Summary

The Associate Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time.  They will also be responsible for participating in internal projects as needed.

Key Responsiblities

  • Deliverables: Ensuring delivery according to project timelines in order to ensure revenue recognition according to forecast.
  • Configuration: Configure the application based on implementation plan but introducing Virgin Pulse’s best practices including core business logic and workflow design. (This does not require knowledge of any development language) 
  • Project Management: Responsible for providing Customer Success Managers and/or clients with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics,  communications documents, follow-up memo’s, etc. 
  • Scope: All projects must be managed towards the original scope of work within the SOW or Work Order. It is the responsibility of the Associate Campaign Manager to ensure each project is delivered within scope and within the budgeted Professional Services hours. Associate Campaign Managers are responsible for managing a project that grows out of scope, and are responsible for monitoring the budgeted Professional Services hours on a regular basis. 
  • Quality: All members of the Professional Services group are expected to deliver 100% defect free outputs (both internal and external).
  • Administration: Responsible for updating the necessary systems for Senior Management, Engagement Management and Sales needs. This includes, but is not limited to, Open Air, Salesforce Project Updates, Deal Trackers, Pre and Post App Announcements, Billing Rules, and Monthly Billing Activity and Invoice Approvals.
  • Consulting: Be able to lead “Current State and Future state” assessments around functionality and/or processes. This will include white boarding, utilizing MS Visio and determining business improvement areas. 
  • Presentation Skills: Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate a new client, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns. 
  • Teamwork: Work closely with Solution Architects and/or Customer Success Managers to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying client needs and follow-up activities.  They are also responsible for leading all cross functional resources necessary to execute campaigns; Clients, Audio, Scripting, Solution SMEs, Custom Engineering and PS Operations.
  • Documentation: Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to the Engagement Manager and/or client. Assist team in updating all implementation deliverables as required with new functionality rollouts. Create new deliverables/best practices for implementation services to enhance implementation engagements. Must be able to create new deliverables or follow standards of deliverables already in place. Responsible for documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions for all ongoing business and transitioning the project to the Production Support team.

Experience

  • BA or BS in Business, Economics or Math fields. MBA is highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in a client service setting, leading high-dollar engagements with proved ability to deliver customer success.

The estimated compensation for this position includes an annual salary between $70,000 to $75,000. Required Skills

  • 5+ years experience working in digital marketing in the B2C space.
  • 5+ years experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display and Retargeting.
  • 5+ years conversion optimization using A/B, split, and multivariate testing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and you’ve used these tools to track and report on KPI’s.

Overview

The role of the Associate Campaign Manager focuses on the daily operations needed to successfully run their client's email marketing and SMS programs in cooperation with the Manager of Campaign Management.  The Associate Campaign Manager is responsible for their clients and supervising the Campaign Specialists as they perform their tasks of the production workflow. Their main priority is project management including setting clear client expectations and ensuring the team exceeds those expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with clients to execute email and mobile campaigns
  • Assist with documenting and communicating RCAs internally
  • Traffic campaign assets and maintain calendars along with communication relating to each campaign such as due dates, revisions, etc. with both internal team and client
  • Assist with account service team to lead status meetings and send weekly updates

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned campaigner to support our ambitious global efforts to promote the reduction of animal consumption in line with our 5 Pros (Pro-Health, Environment, Animals, Justice, and Taste). The ideal candidate is a talented communicator with an outgoing, positive, and professional attitude, who has experience of creating campaign plans and a track record of success. This is a new position as ProVeg expands its policy and campaign efforts, which will build on and expand our public education, corporate outreach, and UN, EU and national policy initiatives. The Campaign Manager will report to the Head of Campaigns & Partnerships, and work collaboratively with other organising, communications, research, fundraising and web staff. The candidate will be responsible for representing ProVeg externally, to our supporters, and to coalitions, while networking with and influencing policy and decision-makers. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for two campaigns while assisting with other ongoing projects and campaigns. The two priority areas are the ‘Diet Change not Climate Change’ campaign, which will enter a new phase following COP26, and the Food-based Dietary Guidelines project, aimed at improving nutrition guidelines around the world.

Responsibilities

Campaigning & Organising (75%)

  • Lead public-facing campaigns to promote food system change and enhance the position of plant-based foods and other alternatives to animal products.

  • Establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships with external stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve engagement with policy-makers, environmental and other aligned organisations, healthcare officials, corporate leaders, scientific bodies, and other relevant parties.

