L’équipe Data Services de Mazars, c’est plus de 60 consultants spécialistes de la data, répartis sur 2 hubs (Paris La Défense, New-York).  Ils couvrent l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur de la donnée : Data Strategy et qualification de cas d’usage, Gouvernance et qualité des données, Data Visualisation, Data Science, Data Engineering et Data Architecture.

Nous sommes convaincus que le Data Engineering est la pierre angulaire de cette industrie. Nous mobilisons, pour servir nos clients, une stack technologique riche et variée, tant sur les outils open-sources (Python, Pandas, PySpark, FastAPI, Vim, SQL/NoSQL, ...) que sur les solutions du marché (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, ...).

Notre équipe de Data Engineers travaille au quotidien avec les membres de Mazars R&D et nos Data Analysts. Pour nos clients, nous produisons des solutions qui intégrent le DevOps (GitLab, Ansible, Docker, Terraform, ...) dès la phase de conception.

Vous serez formé(e) à nos méthodologies et aurez l’opportunité de travailler au sein d’équipes pluridisciplinaires, y compris les équipes de R&D qui développent et maintiennent nos outils d’Analytics ainsi que notre infrastructure interne (GitLab-CI, VMs OpenNebula, CephFS, etc...).

Vous interviendrez de façon opérationnelle sur des missions de conseil data ambitieuses et innovantes pour nos clients du CAC40 et SBF120, en France et à l’international.

Vous participerez notamment à :

· L’amélioration de la performance opérationnelle de nos clients au travers de l’exploitation et la valorisation de données sur des cas d’usage métier concrets (stratégie, marketing et vente, R&D, finance, RSE, etc..).

· Le développement de bout en bout de flux de données, de l’extraction / transformation jusqu’à leur consommation (API, BI / Visualisation, ...)

· Le déploiement et l’intégration continus de pipelines sur plusieurs paradigmes : serverless cloud (AWS Lambdas, Azure Functions, GC Functions, Kubernetes) ou cloud privé (OpenNebula, CloudStack, CephFS)

Qualifications

The Team

As a key member of the Systems Administration team within Operations Engineering, you will be responsible for the administration and operations of the global cloud infrastructure that runs our SaaS product. This is an opportunity to be at the core of running a Cloud SaaS platform that scales to millions of users!  The Cloud Operations team is responsible for ensuring the availability and efficiency of the server infrastructure that runs our SaaS platform while consuming and deploying products that have been newly developed by engineering teams. You will be working closely with engineers and developers across the company.

What you get to do in this role:

• Contribute to Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code for ServiceNow’s global private cloud.
• Develop tools in Python, bash, and JavaScript to replace manual work and improve customer maintenance experience.
• Drive enhancements and bugfixes for large scale automation projects such as patching, provisioning, and kickstart domains.
• Design and implement procedure to accomplish maintenances where automation and tooling cannot; drive resolution of root causes with internal team members.
• Prepare new ServiceNow products and services for production readiness with design review, feedback to engineering teams, training, and testing.
• Use broad knowledge and experience of systems administration and networking principles to proactively prevent and address incidents while constantly improving documentation.
• Participate in escalations and Root Cause Analysis of issues in both US Federal and global Commercial infrastructures.

• Support operation of a wide variety of infrastructure services including Machine Learning and Prediction, Cloudera Big Data clusters, Kafka and RabbitMQ messaging, database encryption, E-Mail infrastructure at scale, DNS, Puppet, Elasticsearch, F5 BigIP, and more.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Linux (RedHat and/or CentOS)
• The ideal candidate will have expert-level skills and background in systems administration and engineering, understanding of the components of a cloud infrastructure including hardware platforms, OS, applications, databases, networks, web and application servers. Prior experience in Site Reliability Engineering/DevOps and managing large-scale server infrastructure at a cloud computing or MSP setting is highly desirable. Strong Linux expertise is a must.
• Working level knowledge of one: Perl, Python, JavaScript
• Familiarity with MySQL, Oracle, MariaDB, or similar technologies; proficiency preferred
• Expert-level skills and experience with service troubleshooting in a production environment covering web front-end, Systems, Databases and Networks.
• Familiarity with Networking Technologies such as routing, switching and load balancing. F5 and NGINX experience is ideal. 
• Experience with performance and availability monitoring, analysis, and configuration management platforms (e.g. Nagios/Icinga, Cacti, Ansible, Puppet, cfengine, chef, Splunk, Logstash) is desirable.
• Understanding of ITIL v3 framework and how it applies to incidents, problems and change.
• Candidate must have good communication skills and work well in a collaborative team environment.

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $123,300 - $209,700  plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. Qualifications

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training. 
• 3-5 years of professional experience in multi-cultural IT with a focus on various cloud and data centers. 
• In-depth knowledge of virtualization servers, security and networking hardware.
• Strong senior experience in Linux, security, and network-related services. 
• Deep practice in any Cloud environment.
• High level of customer focus.
• Knowledge of agile development processes.
• Ability to assess technical solutions and come up with new creative solutions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• You will be working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements. 
• Open Mindset, working in squads.
• Jira and Confluence (Atlassian software) experience in ticketing, and documentation tools are nice to have.

Job Description

-Experience on building and maintaining traditional infrastructure and related security tools and services.

-Hands-on experience in building, designing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure services and applications within Azure (AWS is a plus).

-Hands-on experience to build and handle virtualization technologies, containers utilizing tools like Kubernetes, Docker, etc. 

-Work closely with technical leads and developers to build technology to support all aspects of the software development life cycle.

-Extensive experience in operating scripting languages such as shell scripting, powershell, etc. 

-Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process by accessing related tools (ex: Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, etc.).  

-Hands-on experience in using configuration management and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc.

-Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.

-Effective leadership and cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

-Graduation in IT area or similar.
