The base salary hiring range for this position is $108,900 to $189,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to join the Analytics & Data Science team. As a core member of our rapidly growing machine learning function within the business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing novel machine learning solutions that enhance and accelerate our key business operations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from Commercial, Operations, and Marketplace teams to understand their requirements, develop domain knowledge and a deep understanding of our data, then create robust machine learning models to drive key business objectives. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Operations, and Marketplace to understand their specific business challenges

We’re looking for someone with

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in DevSecOps, CyberSecurity, or related technical field preferred 
  • Cloud Security Engineering Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience implementing security baselines and performing ongoing assessments of security controls for public cloud systems (e.g. AWS, Azure) within a DevOps environment.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of SQL and document database development
  • Experience with workflow engines (SDVI Rally, Airflow, Step Functions, Argo Workflows, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

We are actively seeking a highly experienced senior engineer to join the hardware acceleration team. What you'll do: 

  • Optimize machine learning inference models for NVIDIA Orin execution 
  • Leverage data parallelism and CUDA programming 
  • Implement tensorrt plugins 
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in PyTorch, maximizing their potential for target hardware execution 
  • Collaborate with machine learning engineers to develop innovative and performant deep learning solutions 
  • Analyze and optimize deep learning inference using profiling and optimization tools, identifying and eliminating performance bottlenecks 
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and libraries to further enhance deep learning performance on the target hardware 
  • Document your work clearly and concisely, sharing knowledge effectively with team members 

What you’ll need to Succeed: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence or related field with 6+ years of professional experience or a master's degree with 3+ years of experience 
  • Mastery of Modern C++ (14 or more recent) and Python, with the ability to write efficient and maintainable code for both performance and flexibility 
  • Familiarity with object-oriented software design patterns, and their implementation in C++ 
  • In-depth knowledge of CUDA programming and experience with optimizing deep learning kernels 
  • Excellent understanding of parallel computing (GPGPU) and high-performance (HPC) concepts 
  • Excel at working in a highly collaborative environment:  
  • Familiarity with AGILE development practices 
  • Comfortable using collaborative development tools such as Git and Jira 
  • Ability to adhere to company coding standards 
  • Proven dedication to writing production-quality code that is robust, efficient, portable, maintainable, and bug-free 

 Bonus points! 

  • Phd with 1+ years of experience 
  • Experience working on safety critical systems 
  • Experience with other relevant NVIDIA libraries and frameworks, such as CUBLAS, CuDNN, and NPP

  • Definition of test cases and reporting of test results.

Qualifications

  • More than 6 years of experience in the area of Software Quality Assurance in role of Test Analyst and/or Test Automation Engineer
  • Participation in a minimum of 3 projects requiring GUI and API testing
  • Knowledge of C# or JAVA programming language in context of test automation.
  • Usage of object oriented techniques, design patterns and best principles.
  • Knowledge of git, work with pull requests.
  • Knowledge of manual regression testing and regression test automation at UI and API level using appropriate frameworks (e.g. RestAssured, RestSharp, Webdriver)
  • Knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) methodology, its principles and practical implementation.