  • Build a strong base of organisations and individuals in support of our campaigns; participate in coalitions on campaign issues.

  • Plan and coordinate talks, press conferences, and networking events.

  • Speak at public events, forums, and other venues, and serve as a representative of ProVeg to the public when needed.

  • Grow our base of active supporters and create a network of organisers and messengers to be able to represent our messages and to recruit new active supporters into the movement.

  • Maintain a database of supporter activities, allies, and coalitions. 

  • Engage and inspire a range of audiences – from our supporters and communities to corporate partners, food businesses, and influencers.

  • Work with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning team to assess outcomes, impact and continually improve campaign tactics to increase effectiveness.

  • Work with the fundraising team to increase small donations through campaigning. 


Media, web and social media (20%)

  • Raise the profile of ProVeg online and offline through writing compelling content for targeted websites, campaigns, social media, mainstream media & PR (including broadcast media), and by working with key influencers.

  • Develop materials such as factsheets, action alerts, website content and newsletter articles on campaign issues.

  • Together with the PR Manager, maintain relationships with the media, write engaging draft press releases, engage with influencers, and arrange media opportunities for Senior Leadership and other spokespersons.


Support and reporting (5%)

  • Assist the Head of Campaigns and Partnerships in managing plans; prepare internal reporting on key communications targets and performance, and ad hoc external reporting to donors, sponsors and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Proven experience with a minimum of three years of working in communications advocacy and/or campaigning, preferably in food system change, or the health, environmental, or animal advocacy movement. 

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Experience in organising public campaigns and marketing events for nonprofit or international organisations.

  • Experience in managing external communications channels, including social media, email, and traditional media.

  • Knowledge of food systems, environmental impacts of animal agriculture, and (plant-based) nutrition and health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Technical, Leadership, People and Resource management)

Strengthen the vision and leadership for influencing in Senegal

-      Responsible for providing overview and strategic direction of campaign and policy work in the Country, proposing future vision of campaigning and advising the HOPI on planning, prioritisation and resourcing of campaign and policy work.

-      Working with the HOPI, the Programme Managers and Regional Campaign Leads to identify campaigning priorities and develop a campaign plan (covering popular campaigning-public mobilisation and associated movement building-, lobbying, research and media work) for the country in line with country programmes and policy priorities.

-      Oversee the development of country communications strategy (working with the Regional Media Officer and the country Information and Communications Officer).

-      Identify and coordinate support with the HOPI for the translation of the OCSs into effective influencing programme designs and proposals.

-       Support the HOPI to develop appropriate ways of working that will ensure that they are externally focused and tuned to developments within their context ensuring the development of appropriate behaviours for influencing.

-       In collaboration with the Head of Programme and Influencing, ensure that the country programme is implemented consistently and coherently to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing and accountability across the whole organisation.

-       Strengthen the relevance, legitimacy and downward accountability of our global influencing initiatives.

-       Provide support to the Country Director and HoPI by staying abreast of and adjust to changing circumstances and understandings regarding international interventions and practices and anticipate, analyse and manage highly complex and diverse public policy issues and programme strategy, ensuring that Oxfam in Senegal and approaches include the latest thinking.

-       Promote a culture shift in how the influencing team bring their skills together with the programmes team to achieve the change at national level.

 

Lead influencing programme development and delivery

-      Work with country researcher and Country Program Managers to develop possible new campaigns

-      In collaboration with the Digital in Programmes Advisor, explore the use of digital technology in our potential campaigning to scale up programme ambitions in this area.

-      Support the programme to develop effective alliances, networks, partnerships with multiple stakeholders for the effective delivery of campaign goals ensuring linkages at regional and global level.

-       Provide high level technical advice and support to managers on all policy issues and facilitate the development of quality policy papers.

-       As spokesperson for high-level lobbying/media work, manage external relations and public perception in addition to supporting wide dissemination of Oxfam’s policy positions, facilitating networking and ensuring that the organization has the necessary information to engage in influencing activities.

-       In line with country ambitions to engage with regional and global campaign initiatives and facilitate the development of influencing initiatives that where possible, connect to regional office, and OI Global Influencing teams.

-       Ensure that all public engagements are carried out in a consistent manner, protecting and promoting the brand and identity of Oxfam in all spheres - public messaging, communications materials, publications, media engagement, lobbying actions and public actions undertaken by Oxfam in Senegal.

-       Ensure adequate resourcing allocated within budgets to scale up influencing at national level and support initiatives for resource mobilisation.

-       Drive the Development of approaches to monitoring and evaluation/impact assessment of campaigns and ensure effective roll-out.

