You will act as Expert for providing professional feedback or a recipe to follow by Clients in achieving business development objectives and planned activities, leading to freelance projects by pitching your gig suggestions and/or recommendations to the Clients. This includes addressing any freelance project related issues, or queries related to business development protocols and/or criteria evaluating business development solutions.
You will undertake an Expert and lead work with your Gigs group members on a freelance project. This includes coaching your Gigs group members. 
You will get remuneration after your gigs (freelance skills) were paid out (payment is not cancelled) by Client and Freelance Work Acceptance confirmed by you.

ABOUT REMUNERATION:
Please note that this is a freelance role without any fixed remuneration. Remuneration will be in the form of a high fee split at: 
- 80% of total project engagement cost will go for you for every successful project paid out (payment is not cancelled) made by Client and Freelance Work Acceptance confirmed by you. 
- 14% of total project engagement cost will go for Freelance Business Development Partner, 5% of total project engagement cost will go for Freelance Group Fund as payment contributed by you, and 1% of total project engagement cost will go for funding our incorporation, infrastructure, research, development, program, current cause, and staff to achieve our goals; Or Freelance Business Development Partner gets 0% fee cuts. By reason of, 6% of total project engagement cost will go for Referrer, 10% of total project engagement cost will go for Freelance Group Fund (5% as payment contributed by you, plus 5% from Referrer), and 4% of total project engagement cost will go for funding our incorporation, infrastructure, research, development, program, current cause, and staff to achieve our goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will have to represent us in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with Clients and co-Quoth and freelance group members;
Will have to consult with Clients to understand their business development needs, including answering and following-up their questions;
Will have to assist and manage Clients from presenting and selling the value of your gigs (freelance skills) to proper payments;
Will have to assist and team-up with Gig Advisors and/or Freelance Recruiter Partners in managing Clients from presenting and selling the value of our project management products to proper payments. This includes coordinating and collaborating with them to recruit right Freelancers for Client's project. Here a Gig Advisor may recruit you to participate and get involved in meeting the business development needs of a Client;
Will bring new freelance works to the platform by pitching your gig proposals to Clients. This includes meeting the business development needs of Clients;
Will have to estimate total project engagement cost and negotiate pay rates to potential Clients.

Rayonnement digital de l’entreprise et de la marque

  • Community management quotidien des réseaux sociaux corporate de Mazars en France : gestion et animation des comptes LinkedIn et X (ex-Twitter) (en s'assurant de faire respecter les chartes graphiques et éditoriales et les règles éthiques des communautés)
  • Suivi des campagnes digitales de communication corporate (campagnes podcasts, webséries, etc.)
  • Participation aux projets digitaux transverses : mise à jour des pages web corporate du site Mazars.fr, gestion de la page YouTube Mazars, …
  • Suivi des campagnes publicitaires LinkedIn, en collaboration avec notre Account Manager dédié chez LinkedIn
  • Accompagnement dans la compréhension de la marque et l’utilisation de la charte graphique en interne et en externe

Création de contenus engageants à destination des réseaux sociaux

  • Création de visuels sur Photoshop et de motion design sur After Effect, dans le respect de la charte graphique Mazars
  • Rédaction des messages pour les posts réseaux sociaux
  • Tournages vidéo (interviews, témoignages, etc.) et montages sur Premiere Pro

Déploiement de la stratégie d’employee advocacy

  • Gestion de l’outil d’employee advocacy (création de contenus, gestion du planning…)
  • Formation des collaborateurs à l’utilisation des réseaux sociaux et à l’employee advocacy

Suivi des KPIs et veille

  • Réaliser le reporting des actions menées en fonction des KPIs définis
  • Veille digitale de l’entreprise et de la marque Mazars via des outils de social listening
  • Veille et benchmark de nos concurrents

Le poste requiert une grande adaptabilité et nécessite de travailler en collaboration quotidienne avec de nombreux services, notamment le Marketing. Les missions proposées vous apporteront une vision à 360° de la communication digitale dans un environnement BtoB.

Qualifications

Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce / école de communication ou d’une formation universitaire en Communication / Marketing, vous avez impérativement une première expérience en social media management et en communication digitale.

Autonome et organisé(e), vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle en priorisant vos tâches et êtes force de proposition.   • Sharing the app in your personal/professional circle.
  • Testing the Soulmate app on a regular basis.
  • Evaluate and analyse the performance of the app.
  • Remain in direct touch with our team in order to communicate your responses or queries to us.
  • Has to add 24 connections to personal network.
  • Work on live marketing projects for the brand.

The role:

Content Levelers bring a wide variety of experience to the table, but they are all united by their passion for improving the lives of teachers and students, and their commitment to developing engaging, student-centered, and culturally responsive resources. Content Levelers are ultimately responsible for adapting reading levels in order to create accessible content for diverse student readers. To achieve this, content levelers will be tasked with the following:

  • Adapting the reading level of original articles to create four different versions at lower reading levels, making them accessible to a wider audience
  • Remaining conscientious of grade appropriate content, and consider the complexity of vocabulary, sentence structure and sentence length for each level being adapted
  • May participate in projects involving the identification and assignment of instructional standards tags within Newsela articles and content standards tagging & content taxonomy projects. 
  • Reading and writing with close attention, monitoring original articles for any mistakes and inaccuracies

In order to be successful in this role, our Content Levelers have the following experience and abilities:

  • You are a former editor, journalist and/or writer for publishing company, particularly publishers with which Newsela has a partnership
  • You have experience in other EdTech, tech or media organizations
  • You have experience writing and editing for diverse audiences
  • You understand how to think and write empathetically and with a unified voice, including Newsela's Language
  • You're familiar with Newsela products
  • Your experience and/or education aligns to specific subject matter including one or more of the following:
    • Science: field and/or lab research, degree in STEM
    • Social Studies/ELA: degree in Literacy Education (MA/M.Ed. or PhD), English and/or Writing, History or Economics
    • OR secondary degree experience in education, such as a teacher or teaching assistant in ELA, Social Studies or Science
