About Your Role

You act as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury ambassador in Travel Retail by leading and engaging your team with the unique Tilbury vision. You are enthusiastic to meet and exceed targets, driving momentous team performance through maximum motivation. You place customer experience at the forefront of your leadership style, frequently thinking of new ways for the team to engage and satisfy the customer. You collaboratively work alongside your Business Manager in supporting seamless day to day operations on never-ending Tilbury Terminal.   • Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators.
  • Support the Business Manager to determine individual and team sales targets and communicate with the Retail Artists to agree sales objectives and deliver them.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit; being a specialist amongst the retail artistry brands and showing a genuine enthusiasm, commitment and interest in the Company’s performance.
  • Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and creating a customer experience.
  • Coach and give feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are achieved in both areas of service and artistry.
  • Take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities.
  • Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews that encourage two-way feedback and coaching.
  • Create a positive and cooperative team culture in store, through team meetings and a collaborative management style; recognizing and celebrating performance where necessary.
  • Entrepreneurial with proposing plans, events and other limitless activity to unlock commercial success.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Execute flawless grooming standards, inspiring your team to be and feel the best versions of themselves.
  • You are flexibility required to work 5 days on a shift basis, working both early shifts and late shifts
  • You will be required to give a five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check as the store is airside in the departures lounge. This will be discussed in more detail at interview stage.

About This Role

iRhythm seeks a highly motivated and successful medical Territory Manager to call on major health systems throughout their region, focusing on cardiology, electrophysiology, and other applicable stakeholders, to expand the growth of the Zio Patch platform. Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting, developing, and closing new business.  This requires building support from EP’s, cardiologists, and other clinical stakeholders.  Must be able to target and identify  key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales within an assigned sales territory.
  • Perform sales presentations to key prospects and customers to influence the use of Zio within the territory.
  • Consistently achieve territory sales goals and objectives.
  • Build advocacy and champions within facilities to help drive the business.
  • Enhance iRhythm’s relationship with providers and systems through strategic partnership with our payer relations and billing teams. 
  • Develop a pipeline of sales opportunities within assigned territory and execute on those opportunities.
  • Partner with facilities to manage existing service business, including workflow management, inventory, and depth and breadth of product usage throughout facilities.
  • Utilize salesforce.com to manage all aspects of business: sales leads, daily activity, report generation, including providing timely and accurate feedback.
  • Cultivate a business plan and formulate sales strategies to attain revenue goals.  Partner with sales leadership to identify and evaluate market opportunities and potential to establish and achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Promote iRhythm as a leader in cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptive, innovative, and a team leader

 About You:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years related sales experience; with at least 3 years in medical device sales.  Cardiology and electrophysiology call points preferred.  IDN experience also preferred.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing a strategic sales plan
  • History of outstanding achievements and proven sales skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills; Very adaptive, innovative, and results driven
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus are required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar sales tracking system preferred.

About This Role

The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for being a part of a high-volume inbound Contact Center in which the Advocate verifies and investigates patient insurance, estimates benefit coverage and out of pocket costs, and discusses patient responsibilities and/or patient payment options. The typical daily responsibilities consist of the following: answering inbound calls and providing benefits investigations via phone and online web portals, collecting information from customers, outbound patient phone calls, and documenting all activities in iRhythm’s customer support system. The ideal candidate will have experience with working in a Contact Center, health insurance, benefits investigations, reimbursement, and providing financial counseling to patients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer inbound calls in our Contact Center
  • Provide an estimate of the potential patient responsibility based upon the benefits coverage
  • Make outbound phone calls to patients to discuss payment options
  • Document in Salesforce all details surrounding patient’s healthcare benefit coverage and recommend appropriate payment options, if needed
  • Update records with complete patient and insurance information
  • Assist and cross train in other departments as business needs dictate during critical times
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain consistent work presence and impact during normal business hours, and be available for ad hoc check-ins with managers and/or team leads
  • Deliver on challenging work objectives, including meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly productivity metrics
  • Produce high-quality, high-volume work by leveraging self-motivation and initiative in a remote work environment
  • Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to product, services, and patient enrollment
  • Respond to inquiries, complete order fulfillment and provide information to external and internal customers and accounts
  • Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients and iRhythm associates

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on assisting patients in a healthcare environment
  • Experience working in a high-volume Contact Center environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, virtual communication tools - especially Outlook, Teams; Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible, able to adapt quickly and positively to change, able to handle a fast-paced growth company environment
  • Strong evidence of great customer service via phone, e-mail, fax or web modalities
  • Must be patient and customer focused, demonstrating professionalism in stressful situations; Resourcefulness and high levels of emotional intelligence to identify obstacles and collaborate with others to discuss potential solutions

About This Role

The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for being a part of a high-volume inbound Contact Center in which the Advocate verifies and investigates patient insurance, estimates benefit coverage and out of pocket costs, and discusses patient responsibilities and/or patient payment options. The typical daily responsibilities consist of the following: answering inbound calls and providing benefits investigations via phone and online web portals, collecting information from customers, outbound patient phone calls, and documenting all activities in iRhythm’s customer support system. The ideal candidate will have experience with working in a Contact Center, health insurance, benefits investigations, reimbursement, and providing financial counseling to patients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer inbound calls in our Contact Center
  • Provide an estimate of the potential patient responsibility based upon the benefits coverage
  • Make outbound phone calls to patients to discuss payment options
  • Document in Salesforce all details surrounding patient’s healthcare benefit coverage and recommend appropriate payment options, if needed
  • Update records with complete patient and insurance information
  • Assist and cross train in other departments as business needs dictate during critical times
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain consistent work presence and impact during normal business hours, and be available for ad hoc check-ins with managers and/or team leads
  • Deliver on challenging work objectives, including meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly productivity metrics
  • Produce high-quality, high-volume work by leveraging self-motivation and initiative in a remote work environment
  • Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to product, services, and patient enrollment
  • Respond to inquiries, complete order fulfillment and provide information to external and internal customers and accounts
  • Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients and iRhythm associates

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on assisting patients in a healthcare environment
  • Experience working in a high-volume Contact Center environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, virtual communication tools - especially Outlook, Teams; Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible, able to adapt quickly and positively to change, able to handle a fast-paced growth company environment
  • Strong evidence of great customer service via phone, e-mail, fax or web modalities
  • Must be patient and customer focused, demonstrating professionalism in stressful situations; Resourcefulness and high levels of emotional intelligence to identify obstacles and collaborate with others to discuss potential solutions
  • Must demonstrate independent thinking and sound judgement skills not covered specifically in manuals or procedures
