About the Design Team

We're a tight-knit team of product designers, researchers, and content designers working closely with engineers and product managers to research, explore, and iterate on well-crafted user experiences that are innovative, engaging, and delightful. We collaborate regularly through design critiques, work sessions, and presentations to inspire and influence the direction of the product and company as a whole.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer on the Home Care Plan team, you’ll work collaboratively and iteratively to turn complex problems into intuitive user experiences. You’ll own projects from conception to launch and measure success through data and user research. You’ll play a key role in roadmapping, feature design, and the quality of our products, and your work will impact both user and business goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Design customer-centric experiences with measurable business impact
  • Partner closely with fellow designers, product managers, engineers, and marketers to lead product visions, define strategies, shape the product roadmap, and develop design solutions
  • Use research and qualitative data to guide design and development decisions 
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers while focusing on key metrics 
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes
  • Test, learn, and iterate; solve existing problems and discover new opportunities through experimentation

  • 6+ years of overall product design experience
  • Portfolio with a history of impactful projects that showcase your design process

This role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) is $67,000.00 USD annually. OTE is the sum of a fixed base salary plus incentives at target performance. Incentive compensation will vary based on performance. These ranges were determined by a market-based compensation approach. We used data from multiple sources, including, but not limited to, trusted third-party compensation sources to set equitable, consistent and competitive ranges. We also evaluate compensation bi-annually, identify any changes in the market and make adjustments to our ranges and existing employee compensation as needed.

OTE is only one element of an employee's total compensation at Sprout. Every Sprout team member has an opportunity to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) under Sprout’s equity plan. Employees (and their dependents) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance, and Modern Health (a wellness benefit).  Employees are able to enroll in Sprout’s company’s 401k plan, in which Sprout will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% with a maximum contribution.   • Demonstrated success leading and growing a team of individual contributors
  • Familiar with multiple ServiceNow product suites, technical enablement and delivery a strong plus
  • Understanding of issues and imperatives driving digital transformation across ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Including digital transformation design, implementation, and management
  • IT, HR, and GBS Transformation experience is a plus
  • Strong executive relationships with C-Level executive leaders

We seek a passionate Go backend Software Engineer to join our Analytics team and help us build our new data platform fueling business-critical features. You will mainly write new services in Go which run on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes, interacting with SQL databases, Kafka, and other services.

Part of your job will be to ensure the eventual consistency of data across multiple databases, high availability, good observability, and efficiency of services. The ability to read Python code is crucial since a significant part of the platform code is written in it and some existing features will be moved from the existing Python code base to new Go services.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop, design, maintain, and test our services written in Go.
  2. Work with GCP, Kubernetes, Kafka, ClickHouse, and many other technologies.

  4. Design distributed systems ensuring data consistency, high availability, observability, and efficiency.
  5. Assist and troubleshoot during the service lifecycle, including design, deployment, and operation stages (build it and run it).
  6. Work as part of the L3 support to handle and resolve production incidents.

Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in software development, specifically with Go.
  2. Proficiency in reading Python code.

    • Experience connecting to Azure data sources from Power Platform
    • Exposure to ALM and Devops

    3. Ability to understand business processes and translate that into requirements for workflows/automation using SharePoint, Power Platform and/or Nintex

    5. Experience in Python, especially for data handling / transformations

    6. Web technologies including HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, Web Services

    7. Delivery focused with an Agile mindset.

    8. Strong sense of ownership and business accountability

     

    Desirable:

    1. Exposure to AWS Cloud

    2. Financial domain experience and previous consulting experience

    3. Experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Administration & Governance

    4. Knowledge & experience in any one of the JavaScript frameworks - React, Angular or similar

    5. Agile – Scrum experience/certification.
