What you get to do in this role:

As a Federal Cloud Networking Engineer you will help deliver 24x7 support for our Government Cloud infrastructure. 
This is a Weekend position from Thursday to Monday. The working hours are from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Pacific Time.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Design and deploy networks based on business and technical requirements.
  • Partner with project and program managers to meet overall timelines and resolution of issues.
  • Operate and troubleshoot networks to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Take a lead role in the engagement and mitigation of outage-causing events or issues.
  • Validate problem descriptions and perform detailed problem diagnosis; track and update problems in the trouble-ticketing system.
  • Perform non-critical investigations into functionality that is not working as desired.
  • Engage deeply in the sustainment function to proactively analyze network parameters such as capacity and availability to ensure issues are fixed before they cause an outage.
  • Review, consult and prepare for planned change introduction to production environment.
  • Participate in rotating “on call” schedule with other members of the team including weekends.
  • Partner with teams to plan and execute software code upgrades and device maintenance.
  • Partner with the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to provide mentorship and input on operational process improvements.
  • Provide feedback to infrastructure architects on design issues or improvements and input into the design process for new initiatives.


Sample first 6-month deliverables

  • Quickly integrate into the environment and gain a solid understanding of network architecture, organization, and process/procedures.
  • Deploy capacity into a datacenter based on demand.
  • Participate in incident bridges and serve as the networking engineering resource to troubleshoot and mitigate outages.
  • Take ownership of a minimum of two datacenters perform all sustainment engineering functions.
  • Partner with the SRE team to identify and solve one network process issue.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • The candidate should have a solid foundation in networking including routing, switching, security and load balancing. 
  • 4+ years of experience with cloud computing technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.) across Windows and/or Linux
  • Azure Core Platform: Compute, Storage, Networking.
  • Azure Web Apps: developing, deploying, debugging and supporting web applications using .NET, Java, PHP, Python, Node.js etc. on Windows or Linux.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): using DevOps, Bit Bucket, GitHub.
  • Experience in one or more automation languages (PowerShell, shell scripts, Perl, Python, Ansible, Terraform) desired.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in working on Internet and data center networks.
  • Possess a solid understanding of and have experience with most of the following network technologies: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, HSRP/VRRP, IPSEC, SNMP.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with TCP/IP protocols including capturing and analyzing traffic with Wireshark and/or other tools.
  • Familiarity with Cisco IOS and JunOS operating systems required.
  • F5 and Cisco ASA knowledge and experience strongly desired.
  • Experience with network monitoring applications such as EMC Watch4Net, Cacti, Splunk is a plus.
  • Ability to partner with peers who are globally distributed is a key part of this role.

GCS-23

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $109,400 - $185,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. She/he should have experience in standing up retail analytics models allowing teams to run TvC analyses across multiple retail data models. In this role, you will be the primary developer/implementor of analytical business rules which assess the success of Vestcom’s shelfAdz programming. 
The DSI group’s mandate is to support the various Sales teams, dedicated to CPG and Retailer accounts, with different types of Analytics and Data Science solutions, that help grow Vestcom’s business. The DSI group performs data mining pre-campaign to discover opportunities for clients to identify demand in the market. It leverages historical data in conjunction with client objectives to prescribe more intelligent, iROAS accretive campaigns, and owns the measurement process (T v/s C) from setup to client delivery to ensure we have a statistically valid measurable event with descriptive, contextual explanations. Recommendations for optimization opportunities are made for future events based on historical outcomes, best practices, and trending market conditions. To support this, the Insights & Platform Development Manager would be expected to work closely with data engineers, business intelligence specialists, IT, other DSI client facing team members, sales, and clients to ensure that data is accurate, reliable, and accessible for analysis and decision making.

►   Key Areas of Responsibility

⦁    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
⦁    Design, develop, and update the measurement engines that assess Vestcom shelfAdz marketing campaigns.
⦁    Transform complex business requirements into modularized functions that guide pre-campaign and post-campaign analytics.
⦁    Direct actions of Vestcom’s IT and Client Retail IT teams in support of the onboarding of new retailer data. Ensure that data is standardized wherever possible to allow for analytics/insights within an integrated Analytics Data Warehouse.

  • Develop Sales Strategies: Partner with sales teams to strategize on winning opportunities, architecting new and custom solutions to showcase product integration into customer infrastructures.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical and industry expertise across various business units within LivePerson, including R&D, Marketing, and Partner Relations.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Understand and relay information about competitors, adhering to ethical guidelines.

The base salary range for this role will be between $100,000 to $115,000 at a 70/30 base/commission split. You will: 

  • Architect and Deliver Demonstrations: Build and deliver sophisticated demos around LivePerson's core platforms, including Conversational Cloud, Conversational AI, Voice AI, and Conversational Analytics, along with key partner technologies.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Partner with sales teams to strategize on winning opportunities, architecting new and custom solutions to showcase product integration into customer infrastructures.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Offer technical and industry expertise across various business units within LivePerson, including R&D, Marketing, and Partner Relations.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Understand and relay information about competitors, adhering to ethical guidelines.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate on responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFTs, etc., and occasionally mentor new team members in Solution Consulting.

