Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and survey potential new clinic locations as required
- Review and assist in negotiations with landlords throughout LOI and lease process
- Review and assist in negotiations with general contractors, architects, engineers, and designers
- Review test fit layouts and architectural drawings prior to contract signing and permit submission
- Oversee any GC bidding processes, along with any external project managers
- Proactively build and update construction schedules and budgets for presentation to AAH strategy team
- Assist and manage coordination with vendors and manufacturers for medical equipment and IT needs
- Monitor construction progress through coordination of weekly contractor meetings and site visits throughout duration of the projects
- Oversee, manage, and complete full COO/turnover process, including ensuring completion of punch list
- Manage post-open task list, including obtaining business license, ensuring insurance activity, utilities, etc.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to learn quickly and follow specific instructions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and/or related area
- Minimum 5-7 years construction management experience, including newbuild facilities. Experience in multi-site healthcare is preferred