Build country team capacity and autonomy on influencing

-       Work closely with HR to strengthen how influencing is embedded in country roles and HR systems (Job Descriptions, Annual Performance Objectives, Annual Performance Review, recruitment and induction processes)

-       Support the CLT to identify critical influencing capacity gaps among the country staff and partners and develop a plan of action to  support the development of such capacities.

-       Build capacity of country teams and partners on range of campaigns and advocacy methodology and tools that can be applied in programme activities.

-       Ensure the delivery of the Oxfam internal change agenda on influencing

-       Explore opportunities for regional engagement/programmes that add value to the achievement of the country programme goals.

-       Promote the integration of women’s rights into national influencing strategies when possible.

-       Provide specialist advice on in-country public media, communications and campaigns capacity.

 

People development and management    

-       Ensures that his/her team member have access to staff development opportunities, identifies/addresses capacity gaps and provides on-going counselling and support to his/her team member.

-       Manage and support the Media and Communication Officer and the Research Officer to deliver the Influence Strategy aligned with the OCS, providing leadership, inspiration and guidance and ensuring that the management of the team is in line with Oxfam’s HR policies and procedures.

-       With support from Human Resources Manager, manages the life cycle of individuals within the team from pre-recruitment to exit, including performance management processes, people’s development and working with HR on issues such as disciplinary matters among others.

Job Description

The Manager for Advocacy and Campaigns, Private Sector (Remote) will build, direct, manage and strengthen Oxfam America’s private sector strategy for policy and campaigning and its capacity to engage key US-based private sector actors relevant to Oxfam’s priorities.  The Manager for Advocacy and Campaigns, Private Sector will support, manage and supervise PSD advocacy and campaigns staff in cross collaboration with other PSD managers. 

This is a remote position and can be done anywhere in the US. 

PRIMARY REPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Supervises, manage, developer and support  2-4 remote Senior Advisors on the Private Sector Team.
  • Supervise, coordinate and conduct private sector engagement with campaign targets particularly in food, pharma and tech sector.
  • Help build and guide the PSD team, through strategic planning and shared management responsibilities.
  • Manage the operational and fiscal activities of supply chain and pharmaceutical campaign support units of the PSD. Together with the Senior Manager for Advocacy, plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the campaign support unit of the department. Coordinate efforts across the PSD team.
  • Supervise PSD’s supply chain, labor rights and pharma campaign team staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching employees.
  • Build out a strategy for engagement and advocacy of the tech sector, including the development of policy recommendations directed at the sector.
  • Ensure gender and racial equity are at the heart of our campaigning strategies and activities.

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our EMEA Marketing team to support our growth in Germany. As Campaign Manager, you’ll play a leading role in the launch of Procore in Germany, as well as contributing to broader EMEA campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Germany Product Marketing Manager and the EMEA Campaigns team to develop campaigns that build brand awareness and drive qualified pipeline.

This role reports to our Marketing Director, EMEA, and can work remotely in Germany or our London office. Travel will be required, specifically within territory and to a Procore office, when borders reopen and travel safety improves. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

While this position can be located in Germany, your recruiting process and day-to-day interactions with Procorians will primarily be in English.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop multi-channel campaigns that engage our target audience to build brand awareness and generate MQLs and SQLs to meet pipeline and sales targets.

  • Monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics and work closely with Sales teams to track performance and implement measures that optimise conversion rates at each stage of the buyer journey.

  • Partner with Product Marketing, marketing support teams at our U.S. headquarters in California, and external content producers to develop campaign messaging and supporting assets.

  • Work with internal and external creative and web production teams to create campaign assets.

  • Plan and manage digital media budgets across channels including paid search, paid social, display advertising, content syndication and account based marketing (ABM).

  • Identify and partner with third party media owners to execute campaigns via their media channels.

  • Implement email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.

  • Plan and execution online and physical industry events.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience

  • 7+ years of experience of SaaS/B2B/high-tech marketing experience

  • Ability to work in Germany; written and oral fluency in German and English

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work in teams and with agencies

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across various mediums

  • Proven success creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include web, direct mail, webinars, events, digital advertising, PPC, content, media, SEO and social media

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools (Marketo), engagement tools (Drift and Demandbase), tracking and analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to assess campaign effectiveness and project management tools (Workfront)

  • Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and accelerate opportunities

  • Experience launching campaigns in Germany

  • Critical thinker, extremely hands-on, and highly organized and detail-oriented
