  • Able to assist and mentor engineers on worst case analysis (WCA) methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of digital logic compatibility, power estimation, signal integrity analysis and power integrity analysis
  • Able to work independently in the identification and coordination of analyses for programs
  • Able to organize and prioritize tasks and work on more than one task at a time

Overview

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Data Manager to lead the data management activities for clinical trials and ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery of clinical data. The Senior Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing data management plans, supervising the work of junior data management staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical expertise in all aspects of clinical data management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of data management plans, including data validation, cleaning, and quality control procedures.
  • Supervise the work of junior data management staff, providing training, guidance, and mentoring as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, clinical operations staff, and medical monitors, to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of clinical data.
  • Provide technical expertise in all aspects of clinical data management, including database design, EDC systems, and data standards.
  • Develop and maintain study databases and data management tools, ensuring they are compliant with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Participate in the development of case report forms (CRFs), data validation plans, and data transfer agreements.
  • Review and resolve data queries, perform data cleaning and quality control procedures, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of study data.
  • Participate in the development of clinical study reports (CSRs) and other study-related documents.
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in clinical data management, EDC systems, and regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. life sciences, computer science).
  • At least 7 years of experience in clinical data management, including experience with EDC systems and data standards.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements and guidelines (e.g., FDA, ICH, GCP), preferably in medical devices.
  • Strong proficiency in data management software, such as Medrio, Veeva, Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform, or OpenClinica.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with CDISC standards and data standardization is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.

Onboard, Manage, Develop

  • You recruit and onboard new MSP's and VARs to our program by showing them the power of Lansweeper and the mutual value of a partnership
  •  You manage existing partners with a focus on pipeline management and sales enablement in collaboration with our inside sales team
  • You work with managed partners to develop business and marketing plans to drive pipeline and grow Lansweeper’s footprint with existing customers
  • You collaborate with our partner marketing team to deliver new GTM strategies, solution bundles and market opportunities to partner to increase the value we bring to the partnership
  • You collaborate with the Global Channel Partners team to create and improve all partner program-related content (training & certification, best practices, marketing materials, etc.)
  • You align with direct sales to track partner leads, monitor their opportunities and boost partner revenue while maintaining a close relationship
  • You report to our Vice President of Global Channel Partners based in Seattle, WA and you represent your KPI's and project updates to management monthly and in business reviews with the CRO quarterly

About the role: This is an IT Infrastructure Implementations position with a strong focus on the ability to meet the demands of the client by providing to Premise Health resources who deliver technical services and solutions, while acting as a liaison between the client and said resources.  You may be involved with several stages of client engagement from the initial due diligence, through the completion of Implementation, to the maintenance and support of the account.  The role requires strong experience in the areas of resource management, client relations, business analysis, solution definition/alternatives, task estimation and technology implementation.
Essential Functions:  
  • Lead new client technology implementation discussions involving onsite hardware and Infrastructure or software platforms, including discovery, design, development, training, deployment and maintenance. 
  • Act as interface between the client, Premise Health, and third party vendors. 
  • Manage and/or participate in technical client meetings, presentations and strategic technical planning, as needed. 
  • Create process flow, procedural, best practice and technical documentation for hardware and infrastructure or software platform implementation, training, support and usage. 
  • Travel required up to 75% of the time with the potential to fluctuate based on need. 
  • Install and configure new IT hardware and software. 
  • Understand individual, group, and organizational responses to change driven by the implementation of technology and related programs. 
  • Communicate with clients, business colleagues, end users and other technology groups, vendors and partners for the purpose of managing and supporting the delivery of technology. 
  • Receive end user requests via support desk system and respond / resolve incidents within set SLA’s (service level agreements). Update and close incidents when work is completed. 
  • Work closely with Premise Operations management to understand IT support needs at Premise Health Centers. Develop a good working relationship with each. 
  • Assist the IT Infrastructure network team as required, including virtual hands support for troubleshooting network outages and issues. Replace network hardware when directed to. 
  • Assist the Tier 3 EUPS group with support desk incidents where required. 
  • Attend meetings, both internal and external when requested. Meetings may be in person (onsite) or dial in. 
  • Abide by all Premise InfoSec policies. 
  • Maintain and be held responsible for assigned Premise provided tools and supplies as required. 
  • Timely submission of weekly time card and expenses. 
 
Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5-7 years of experience in providing enterprise level support in a field services or implementation position
Preferred Experience: 
  • Solid understanding of technologies including all aspects of Infrastructure, software and technology Implementation processes. 
  • Professional internal and client facing verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. 
  • Experience implementing, training and supporting hardware, software and infrastructure systems in a healthcare environment. 
  • Experience managing client relationships and participating in strategic planning. 
  • Experience in working with all levels of company’s and client’s organizational hierarchy 
  • Experience in impacting and influencing decisions on behalf of clientele. 
  • Must be reliable, timely, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Must have the ability to travel to client sites as well as other related technology travel as required. 
  • Possess strong troubleshooting skills. 
  • Must have good customer service skills and maintain good relations with customers (both internal and external). 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. 
  • Clear and innovative thinker, with excellent collaboration and communications skills. 
  • Must have a strong understanding and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems in an enterprise environment. 
  • Must have experience working with wireless networks, local area networks, and possess general network troubleshooting skills. 
  • Must have experience working with network hardware, telecom, desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. 
  • Must be able to prioritize work.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Compliance Expert to join our Compliance Center of Excellence and take ownership over product compliance for your specified country. The Product Compliance Expert needs to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in terms of the product they are responsible for, fostering a strong relationship with product teams as well as customer facing teams, being at the intersection between compliance and product. This position will work closely with other Compliance SMEs, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Growth, and Sales within Personio to drive success.


Within the new Compliance Center of Excellence, the Product Compliance Expert will be a major driver of the structure and framework within which the CoE will function.

You have spent 7+ years working within Payroll, HR or general legislative compliance, ideally working with product teams responsible for multiple countries (especially Spain). You are comfortable working with technical teams and designers to identify and document the legal requirements for the different countries or country you are responsible for.



Responsibilities
  • Research new and existing local legal requirements in the HR & Payroll space and provide detailed information on the same to the relevant internal teams
  • Connect legal/compliance requirements to existing product features of Personio and benchmark those against the existing product roadmap
  • Discover and research industry best practices and impact, also looking at Personio competitors
  • Describe the local compliance asks Personio is trying to solve for clearly
  • Support Personio Product Managers in defining acceptance criteria as well as verification of the same
  • Proactively anticipate future legislative changes where possible and identify which impact those will have on Personio
  • Coordinate cross functionally by helping teams finding and accessing compliance information in a structured manner
  • Support in sourcing external compliance knowledge
  • Document all research and findings as well as analysis to ensure that future reference to this information is possible

What you need to succeed
  • At least 7 years of experience working in Payroll, HR or general legislative compliance, ideally working with product teams responsible for multiple countries (especially Spain)

  • Experience working in a complex compliance-heavy area using analytical problem-solving skills to make decisions

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to unify existing organizational entity concepts based on an objectively prioritized backlog and existing program, and gain buy-in with dependent teams – to help HR Managers in (international) SME efficiently ensure that their organizations have compliant and appropriate policies assigned throughout their life cycles .

  • Develop a deep understanding of Personio’s existing organizational entities, how they are used by all personas, and identify opportunities to standardize and improve related workflows

  • Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and measures of success
