As a member of the Software Quality Engineering team, Associate Quality Engineer will participate in testing and quality improvements for a highly scalable web-based applications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops automated tests based upon functional and design specifications and manual test plans.
  • Creates and extends automated test frameworks.
  • Executes and maintains automated test scripts. Analyses test results and recommends corrective actions.
  • Responsible for following SDLC and software testing processes, quality assurance methodology and best practices and techniques adopted by Acquia.
  • Plans daily activities and reports project quality status
  • Participates in product feature design reviews and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in software testing and quality engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collection functions on a daily basis including any customer billing concerns or requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate notices are sent to customers for aged balances
  • Review unique Customer scenarios to determine the best possible path for a quick resolution
  • Complete ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by the Credit and Collections Senior Manager
  • Participate in audits as appropriate to ensure the audit coordinator has all required information
  • Contribute to the implementation of newly acquired companies in regards to banking, collections efforts, and allowance considerations
  • Analyze our allowance for bad debt on a monthly basis
  • Maintain and support Customer emails through our ticketing system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Google Office Suite
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of general ledger systems (SAP, Oracle, Intacct)
  • Strong work ethic, accountable, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Job Description

You’ll oversee the CVMs as they connect with vital business executives and stakeholders, helping them to understand their business needs and objectives, and developing plans to guide them through their Acquia journey.

In this role, you'll drive adoption, retention and customer loyalty by leveraging your understanding of CDP best practices and awareness of our clients' business requirements. You'll also serve as an advocate for our customer's needs, undertaking initiatives to improve our Marketing Cloud through active collaboration with other leaders. Through your leadership, your team will work to ensure customers maximize the value gained from their investment and partnership with Acquia.

As a vital part of the Acquia team, you'll also be responsible for amplifying Acquia's Marketing Cloud strategies and customer retention plans with specific emphasis on Acquia CDP customers. In instances requiring escalation, you will coordinate appropriate resolutions with technical support and services teams, offering necessary business and technical contexts.

  • Familiarity with marketing technologies such as SEO, CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and ESPs
  • Proficiency in Google suite products (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)

As the Associate Customer Success Manager - Programs, you will...

  • Collaborate with Acquia Account Management and other teams to identify and engage existing customers in driving adoption, utilization, and onboarding best practices to ensure long term success with Acquia’s platform and services
  • Passion for problem solving, a high attention to detail, strives for customer success and satisfaction, is articulate and credible, and metrics driven
  • Be an owner or stakeholder of a Customer Success Program work stream that has a high impact on our customers
  • Understand customer goals and areas where they need your assistance to drive adoption and utilization
  • Update and maintain the CRM database with the most relevant account and project/program details
  • Document and maintain a mutual engagement success plan (where applicable) which outlines success outcomes for customers
  • Must be able to proactively drive Acquia and Customers forward with minimal oversight

What you’ll need to be successful…

  • 0-1 years working in account management, customer success management or an equivalent role for a technology company
  • Project management and program management skills to hold you & others accountable
  • Ability to align internal resources to meet customer requirements and deadlines
  • Extremely organized, with effective time management
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, & cross-group collaboration skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)

The Acquia Enterprise Integrations team builds, maintains, and improves internal system integrations and tools. We seek savvy software engineers to help in this mission.

You will be working on Enterprise Systems integrations, primarily using the Mulesoft Integration Platform as well as some internal tools as we connect all of the data that make Acquia run.

You’ll build enterprise-level systems where data flows through APIs and data aggregation across many sources handled through webhooks, intelligent pushing, and inquisitive queueing. Working with teammates both within Pune and around the world, you'll be helping each other with coding best practices, peer code reviews, and professional development opportunities.

The Enterprise Integrations team takes ownership of their tasks. Work is collaborative and iterative, with solutions discussed constantly and feedback given without ego.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Configure APIs, policies, and security measures to ensure robust and secure integrations
  • Implement best practices in API design, development, and management to ensure efficient performance and reliability
  • Create documentation for APIs, integration processes, and deployment procedures
  • Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of integrations as needed
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across systems
  • Standardize logging and error handling on all code

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a software engineer
  • Strong proficiency in MuleSoftAnypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Anypoint Exchange
  • Experience designing andimplementing APIs using RAML and RESTful principles
  • Proficient in MuleSoft integration patterns, connectors, and transformations
  • Proven understanding of web services, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Github, Gitlab) version control systems, and deployment processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team and with collaborators
  • Knowledge of dataweave, Java, queuing
  • SaaS and custom system integrations via a variety of APIs
  • Large database management(SQL for preference)
  • Performance analysis and optimization

The Role

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of work experience (preferably in a sales capacity)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
