INDG is looking for 3D Footwear Modeling Freelance Artists on Freelance/Contract basis with expertise in polygon modeling and a strong passion for fashion products, footwear and accessories in particular. This role will support our studio in digitizing footwear and accessories products from various types of input (tech packs, design drawing, existing 3D files) and adding realism and details to our models before texturing and rendering.

We will provide all input for these projects and you can expect 2 review rounds per product model. Our projects are typically running for a couple of weeks where we’d need freelance support full time.

A day in the life:

• Be a point of contact with clients, making sure expectations are well set and well managed. Receiving and delivering client feedback on design/content to the team.
• Writing content for exciting new startups/scaleups, along with inspiring internal/external content to help organize our diverse team of makers.
• Initially support with and gradually undertake diverse projects, managing and owning every step, from beginning to end.
• Be part of designing experiences of large virtual or physical meetings (Design Sprints), by participating in organising the agenda and the flow, the exercises, the content, the guests, the success outcomes and all respective communications materials.
• Support drafting brand narratives & content for large or small organisations that step into new rebranding or repositioning projects or change culture and go through transformation.
• Support in drafting communications plans and respective strong content, to help teams effect change (help with rolling out a large digital transformation effort, organisational design change or simply a plan to inspire and empower people about something).
• Support events’ management and effective rollout, from concept and logistics to making it a success. Brainstorming on ideas on how to build amazing experiences for physical or virtual events.
• Support in building video (or other formats) of storytelling to help an idea travel effortlessly within an organisation.
