Job description

The project is the Payroll Software & Human Resource Management System for medium and large businesses. The solution covers all HR and accountant needs, including the onboarding process, payroll processing, benefit plan tracking, etc. This is an opportunity to learn with a team of experienced developers. Interesting and complicated tasks through the stack from frontend down to the database. Work with modern technologies.

General Summary

Essential Functions

  11. Oversee the deployment process, including application configuration, and app store submission, ensuring seamless delivery and operation of mobile applications.


Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in hybrid mobile application development, with a significant focus on database design, integration, and optimization in a mobile context.
  2. Proficiency in the Ionic Capacitor framework with extensive knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular framework.
  3. Expertise in database technologies like SQLite, Firebase, Realm, and experience with RESTful APIs and JSON for mobile applications.
  4. Understanding of native mobile development for Android and iOS is highly desirable.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in implementing search functionalities within mobile applications, including but not limited to, full-text search and fuzzy search, utilizing technologies like Elasticsearch, Algolia, or similar.
  6. Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to lead a development team in a fast-paced agile environment.
  7. Excellent communication skills, capable of mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

    Who You Are 

    • A US Citizen who possesses a security clearance (or be eligible to obtain one). 
    • Residency in the US required due to clearance requirements.  
    • 8+ years’ experience implementing solutions with one or more web content management systems. 
    • 3+ years’ experience implementing solutions using Adobe AEM within the DoD is highly preferred. 
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering. 
    • Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies. 
    • Solid understanding of RESTful web services, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies.

      • One or more unit testing (examples: MS Test, NUnit) and mocking frameworks (examples: RhinoMocks, Moq, NSubstitute)

      • In depth knowledge of SQL Server/TSQL or other database technology but does not need to be an administrator.
