We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise-level sales, a deep understanding of the B2B sales process, and excellent relationship-building skills. As an Enterprise Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within our enterprise customer base. This role is also responsible for overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction in addition to delivering annual customer revenue and retention objectives.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the assigned enterprise account set.

• Collaborate with Professional Services, Product, Finance and Operations leadership to develop specific account management plans to meet assigned accounts needs and an overall strategy to optimize sales and retention opportunities.

• Maintain regular account contact to ensure positioning and both strategic and technology alignment between customer and Personify.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any customer issues that arise.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.

• Management of existing revenue, sales opportunities, quota, pipeline management and forecasts consistent with Sales and Account Management goals.

• Maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new leads and opportunities.

• Regularly update and manage CRM data to provide accurate forecasts and reports.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Proven experience in enterprise-level sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience in nonprofit and/or the association market and solutions is a plus.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager (AM) to drive continued value and expansion within a portfolio of Invoca’s corporate accounts. Responsible for executing on retention and expansion goals, the Senior AM ensures Invoca is aligned with the customers’ needs and expectations by working cross-functionally with Customer Success and Account Executives to ensure the renewal and growth of every customer. You Will:

  • Facilitate transition of new accounts from Account Executives to Account Management
  • Support Customer Success in the creation and delivery of Customer Success Plans
  • Own and Report on the renewal expansion and retention forecast
  • Grow usage and adoption of the Invoca Call Analytics across accounts through designing and executing strategic account plans

You Have:

  • 5+ years of on-quota, B2B SaaS experience selling marketing tech and ad tech to large, complex organizations
  • Online advertising understanding with professional experience in marketing technology and account management or sales.
  • Experience using modern SaaS sales tech stack, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Customer Success or Project Portfolio Management applications, Business Intelligence Systems, different remote collaboration tools and more.
  • Experience negotiating business terms with senior management and C-suite executives including MSSA, Order Forms, SOWs and other deal documentation.
  • Experience working with marketing technology such as Google AdWords, Analytics, Bid Management or programmatic media platforms.
  • The ability to connect with, and communicate information to, all levels of the customer's organization.

Your Role:
The Professional Services Account Manager is an Account Team overlay role responsible for identifying, investigating and defining professional service proposals and scopes of work for Tenable prospects and clients.  The SAM is responsible for interpreting services engagement needs and creating the contractual documentation required to deliver client success both from a presales and post-sales perspective.
In addition to supporting the sales account team and sales initiatives, the SAM is accountable for ensuring their engagements are delivered per the scope of work and is accountable for client success.  This requires the SAM to actively partner with the Service Delivery and Resource Management teams to ensure the established scope of work and timeline committed to the client are achieved.  

Your Opportunity:

  • Meet or exceed annual and quarterly service sales bookings targets
  • Independently articulate the benefits of implementing all Tenable solutions
  • Identify and develop service opportunities and supporting business cases
  • Collect client business requirements and exposure management objectives in order to define service proposals
  • Map Tenable services and Tenable solutions to achieve client objectives
  • Craft Proposals, Statements of Work and Change Orders and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Operations and other Tenable functions to negotiate Master Service Agreements and secure customer Purchase Orders to contract the negotiated services business
  • Collaborate with the sales account teams to develop an actionable and measurable territory plan to achieve annual bookings goals
  • Enable Sales Territory Managers, Sale Engineers and Customer Success Managers in the capabilities, offerings and articulating the value driven by Professional Services
  • In partnership with Customer Success, act as a key point of contact for Customer executives, developing deep, trustful relationships to drive services expansion and cross-selling within the account
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Partner Managers to determine the best resources (Internal or Partner) to deliver the project scope
  • Business planning and forecasting: The ability to accurately forecast and anticipate any changes in booking numbers and composition of new business to support RMO and Delivery planning and execution
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time

 What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT related field or related work experience
  • 8+ years IT and/or Cyber Security experience
  • 5+ years in sales or services-related role
  • 3+ years of experience selling professional services preferable
  • Record of achieving and or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience developing commercial and technical services documentation including client presentations, proposals and executable commercial paperwork
  • Familiarity with information security models and best practices including industry compliance
  • Knowledge of enterprise network security technologies and cutting-edge network infrastructures
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premise IT landscape
  • Ability to have management and executive-level discussions about how to successfully deploy
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor

          • Lead complex negotiations on new and existing business

          Qualifications

          • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field
          • Two (2) years minimum of industrial goods sales experience
          • Strong customer focus, communication, decision-making and influencing skills
          • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
          • Strong presentation creation skills
          • Strong project management and organizational skills
          • Drive for results and strong negotiation skills
          • Strategic (plan development) and tactical (sales execution) mind-set
          • Up to 40% travel time, dependent on remote office and accounts assigned

          Cricut is hiring a Remote ANZ Senior Account Manager

          Job Description

          Cricut continues to expand across the ANZ market and we are looking for a seasoned Account Manager to join our team.

          As the ANZ Senior Account Manager with Cricut, your focus is to continue to grow Cricut’s regional revenue by increasing business with existing partners and developing new customers. You will work closely with the ANZ Region Director, Sales and Marketing Team.

          Responsibilities:

          • The successful candidate will work effectively with personnel across multiple levels and roles, including senior management, product marketing, operations, sales, marketing, and administration.  This includes Cricut personnel based in Asia, Europe and the US.
          • The same will be expected of them for their relationships with customers
          • Nurture retail relationships to grow the business.  The primary responsibility will be ambitious growth, coupled with tight forecasting and promotional management. 
          • Excellent financial acumen, professional organisation skills, and time management skills.
          • Success is measured in achieving/exceeding targets for revenue, sales growth and increasing Cricut brand awareness.

          Qualifications

          • 5-10 years of sales experience in the crafting or consumer technology markets.
          • Proficient with MS Office suite, particularly Excel and SAP.
          • Candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered.
          • Strong experience of managing multiple retailers across AU and NZ.
          • Must possess ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to work hard and be part of a small, dynamic, and energetic team.
          • The role will be home based, ideally in Sydney or Melbourne.
          • Some domestic travel expected.
