Overview of the role

This is a new role that has opened within our Business Consulting practice and will work closely with our client account and portfolio teams. We are seeking an individual with a proven history of working with large Enterprises to support their transformation to more Agile ways of working following industry recognised best practice.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experience Agile Coach and or a Business Agility Coach. You will work within one or more significant key accounts alongside account directors and portfolio teams.
You will be passionate about driving cultural and operational change within large complex enterprises but be sensitive to a balanced articulation of agile ways of working where organisations require time to make the journey.
· You will help create sustainable and enduring processes and practices through coaching, education, and knowledge elevation within client Enterprises.
· You will interact with senior leaders to create and nurture a lean-agile mindset and culture shift in their organisation
· Yours will be a key role in shaping long term strategy across the client organisations in partnership with Devoteam Business Consulting
Experience
· Agile Coaching 3+ years.
· Beneficial experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Transformation 2+ years
· Strong Mentor, Leader, and Coach 5+ years
· Experience with scaled agile in complex environments (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify) 2+ years
· Management of change in complex environments
· DevOps experience beneficial 2+ years
· Knowledgeable in common standards such as SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, DevOps, SAFe
· Demonstrable experience with senior stakeholder management
· Ability to influence senior leadership and articulate value from established business and delivery processes

· Support squads with the adoption of Agile methods
· Facilitate maturity of role-based competencies in squads

· Develop coaching plans for maturing role-based competencies and agree them with squad members
· Facilitate learning and development through individual and group sessions in service of delivering the outcomes of the coaching plans
· Where applicable, develop content and deliver bite sized ongoing learning in service of delivering outcome of the coaching plans
· Expert facilitation and workshop skills (not just a delivering power-point presentations)
· Coaching certification, as evidence of continued professional development

As an Agile Coach, you will help our organisation establish an agile mindset, valuable practices and improve collaboration.
You will coach, mentor and guide your colleagues and help them find great solutions for their specific challenges. You will analyze the organization's existing patterns and drive change to help streamline processes and create outcomes. Ultimately, you will play a key role in the long-term strategy across the entire organization, helping our teams to deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.
What you’ll deliver:
Work with R&D teams to understand current patterns and interactions, and design a strategy for increasing agile fluency
Support and guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques and practices, fine-tuning approaches as needed to meet strategic and operational goals
Lead and develop new agile workshops for teams as well as key stakeholders
Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, goal setting, focus and accountability
Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry practices
Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching
Coach teams and management around agile practices and adoption to enable rapid scaling of the organization
Effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating model across the organization
Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams
Support and facilitate team meetings and collaboration in order to empower teams and individuals
Deep understanding of agile principles and mindset
Experience as an Agile Coach in multiple different teams, cultures and contexts
Comfortable working with teams, individual contributors, leaders and bigger organizational units as needed
Large and varied toolbox of exercises, frameworks and approaches for meeting teams where they are
Ability to identify underlying patterns/dynamics and turning this knowledge into a concrete plan for evolving mindset and interactions
Knowledge from complementary trainings and courses is a nice to have

*El rol de Coach es difícil de comprender si no estás en la cancha, es por eso que, en caso de ser seleccionado/a comenzarás trabajando por horas durante las 4 primeras semanas (periodo de prueba)antes de pasar a una modalidad de contratación formal.
*El horario del Bootcamp es en las mañanas (8:00-13:00) y en el caso de Brasil es en las tardes (13:00-17:00) en caso de estar interesado/a en participar por horas tendrás que tener disponibilidad en ese horario.
