The Role:

The Strategic Account Manager at Recorded Future is a dynamic, highly motivated and customer-obsessed individual focused on nurturing and expanding relationships and revenue within existing Fortune 250 accounts. What You’ll Do As Strategic Account Manager:

  • Act as the primary liaison for top customers at Recorded Future, building key relationships, including with executives, for strategic insights and deal advancement.
  • Drive growth in strategic accounts, managing the sales cycle from territory planning to closure.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, addressing needs and showcasing solution value, with a focus on decision-maker access.
  • Collaborate with appropriate internal resources and channel partners to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing discovery to align solutions with evolving client requirements.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring progress of multiple deals and providing accurate forecasts.

What You’ll Bring as Strategic Account Manager:

  • Strategic Account Expertise:Experience managing Fortune 250 accounts and under
  • Operational and Sales Acumen: Mastery in territory management and strategy execution, building impactful relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Communication and Continuous Discovery:Skilled in value selling and active listening, with a focus on insightful questioning and both internal and external communication efficacy. A mentor in discovery methods.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$170,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K. About the opportunity: 

The Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management will build and scale a market leading strategic account management. Reporting to the GVP Strategic Sales, this leader will build and lead a high performing sales team through recruiting, coaching, developing and motivating the Strat Account Management organization to overachieve revenue targets.

The Sales Team:

The Opportunity:

The Account Manager will work to support the portfolio of JW Player video PMP and Managed Service deals. You will have the opportunity to influence the way JW Player manages online video and CTV ad campaigns across a range of premium publishers. This role is remote, and will support the sales team in the United Kingdom. 

In this role, you will set up, activate and grow campaign opportunities, keep track of how deals are performing, and take the lead on reaching out to the client regarding ways to increase spend. Critical thinking, and problem solving skills are a must. Troubleshooting will be a big part of the role, so being familiar with DSP UI’s is important.  This is a great role for someone interested in growing their career in the programmatic space!

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for the set up of deals for agencies, advertisers and partners.
  • Own the process of updating the client on performance throughout the campaign.
  • Deploy an upsell strategy to increase the revenue on the campaigns when possible.
  • Proactively uncover insights throughout the campaign to deliver robust post campaign analysis for the advertiser and client.
  • Work on pre-sales avails forecasting for the sales team.
  • Identify areas for improvement and scalability for live Private Marketplace (PMP) deals.

Requirements for the role:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in an ad tech company on a programmatic advertising team.
  • Understands the agency/advertiser world and can communicate effectively with vendors.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Demand Side Platforms (DSP), Supply Side Platforms (SSP), and Private Marketplaces (PMP).
  • Self-starter with a passion for working in a customer-focused, rapidly evolving and largely undefined industry.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Excellent prioritization, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to see the endgame of each business opportunity.
  • High ethical standards and level of integrity.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in an Account Manager/BDE role in the healthcare industry. Experience

selling staffing and/or IT into the Healthcare space preferred.

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Travel: Overnight travel (up to 50%) by land and/or air
