Required Experience:

    Job Description

    NEC QueryView and SAP Business Objects: Business Intelligence Responsibilities

    • Develop QueryView Universe upgrades following new application releases, including documentation version control and eventual release to end customers.
    • Manage BO releases – software, supported configuration docs, testing, release management, SRBs, customer portal.
    • Maintain content for QueryView/BO on the NEC Customer Portal.
    • Work with Sales Desk and Account Managers to evaluate consultancy requirements including answering questions, calls with customers and booking final agreed consultancy with the technical consultancy team.
    • Ensure suitable licensing is in place ahead of consultancy and provide licence keys to customers in line with their contracts.
    • Use SAP Portal to review KBAs, check security patches monthly, download software, licence keys, and log support messages when necessary. Create new SAP portal users if required.
    • FOPS and LWP SME SaaS server admin and support
    • Maintain Internal Dev, Pre-sales, Training and support BO environments on the 4 BO VMs within the Development Farm.

    Supporting On-Premise Customers

    • R&B and Housing BO on-premise third line support (via Ivanti)
    • R&B and Housing BO on-premise consultancy (e.g. migrations, server upgrades, box swaps, universe upgrades)
    • R&B and Housing project work for Project Managers in respect of new non-hosted customers, inc. installation, configuration and support of customer testing.

    Supporting NEC Hosted Customers

    • Being part of the Transition project team when customers move to NEC hosted working with the Transition Manager, RDBA Manager and CST Project Ops as well as the customer themselves to onboard them as smoothly as possible.
    • Hosted Government BO server application installation and configuration.
    • Hosted customers test and live data migration from on-premise BO servers.
    • Work with CSMs to provide ongoing consultancy/support and business as usual upgrade work for hosted customers, e.g. service pack upgrades or universe upgrades.
    • Working with CST Security group on NESSUS scan results.
    • Third line support (via Ivanti)
    • Work with Problem Management teams for critical incident resolution and subsequent analysis.
    • Work with CSMs/Transition Managers and end customers on extra-ordinary project work, e.g. Windows 2012 to 2019 box swaps for hosted customers.
    • Check and truncate the cms.log files on larger hosted customers regularly to ensure they don’t get too large.

     

    Qualifications

    • Experience using, developing for and supporting SAP Business Objects: Business Intelligence

    Desirable

    • Knowledge of the NEC Housing and Revs & Bens database table and business logic for the purpose of supporting the Business Objects Universes.

    Job Description

    Provide Customer Service to assigned International customers and accounts. Manage all aspects of account servicing including: order processing, export coordination and documentation, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, and complete order fulfillment. 

     

    Primary Responsibilities: 

    Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: 

    • Learn and implement Effortless Service principles to deliver unparalleled service to customers. 

    • Manage order flow from entry to delivery

    • Provide Freight Forwarders with proper product compliance documentation for all shipments, ensuring shipments meet the specific Customs requirements in their region, as well as US transit regulations (SOLAS)

    • Ensure correct harmonized code is noted on all shipment documentation.  Work with Trade Compliance to obtain any missing information

    • Provide paperwork necessary for shipments to clear Customs within customers region. 

    • Organize LCL, FCL or air freight shipments as required. Make bookings for transport with the correct Freight Forwarder as needed.

    • Principal liaison with Supply Chain, Product Manager, Transportation and manufacturing sites for assigned customers. 

    • Support all aspects of service to the customer including, but not limited to: price quotes and quote follow-up for both direct and affiliate accounts.  

    • Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling. 

    • Champion customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries. 

    • Provide responsive order management support including order entry, or expediting and shipment information to customers.  Provide Expedite air and ocean freight quotes as needed.

    • Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives. 

    • Attend technical and product training seminars. 

    • Provide sample materials and facilitate material sample IDs when required.

    • Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary. 

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree a plus. 

    • 1-3 years Customer Service or related experience a plus. 

    • Strong written, verbal and telephone skills. 

    • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work.

    • Strong data entry and organizational skills. Detail oriented with good follow-up skills. 

    • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and issues. 

    • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google platform, Oracle and other function specific software.

    The Role

    The Sr. Business Process Consultant, Creator Workflows is the functional and process expert of a customer engagement team – consulting with customers and guiding them in the endeavor of transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow Creator products – all with the goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes.