You have:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales Engineering with a track record in large enterprise deals. Product Management experience is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with web, martech, mobile apps, contact centers, and AI technologies is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IVR technologies, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, API concepts, UML diagramming, Agile development workflows, Conversational AI and cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS certification is a plus).
  • Education: A BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, AI, or related fields. Self-taught and boot camp experiences are also valued.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional public speaking and written communication abilities.

Benefits: 

The base salary range for this role will be between $105,000 to $125,000 at a 70/30 base/commission split. Principal Cybersecurity Engineer / Cybersecurity Architect to join our cybersecurity team. 

The ideal candidate will ensure that software, systems, and infrastructure are designed and implemented with the highest security standards. 

This role will involve conducting technical security assessments, code reviews, vulnerability testing, and threat modeling to identify risks and recommend remediation solutions.

As a subject matter expert (SME), you will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineers, and serve as a security advisor for various enterprise projects, focusing on 

mobile devices, IoT, cloud infrastructure, big data, and core network technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Security Reviews: Perform comprehensive security assessments of new technologies, designs, and processes.
  • Collaborate on Vulnerability Management: Work with engineering and operations teams to address vulnerabilities identified via scans, PSIRTs, and breach reports.
  • Design Threat Models: Implement and enhance threat modeling approaches such as STRIDE, PASTA, TRIKE, ATTACK TREE, DREAD, KILL CHAIN, and CAPEC to depict trust boundaries, threat agents, and safeguards.
  • Develop Security Specifications: Create technical specifications and security requirements for projects and deliverables.
  • Advanced Security Expertise: Serve as an SME on topics including firewall policy design, SSL certificate management, vulnerability analysis, and security mitigation strategies.
  • Cloud and Network Security: Provide expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, PCF, Docker), network security technologies (firewalls, load balancers), and security tools such as SIEMs (ArcSight), malware protection (FireEye), and intrusion detection systems (Symantec).
  • Mobile and IoT Security: Implement advanced security solutions for mobile applications and IoT devices.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Apply knowledge of federal and compliance regulations (e.g., SOX, PCI, CPNI) to ensure security standards are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend proactive security measures, improvements, and best practices to maintain a strong security posture.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Cybersecurity Experience: 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, frameworks, Python, Node.js (5+ years).

About the Role (your why)

As a Senior Licensing Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining Software Licensing business from new and existing clients. Your role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining regular contact with clients. You will work closely with the team (regional and national) to deliver upon the licensing strategy

We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Engineer (SCOM) to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.

Tasks:

  • Administration, support and maintenance of the SCOM infrastructure in multiple environments for Windows and Linux servers using gateways;
  • Design, implementation and maintenance of SCOM infrastructure to the latest available version;
  • Design, implementation and maintenance of operational procedures for the management of the SCOM-related infrastructure components and technologies;
  • Creation, configuration and adjustment of SCOM Management Packs for in-house developed solutions and/or COTS products spread across multiple active directory domains with the use of scripts and automation;
  • Technical analysis, investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of incidents or problems affecting the client's ICT physical and virtual infrastructure;
  • Review and implementation of technical requirements for ICT solutions;
  • Lead and/or participate in multi-disciplinary project teams and ICT development initiatives providing technical advice and reviews of technical designs of ICT infrastructure solutions;
  • Monitor the performance of the technical interdependencies of the data storage, physical and virtual infrastructure components deployed in the production environment to prevent incidents and problems as well as for the capacity planning;
  • Provide guidance, technical advice and engineering support to other teams in the Department in the area of infrastructure services and monitoring;
  • Expansion of the current monitoring with new features/requirements - analysis of the current setup, design and implementation;
  • Creation of SLA availability reports for solutions/applications - maintenance and changes;

Qualifications

Who you are:

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor plus a minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT professional working in a medium-sized enterprise ICT environment
  • Fluency, in English, to at least B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
  • More than 8 years of experience in working as an IT professional in mid/large and complex IT infrastructure environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with implementing, supporting and maintaining Microsoft SCOM monitoring including SCOM gateways
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the creation and configuration, adaptation, of SCOM monitoring management packs for in-house developed and/or COTS product applications
  • Minimum of 5years of experience with scripting/automating system administration tasks
  • Experience with migration of SCOM 2016 to 2019 and/or 2019 to 2022, in multi-domain environments including gateways and monitoring rules settings (related to infrastructure, network, databases and applications monitoring)
  • Experience with SCOM and ITSM tools integration to allow full automation of ticketing and alerting
  • Minimum of3 years of experience with Public or Hybrid Cloud Services (Azure or AWS) including monitoring
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SCOM monitoring technology, including the implementation, support, maintenance and upgrade of SCOM versions, as well as the configuration of monitoring rules for infrastructure, network, databases and applications
  • Good knowledge of SCOM Management Pack authoring for building custom management packs, predominately using VSAE in Visual Studio
  • Good knowledge of how to design, document and create scripts implement automation for recurring tasks and optimize existing processes
  • Knowledge of incident, change and release management

Desirable:
