Primary responsibilities for theJunior Business Analyst include but are not limited to:       

  • Participates in the development of functional business requirements and helps users assess relative priorities for both business process and technology solutions.
  • Understands business processes and priorities. Evaluates alternative business process and technology solutions, and participates in making technology recommendations to enhance business operations.
  • Develops business requirements, functional designs, process maps, user test plans, and training materials associated with business process and technology solutions. Facilitates client involvement in User Acceptance Testing.
  • Works collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to the business groups.
  • Develops working knowledge of the client’s industry and uses this information to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assists in providing recommendations to technical business requirements, business objectives, budgets and timelines. Assists Project Manager with providing cost estimates for project related tasks.
  • Teams with senior leadership and the application development group or suppliers to ensure a timely, accurate and cost effective solution to IT business needs.
  • Interfaces with the application development test team to validate test results for new applications verifying that they meet the requirements of their business group.
  • Facilitates communication between IT and end users.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree from a highly accredited university
  • Working knowledge of Agile development life cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate into technical specifications
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Client‐focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts

About the role: The Client Services Business Analyst at Premise Health supports Premise Health by bringing valuable insights into the usage, opportunities, and effectiveness of our CRM and site data platforms (Salesforce and Master Site List (MSL)).   • Optimizing the organization’s adoption and effective use of Salesforce to drive revenue and improve our client experience
  • The integration of data between Salesforce and MSL
  • The centralization of information and associated insights

Essential Functions:
  • Analyze Salesforce and Master Site List data to enhance Premise Health’s organizational and growth decision-making processes
  • Develop reports from Salesforce and other data sources to help leaders, account managers, and support teams make informed decisions about business operations and growth opportunities
  • Support end-users and internal teams by answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and working with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Assist in change management and application adoption initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams on various vendor, reporting, analysis, and development activities

  • Support various system integrations
  • Create process and training documentation

Job Requirements:

Preferred Experience:

The Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst  may be responsible for the planning and day-to-day administration of the Service Mapping process, working with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the inputs and outputs of Service Mapping.

This is not a technical role, though an understanding and knowledge of the ServiceNow ITOM suite would be beneficial in troubleshooting the map results and suggesting solutions to any issues encountered.

Responsibilities: 

  • Planning, implementing, upgrading, or monitoring security measures for the protection of computer networks and information
  • Ensuring appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure
