Nous recherchons un Stagiaire Développeur Full-Stack pour intégrer notre équipe Nantaise.

Sous la responsabilité Nicolas, le tuteur dédié pour suivre votre évolution, vous rejoignez une team digitale dynamique pour intervenir sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie d’un projet interne, en contexte Agile.

Au quotidien :

  • Vous contribuez à la traduction des besoins fonctionnels en conceptions techniques
  • Vous participez à la réalisation des développements back et front
  • Vous réalisez des tests unitaires et d’intégration
  • Vous estimerez le reste à faire de vos développements en cours
  • Vous serez amené à faire des démos et participerez activement aux rétrospectives Scrum.
  • Vous participerez à la mise en place de l'intégration et du déploiement continu de votre projet.

Vous intervenez sur l’un ou plusieurs des environnements technologiques suivants :

  • Back-end : Java et tout son écosystème (Spring, Hibernate) ou Node.js
  • Front-end : React.js ou Angular ou autres frameworks js 
  • Mobile : Android ou IOS natif, React-Native ou Ionic

RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work cross-functionally with an agile team including Product, UX/Design, Front-End Engineers, and QA.
  • Offer input on technical design, UI, and product features.
  • Build and architect features for an intuitive, user-friendly platform
  • Suggest and drive improvement on all parts of the stack and internal development processes
  • Help our skilled support team triage bugs and troubleshoot production issues
  • Learn from and mentor other engineers and participate in code reviews

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 5+ years relevant professional experience in software development
  • Experience building API’s using modern backend technologies at scale
  • Experience with server-side technology including Python and MySQL
  • Track record of delivering SaaS products on AWS or other major cloud providers
  • Ability to communicate complex technical problems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong track record in building high quality and complex applications and delivering projects on time

  • Experience working with AI technologies including LLMs and NLP
  • Knowledge of, or strong interest in, the US healthcare industry and common technologies used

Salary:$135,000 - $210,000 CAD

  • Motivate and educate team members on coding standards and best practices. both within the team and as part of the architecture group.

Qualifications

 

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building Single Page Applications; Ruby on Rails is required and knowledge of Angular is a plus
  • Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL

  • Some experience with Memcache and ElasticSearch is preferred

  • Some experience with AWS products (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, ELB) is preferred

  • Comfortable writing test suites and specs in our test-driven environment

  • Experience with performance analysis and optimization across the stack

  • Self motivator with strong communication skills

The base salary hiring range for this position is $72,100 to $125,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