    Qualifications

    In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

    • Must be fluent in both French and English
    • Proven consulting experience leading the definition and deployment of 'to be' ITSM processes/solutions in client environments.
    • Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills required to lead workshops and customer meetings (proficiency in Visio, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to ITSM sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems during project delivery

    About the Opportunity

    Workplace Gender Equality (WGE, Pathway 1), in partnership with influential businesses to establish coalitions across Investing in Women’s (IW) four target countries to advance WGE by shifting workplace culture and practices, and by supporting business to address policy barriers.  Four Business Coalitions (BCs) have been established:

    • The Philippines Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (PBCWE);
    • Indonesia Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (IBCWE);
    • Vietnam Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (VBCWE); and
    • Business Coalition for Gender Equality (BCGE) in Myanmar.

    The IT Consultant – Business Coalitionswill assist each of the BCs to design and implement an IT Infrastructure that is robust, secure and that caters for the current and future needs of the BC. This infrastructure should be compatible with the existing IW and Abt Infrastructure so that the exchange of data / information will be simplified.  Specifically, the IT Consultant – Business Coalitions will:

    • Perform a detailed evaluation of the current IT Infrastructure of each of the four (4) BCs and make recommendation for improvement.
      • Detailed Hardware (ex. Laptops), Software inventory and subscriptions (ex. Microsoft 365, Antivirus, etc) related to the technologies used.
      • Where there is a need to migrate from one technology to another (ex. Google workspace to Microsoft 365), the IT Consultant will be required to manage the migration activities in collaboration with the relevant BC.
    • Consult and Engage the BC point persons, IW Pathway 1 and IW MEL team to determine the required technical and data exchange requirements.
      • Identify the appropriate file formats that should be used to exchanged data between the respective teams.
      •  Identify the collaboration platforms and file storage for data exchanges.
      •  Any proposals must comply with existing privacy laws and pass the security requirements of IW/Abt.
    • Review each of the BC’s current Microsoft Account Registration and Setup to ensure they are compatible and able to join with IW’s MS Team Channel and that they are:
      • Compliant with the security requirements of IW and Abt, such as having but not limited to Two-factor Authentication.
      • Able to collaborate in chat discussion and file sharing.
      • Able to upload/edit files (ex. MS Excel) using the BC’s Microsoft 365 desktop applications.
    • Review the current Microsoft 365 subscription of each BC and implement changes as necessary to meet the requirements of the team.
      • Ensure that they have the right license, and that a designated Microsoft 365 admin is assigned
      •  Assist the BC to manage their respective Microsoft 365 subscription (ex. assigning/removing licenses to their team members)
      • They should be able to utilize the Autosave functions of Microsoft 365 application such as Excel so updates to their shared document and spreadsheets are done automatically.
    • Provide guidance to each BC on ways to improve their information security position.
      • Implement information security enhancements/strategies/procedures/systems including but not limited to: Two-factor authentication, Data Loss Prevention, Document Management system/strategy, disaster recovery/business continuity and other relevant technologies.
    • Assist each BC in their engagement with their in-country IT service providers. Serve as a liaison between the parties to ensure that the needs/requirements of the BC will be translated into a language that the IT service provider understands.
    • Any other duties/task that are directly related to this project as directed by the Business Partnerships Director.

    We are seeking an individual who bring or who possess:

    • Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively
    • The ideal Candidate must have Project Management and Change Management Skills
    • Experience in developing and delivering training courses
    • Knowledgeable in existing and emerging cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
    • Proficient in MS Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive, MS Office applications (ex. Excel, Powerpoint) Cisco Webex and other collaboration/productivity tools.
    • Have knowledge in Data visualization/Presentation tools such as Power BI is desirable.
    • Experience in Migration from Google Workspace (G Suite) to Microsoft 365 and/or vice versa.

    The Team:

    The Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow works with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance.       Job Description

      Responsibility:

      • Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching
      • Coach senior management in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down
      • Effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices and overall operating model across the organization
      • Facilitating Agile team integration in Sprint Evaluation, Retrospective and other planning
      • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
      • Building good relationships between people of different roles in the team, allowing them to deliver creative initiatives together
      • Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.

      Qualifications

      Skills and Qualifications

      • 5+ years of experience
      • Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
      • Can showcase examples of implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
      • Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
      • Strong leader, educator, and coach
      • An excellent communicator and motivator
