytics, insights, process design, and leading key cross functional initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

The compensation range for the role is as follows:

- Junior (0-3 years of experience): 1,500 - 3,000 USD Monthly
- Mid (3-7 years of experience): 2,800 - 5,000 USD Monthly
- Senior (8+ years of experience): 4,600 - 7,500 USD Monthly (Higher band reserved for Golang developers).

Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Academy operations, instructors, students, clients and coordinating the execution of the various components of the overall Academy program. You will be supported cross-functionally to achieve execution.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Teach, mentor and support learners in various OffSec courses, job roles and learning paths 
  • Develop and enhance course curriculum to align with OffSec standards
  • Assess live training requirements and recommend optimal delivery formats
  • Conduct live streams, offering real-time guidance and demonstrations on handling lab machines, addressing common challenges, and sharing best practices
  • Craft well-researched and informative blog posts on various aspects of cybersecurity
  • Participate in sales calls with potential and existing clients, showcasing OffSec Academy’s offerings
  • Identify resources and prioritize tasks to ensure the success of OffSec Academy’s initiatives
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring teaching programs deliver value and meet goals
  • Work across teams to communicate, manage expectations, provide escalation management, and balance business needs with technical constraints, all while maintaining a focus on customer experience
  • Collaborate with all team members, demonstrating a willingness to help and dive into tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • OSCP certification is a must have
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in CyberSecurity, encompassing offense, defense or both
  • 2+ years working with higher education institutions or academic-like programs or previous teaching experience 
  • CyberSecurity mindset for creative and innovative problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • A strong drive to continually improve customer experience, success, and engagement, leveraging data and metrics.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including international travel to customer locations or training conferences without travel restrictions

Preferred Requirements
